| گۆرانییەک، زەبوورێکی کوڕانی قۆرەح. یەزدان مەزنە و شایانی هەموو ستایشێکە، لە شاری خودامان، لە کێوی پیرۆزی خۆی. | 1 |
A Song [and] Psalm for the sons of Korah. Great [is] the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, [in] the mountain of his holiness.
| کێوی سییۆن جوانە لە بەرزاییدا، خۆشی هەموو زەوییە، وەک لووتکەی شاخی چافۆن، شاری پاشای گەورەیە. | 2 |
Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, [is] mount Zion, [on] the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
| خودا لەناو قەڵاکانی وەک پەناگایەک ناسراوە. | 3 |
God is known in her palaces for a refuge.
| ئەوەتا پاشاکان هێزیان کۆکردەوە، ئەوەتا پێکەوە هاتنە پێشەوە، | 4 |
For lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.
| کە بینییان تاسان، بە ترسەوە هەڵاتن. | 5 |
They saw [it], [and] so they wondered; they were troubled, [and] hasted away.
| لەوێ لەرزیان لێهات، ژانیان گرت، وەک ژن لە کاتی منداڵبوون. | 6 |
Fear took hold upon them there, [and] pain, as of a woman in travail.
| وەک کەشتییەکانی تەرشیش تێکت شکاندن، بە بای ڕۆژهەڵات تەفروتونات کردن. | 7 |
Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind.
| هەروەک بیستمان، ئاواش بینیمان لە شاری یەزدانی سوپاسالار، لە شاری خودامان: «خودا هەتاهەتایە دەیچەسپێنێت.» | 8 |
As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. (Selah)
| ئەی خودایە، لە ناوەندی پەرستگاکەت بیر لە خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت دەکەینەوە. | 9 |
We have thought of thy loving-kindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple.
| ئەی خودایە، وەک ناوت ستایشت دەگاتە ئەوپەڕی زەوی، دەستە ڕاستت پڕە لە ڕاستودروستی. | 10 |
According to thy name, O God, so [is] thy praise to the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness.
| کێوی سییۆن شادمان دەبێت، کچانی یەهودا دڵخۆش دەبن بەهۆی دادوەرییەکانت. | 11 |
Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments.
| بە دەوری سییۆندا بگەڕێن، بە دەوریدا بسووڕێنەوە، قوللەکانی بژمێرن، | 12 |
Walk about Zion, and go round her: number her towers.
| لە شووراکانی وردبنەوە، بڕواننە قەڵاکانی، هەتا بۆ نەوەی داهاتووی باس بکەن. | 13 |
Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell [it] to the generation following.
| هەتاهەتایە ئەم خودایە خودامانە، تاکو مردنیش ئەو ڕابەرمانە. | 14 |
For this God [is] our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide [even] to death.
