ڕائووس 3

1 ڕۆژێکیان ناعۆمی خەسووی بە ڕائووسی گوت: «کچم، ئایا هەوڵ نەدەم ماڵێکت بۆ پەیدا بکەم کە تێیدا بحەوێیتەوە؟

And Naomi her mother in law said unto her, My daughter, shall I not seek rest for thee, that it may be well with thee?

2 بۆعەز ئەوەی کە لەگەڵ کچە خزمەتکارەکانی بوویت خزممانە و ئەوەتا ئەمشەو لەسەر جۆخینەکە شەنی جۆ دەکات.

And now is there not Boaz our kinsman, with whose maidens thou wast? Behold, he winnoweth barley to-night in the threshing-floor.

3 خۆت بشۆ و بۆن لە خۆت بدە و خۆت بگۆڕە. پاشان بڕۆ بۆ سەر جۆخینەکە، بەڵام خۆت بۆ پیاوەکە ئاشکرا مەکە هەتا لە خواردن و خواردنەوە دەبێتەوە.

Wash thyself therefore, and anoint thee, and put on thy raiment upon thee, and get thee down to the threshing-floor: but make not thyself known to the man, until he shall have done eating and drinking.

4 هەرکە پاڵکەوت، بزانە شوێنی پاڵکەوتنەکەی کوێیە. بڕۆ لای پێی هەڵبدەوە و پاڵبکەوە، ئیتر خۆی پێت دەڵێت چی بکەیت.»

And it shall be, when he lieth down, that thou shalt mark the place where he shall lie, and thou shalt go in, and uncover his feet, and lay thee down; and he will tell thee what thou shalt do.

5 ئەویش پێی گوت: «هەرچییەکت گوت دەیکەم.»

And she said unto her, All that thou sayest I will do.

6 ئیتر چووە سەر جۆخینەکە و هەموو ئەوەی کە خەسووی فەرمانی پێدا کردی.

And she went down unto the threshing-floor, and did according to all that her mother in law bade her.

7 بۆعەز خواردی و خواردیەوە و دڵی خۆش بوو و چووە ژوورەوە بۆ ئەوەی لە قەراغی دانەوێڵە کۆکراوەکەدا پاڵ بکەوێت. ئەویش بەدزییەوە چووە ژوورەوە و لای پێیەکانی بۆعەزی هەڵدایەوە و پاڵکەوت.

And when Boaz had eaten and drunk, and his heart was merry, he went to lie down at the end of the heap of corn: and she came softly, and uncovered his feet, and laid her down.

8 لە نیوەشەودا بۆعەز پەشۆکا، ئاوڕی دایەوە و بینی ژنێک لەلای پێیەوە پاڵکەوتووە.

And it came to pass at midnight, that the man was afraid, and turned himself: and, behold, a woman lay at his feet.

9 گوتی: «تۆ کێیت؟» ئەویش گوتی: «من ڕائووسی کارەکەری تۆم. دامێنی کراسەکەت بدە بەسەر خزمەتکارەکەتدا، چونکە تۆ خوێنگری منیت.»

And he said, Who art thou? And she answered, I am Ruth thine handmaid: spread therefore thy skirt over thine handmaid; for thou art a near kinsman.

10 ئەویش گوتی: «کچەکەم، با تۆ لەلایەن یەزدانەوە بەرەکەتدار بیت، چونکە ئەم چاکەیەی دواییت زیاترە لەوەی یەکەم جارت. تۆ هەوڵت نەداوە شوێن لاوان بکەویت، هەژار بن یان دەوڵەمەند.

And he said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my daughter: thou hast shewed more kindness in the latter end than at the beginning, inasmuch as thou followedst not young men, whether poor or rich.

11 ئێستاش کچی خۆم، مەترسە. هەرچییەک بڵێی بۆت دەکەم، چونکە هەموو خەڵکی شارۆچکەکەم دەزانن کە تۆ ژنێکی ڕەوشت بەرزیت.

And now, my daughter, fear not; I will do to thee all that thou sayest: for all the city of my people doth know that thou art a virtuous woman.

12 ڕاستە من خوێنگرم، بەڵام خوێنگرێکی دیکە هەیە کە لە من پێشترە.

And now it is true that I am a near kinsman: howbeit there is a kinsman nearer than I.

13 ئەمشەو بخەوە، بەیانی ئەگەر ئەو خزمە بە مافی پێشینەیی خزمایەتی هەستا ئەوا باشە، با بەجێی بهێنێت. بە یەزدانی زیندوو! ئەگەر ئەو نەیویست مافی پێشینەیی خزمایەتی بەجێبهێنێت، ئەوا من بەجێی دەهێنم. تۆ هەتا بەیانی پاڵبکەوە.»

Tarry this night, and it shall be in the morning, that if he will perform unto thee the part of a kinsman, well; let him do the kinsman’s part: but if he will not do the part of a kinsman to thee, then will I do the part of a kinsman to thee, as the LORD liveth: lie down until the morning.

14 ئەویش لەلای پێیەوە پاڵکەوت هەتا بەرەبەیان، ئینجا پێش ئەوەی کەسێک بتوانێت بیناسێتەوە، هەستا. بۆعەز گوتی: «با کەس نەزانێت کە ئافرەتێک هاتووە بۆ سەر جۆخینەکە.»

And she lay at his feet until the morning: and she rose up before one could discern another. For he said, Let it not be known that the woman came to the threshing-floor.

15 ئینجا بۆعەز بە ڕائووسی گوت: «چارۆکەکەی بەرت بهێنە و بیگرەوە.» ئەویش گرتییەوە و بۆعەزیش شەش پێوانە جۆی کردە ناوی و دای بەسەر شانیدا. ئینجا بۆعەز چووە ناو شارۆچکەکەوە.

And he said, Bring the mantle that is upon thee, and hold it; and she held it: and he measured six [measures] of barley, and laid it on her: and he went into the city.

16 ڕائووسیش کە هات بۆ لای خەسووی، خەسووی لێی پرسی: «کچم چیت کرد؟» ئەویش پیاوەکە هەرچییەکی بۆ کردبوو بۆی گێڕایەوە.

And when she came to her mother in law, she said, Who art thou, my daughter? And she told her all that the man had done to her.

17 گوتی: «ئەم شەش پێوانە جۆیە ئەو پێیدام، چونکە گوتی:”بە دەستبەتاڵی مەچووەوە لای خەسووت.“»

And she said, These six [measures] of barley gave he me; for he said, Go not empty unto thy mother in law.

18 ئینجا ناعۆمی گوتی: «کچم، دابنیشە هەتا دەزانیت کارەکە چی لێدێت، چونکە پیاوەکە هێور نابێتەوە هەتا ئەمڕۆ کارەکە تەواو نەکات.»

Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall: for the man will not rest, until he have finished the thing this day.
