ڕۆما 2

1 کەواتە ئەی مرۆڤ، هیچ بیانووێکت نییە کە حوکمی کەسێکی دیکە دەدەیت، چونکە بەوەی خەڵکی پێ حوکم دەدەیت، خۆت تاوانبار دەکەیت، لەبەر ئەوەی تۆ کە حوکم دەدەیت، خۆشت هەمان شت دەکەیت.

Therefore you are without excuse, O man, whoever you are who judge. For in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself. For you who judge practice the same things.

2 بەڵام دەزانین حوکمی خودا ڕاستە بەسەر ئەوانەی ئەم شتانە دەکەن.

We know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.

3 کەواتە ئەی ئەو مرۆڤەی ئەوانە حوکم دەدەیت کە ئەم شتانە دەکەن و خۆشت هەمان شت دەکەیت، وا دەزانیت لە حوکمی خودا دەرباز دەبیت؟

Do you think this, O man who judges those who practice such things, and do the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?

4 یان گاڵتەت بە دەوڵەمەندی نەرمونیانی و ئارامی و پشوودرێژییەکەی دێت؟ نازانیت نەرمونیانی خودا بەرەو تۆبەکردنت دەبات؟

Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?

5 بەڵام تۆ لەبەر کەللەڕەقی و دڵی تۆبە نەکردووت، لە ڕۆژی تووڕەیی و ئاشکراکردنی حوکمی دادپەروەرانەی خودا، تووڕەیی لەسەر خۆت کۆ دەکەیتەوە.

But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath, revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God,

6 خودا [پاداشتی هەر یەکێک بەگوێرەی کردارەکانی دەداتەوە.]

who “will pay back to everyone according to their works:”

7 ژیانی هەتاهەتاییش بۆ ئەوانەیە کە بە دانبەخۆداگرتنەوە لە کاری چاکەدا داوای شکۆ و ڕێز و نەمری دەکەن. (aiōnios g166)

to those who by perseverance in well-doing seek for glory, honor, and incorruptibility, consummate (aiōnios g166) life;

8 بەڵام ڕق و تووڕەیی بۆ ئەوانەیە کە داوای خۆپەرستی دەکەن و ملکەچی ڕاستی نابن، بۆ ناڕەوایی ملکەچ دەبن.

but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath, indignation,

9 ناخۆشی و تەنگانە بۆ هەر مرۆڤێکە کە خراپە دەکات، یەکەم جار بۆ جولەکە ئینجا بۆ ناجولەکە.

oppression, and anguish on every soul of man who does evil, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

10 شکۆ و ڕێز و ئاشتی بۆ هەموو چاکەکارێکە، یەکەم جار بۆ جولەکە ئینجا بۆ ناجولەکە،

But glory, honor, and peace go to every man who does good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

11 چونکە خودا لایەنگری ناکات.

For there is no partiality with God.

12 هەموو ئەوانەی کە شەریعەتیان نییە و گوناه دەکەن، بێ شەریعەت لەناودەچن، هەموو ئەوانەش کە لەژێر دەسەڵاتی شەریعەتدا گوناه دەکەن، بە شەریعەت حوکم دەدرێن،

For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.

13 چونکە ئەوانە لەلای خودا بێتاوان نین کە شەریعەت دەبیستن، بەڵکو ئەوانە بێتاوان دەکرێن کە کار بە شەریعەت دەکەن.

For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law will be justified

14 بێگومان ئەو نەتەوانەی کە شەریعەتیان نییە، کاتێک بە شێوەیەکی سروشتی شەریعەتیان پەیڕەو کرد، ئەوانە بۆ خۆیان شەریعەتن، لەگەڵ ئەوەی شەریعەتیان نییە.

(for when Gentiles who do not have the law do by nature the things of the law, these, not having the law, are a law to themselves,

15 ئەوانە بەڵگەی وا نیشان دەدەن کە فەرزەکانی شەریعەت لە دڵیاندا نووسراوە، ویژدانیان لەناویاندا شایەتی دەدات، جار هەیە بیریان تاوانباریان دەکات و جاریش هەیە بەرگرییان لێ دەکات،

in that they show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying with them, and their thoughts among themselves accusing or else excusing them)

16 لەو ڕۆژەدا کاتێک خودا نهێنییەکانی خەڵک لە ڕێگەی عیسای مەسیحەوە حوکم دەدات، بەپێی ئەو مزگێنییەی کە من ڕایدەگەیەنم.

in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my Good News, by Jesus Christ.

17 بەڵام تۆ، ئەگەر بە جولەکە ناو دەبردرێیت و پشت بە شەریعەتی تەورات دەبەستیت و شانازی بە خوداوە دەکەیت؛

Indeed you bear the name of a Jew, rest on the law, glory in God,

18 ئەگەر خواستی ئەو دەزانیت، چی باشترینە پەسەندی دەکەیت، چونکە لە تەورات فێربوویت؛

know his will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law,

19 ئەگەر لە خۆت دڵنیایت کە ڕێبەری کوێرەکانیت و ڕووناکییت بۆ ئەوانەی لە تاریکیدان،

and are confident that you yourself are a guide of the blind, a light to those who are in darkness,

20 فێرکاری نەزانان و مامۆستای منداڵانی، چونکە لە تەوراتدا وێنەی زانین و ڕاستیت هەیە،

a corrector of the foolish, a teacher of babies, having in the law the form of knowledge and of the truth.

21 جا تۆ کە خەڵکی دیکە فێر دەکەیت، ئایا خۆت فێر ناکەیت؟ تۆ کە ڕایدەگەیەنێت کە کەس دزی نەکات، ئایا خۆت دزی ناکەیت؟

You therefore who teach another, do not you teach yourself? You who preach that a man should not steal, do you steal?

22 تۆ کە دەڵێی داوێنپیسی نەکرێت، ئایا خۆت داوێنپیسی ناکەیت؟ تۆ کە ڕقت لە بت دەبێتەوە، ئایا پەرستگاکان تاڵان ناکەیت؟

You who say a man should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?

23 کە شانازی بە شەریعەتی تەوراتەوە دەکەیت، ئایا بە سەرپێچیکردنی شەریعەت سووکایەتی بە خودا ناکەیت؟

You who glory in the law, do you dishonor God by disobeying the law?

24 وەک نووسراوە: [لەبەر ئێوە لەناو نەتەوەکاندا کفر بە ناوی خودا دەکرێت.]

For “the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” just as it is written.

25 خەتەنەکردن سوودی دەبێت ئەگەر شەریعەت پەیڕەو بکەیت، بەڵام ئەگەر سەرپێچی شەریعەت بکەیت، ئەوا وەکو ئەوەیە کە هەر خەتەنە نەکرابیت.

For circumcision indeed profits, if you are a doer of the law, but if you are a transgressor of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision.

26 بۆیە ئەگەر خەتەنە نەکراو کار بە داواکارییە دروستەکانی شەریعەت بکات، ئایا خەتەنە نەکردنەکەی بە خەتەنەکردن دانانرێت؟

If therefore the uncircumcised keep the ordinances of the law, will not his uncircumcision be accounted as circumcision?

27 ئیتر ئەوەی بە سروشت خەتەنە نەکراوە، بەڵام شەریعەت جێبەجێ دەکات، حوکم بەسەر تۆدا دەدات کە شەریعەتی نووسراو و خەتەنەکردنت هەیە، هەرچەندە تۆ سەرپێچی شەریعەت دەکەیت.

Will not those who are physically uncircumcised, but fulfill the law, judge you, who with the letter and circumcision are a transgressor of the law?

28 ئەگەر کەسێک تەنها بە ڕواڵەت جولەکە بێت، ئەوا لە ڕاستیدا جولەکە نییە، هەروەها ئەگەر خەتەنەکردن تەنها جەستەیی بێت، ئەوا لە ڕاستیدا خەتەنەکردن نییە.

For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh;

29 بەڵام ئەوەی لە ناخەوە جولەکە بێت، ئەوا لە ڕاستیدا جولەکەیە، هەروەها ئەگەر خەتەنەکردن تەنها بەگوێرەی شەریعەتی نووسراو ئەنجام بدرێت، ئەوا خەتەنەکردن نییە، بەڵکو خەتەنەکردنی دڵ کە لە ڕێگەی ڕۆحی پیرۆزەوەیە، خەتەنەکردنی ڕاستەقینەیە. ئەوەی ستایشی لەلای خەڵک نییە، بەڵکو لەلای خودایە.

but he is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men, but from God.
