زەبوورەکان 97

1 یەزدان پاشایەتی دەکات، با زەوی دڵخۆش بێت، دوورگە زۆرەکان شادمان بن.

The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad.

2 هەور و تەم لە دەوروپشتی ئەوە، ڕاستودروستی و دادپەروەری بنچینەی تەختی ئەوە.

Clouds and darkness are round about Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.

3 ئاگر لەپێشیەوە، دوژمنەکانی دەوروبەری دەسووتێنێت.

A fire goeth before Him, and burneth up His adversaries round about.

4 بروسکەکانی جیهان ڕووناک دەکەنەوە، زەوی چاوی پێکەوت و لەرزی.

His lightnings lighted up the world; the earth saw, and trembled.

5 چیاکان وەک مۆم لەبەردەم یەزدان توانەوە، لەبەردەم پەروەردگاری هەموو جیهان.

The mountains melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

6 ئاسمان ڕاستودروستییەکەی ڕادەگەیەنێت، هەموو گەلان شکۆمەندی ئەویان بینی.

The heavens declared His righteousness, and all the peoples saw His glory.

7 ئەوانەی پەیکەر دەپەرستن شەرمەزار دەبن، ئەوانەی شانازی بە بت دەکەن. ئەی هەموو خوداوەندەکان، کڕنۆشی بۆ ببەن.

Ashamed be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of things of nought; bow down to Him, all ye gods.

8 سییۆن بیستی و شادمان بوو، کچانی یەهودا دڵخۆش بوون، بە حوکمەکانت، ئەی یەزدان،

Zion heard and was glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoiced; because of Thy judgments, O LORD.

9 چونکە لەسەر هەموو زەوی تۆ هەرەبەرزی، تۆ لە هەموو خوداوەندەکان پایەبەرزتری.

For Thou, LORD, art most high above all the earth; Thou art exalted far above all gods.

10 با دۆستانی یەزدان ڕقیان لە بەدکاری ببێتەوە، لەبەر ئەوەی گیانی خۆشەویستانی دەپارێزێت و لە دەست خراپەکاران دەربازیان دەکات.

O ye that love the LORD, hate evil; He preserveth the souls of His saints; He delivered them out of the hand of the wicked.

11 ڕووناکی لەسەر ڕاستودروستان دەدرەوشێتەوە و شادییش بۆ دڵڕاستەکان.

Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

12 ئەی ڕاستودروستان، بە یەزدان شاد بن، ستایشی ناوە پیرۆزەکەی بکەن.

Be glad in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks to His holy name.
