زەبوورەکان 63

1 زەبوورێکی داودە کاتێک لە چۆڵەوانی یەهودا بوو. ئەی خودایە، تۆ خودای منی، بە پەرۆشم بۆت، گیانم تینووی تۆیە، جەستەم شەیدای تۆیە، لە خاکێکی وشک و ماندوو و بێ ئاو.

O GOD, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

2 لە پیرۆزگاکە سەیرم کردوویت و هێز و شکۆمەندی تۆم بینیوە.

To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

3 لەبەر ئەوەی خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت لە ژیان باشترە، لێوەکانم ستایشت دەکەن.

Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

4 بە درێژایی ژیانم ستایشت دەکەم، بە ناوی تۆوە دەستم بەرز دەکەمەوە.

Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.

5 گیانم تێر دەبێت وەک ئەوەی بە دوگ و چەوری، بە لێوی شادمانەوە دەمم ستایشت دەکات.

My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

6 لەناو نوێنەکەم یادی تۆ دەکەم، بە درێژایی شەو بیر لە تۆ دەکەمەوە،

When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.

7 چونکە تۆ هاریکارم بوویت، لەژێر سێبەری باڵەکانت گۆرانی دەڵێم.

Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.

8 گیانم بە تۆوە بەندە، دەستی ڕاستی تۆ پشتم دەگرێت.

My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.

9 بەڵام ئەوانەی بۆ کوشتنی من دەگەڕێن لەناودەچن، بەرەو ناخی زەوی شۆڕ دەبنەوە.

But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.

10 ئەوانە بە دەمی شمشێر دەسپێردرێن و دەبن بە خۆراکی چەقەڵ.

They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.

11 بەڵام پاشا بە خودا دڵخۆش دەبێت، هەموو ئەوانەی سوێند بە خودا دەخۆن ستایشی دەکەن، چونکە دەمی درۆزنان دادەخرێت.

But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
