زەکەریا 2

1 ئینجا چاوم هەڵبڕی و پیاوێکم لەبەردەمم بینی گوریسی پێوانەی بەدەستەوە بوو.

Then I looked up and saw a man with a measuring line in his hand.

2 لێم پرسی: «بۆ کوێ دەچیت؟» وەڵامی دامەوە: «بۆ پێوانی ئۆرشەلیم، تاکو درێژی و پانییەکەی بزانم.»

I said, ‘Where are you going?’ He replied, ‘To measure Jerusalem, to see what is its breadth and length.’

3 لەو کاتەدا ئەو فریشتەیەی قسەی لەگەڵ دەکردم هاتە دەرەوە، فریشتەیەکی دیکەش بەرەوپیری هاتە دەرەوە و

Then the messenger who talked with me stepped forward, and another messenger went out to meet him,

4 پێی گوت: «ڕاکە و بەو گەنجە بڵێ:”ئۆرشەلیم دەبێتە شارێکی بێ شوورا، لەبەر زۆری خەڵک و ئاژەڵی ماڵی تێیدا.

and said to him, ‘Run and tell to that young man that Jerusalem will be inhabited like a village without walls, because so many people and cattle will live there.

5 منیش بۆی دەبمە شوورای ئاگرین لە هەر چواردەوری، دەبمە شکۆ لەناوەڕاستی.“» ئەوە فەرمایشتی یەزدانە.

For I, says the Lord, will be a wall of fire her, and I will be the glory in the midst of her.

6 یەزدان دەفەرموێت: «هۆی، هۆی! لە خاکی باکوور هەڵێن، چونکە وەک چوار باکەی ئاسمان پەرتەوازەم کردوون.» ئەوە فەرمایشتی یەزدانە.

Up! Away! Flee from the land of the north, says the Lord. For I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, says the Lord.

7 «هۆی، دەرباز بە، ئەی خەڵکی سییۆن کە لە بابل دەژین!»

Up, escape to Zion, you who live in Babylon.

8 چونکە یەزدانی سوپاسالار ئەمە دەفەرموێت: «لەدوای ئەوەی خودای شکۆدار منی نارد بۆ ئەو نەتەوانەی ئێوەیان تاڵان کرد، چونکە ئەوەی دەستتان لێدەدات، دەست لە بیلبیلەی چاوی دەدات،

This is what the Lord of hosts says to the nations which plundered you: Whoever touches you touches the apple of my eye.

9 بێگومان من دەستیان لێ دەوەشێنم و دەبنە تاڵانی بۆ کۆیلەکانیان. ئینجا دەزانن کە یەزدانی سوپاسالار منی ناردووە.

I will raise my hand against them. They will be plunder for their own slaves; and you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent me.

10 «ئەی دانیشتووانی ئۆرشەلیم، گۆرانی بڵێن و دڵخۆش بن، چونکە من دێم و لەنێوتاندا نیشتەجێ دەبم.» ئەوە فەرمایشتی یەزدانە.

‘Sing and rejoice, daughter of Zion! I am coming, I will live among you, says the Lord.

11 «لەو ڕۆژەدا زۆرێک لە نەتەوەکان دێنە پاڵ یەزدان و دەبنە گەلی من. لەنێو ئێوەدا نیشتەجێ دەبم و دەزانن کە یەزدانی سوپاسالار منی بۆ لای ئێوە ناردووە.

Many nations will join themselves to the Lord in that day, and will be his people, and he will live among you. You will know that the Lord of hosts has sent me to you.

12 یەزدان یەهودا دەکاتە میراتی خۆی، بەشی خۆی لەسەر خاکی پیرۆز، دووبارە ئۆرشەلیم هەڵدەبژێرێتەوە.

The Lord will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land. He will again choose Jerusalem.

13 ئەی هەموو ئادەمیزاد، لەبەردەم یەزدان بێدەنگ بن، چونکە لە نشینگە پیرۆزەکەیەوە هەستا!»

Be silent, everyone, in the presence of the Lord, because he is coming from his holy dwelling.’
