هۆنراوەیەکی داود. خۆزگە دەخوازرێ بەوەی لە یاخیبوونەکانی بەخشراوە، گوناهەکانی داپۆشراوە. 1
David’s An Instructive Psalm. How happy is he whose transgression is forgiven! whose sin is pardoned!
خۆزگە دەخوازرێ بەو کەسەی کە یەزدان تاوانی لەسەر ناژمێرێت و لە ڕۆحەکەی بێ فێڵە. 2
How happy the son of earth, to whom Yahweh will not reckon iniquity! and in whose spirit is no guile!
کاتێک دانم بە گوناهەکانمدا نەنا، ئێسقانەکانم پووکانەوە، لە ناڵینم بە درێژایی ڕۆژ. 3
When I kept silence, my bones became worn out, Through my groaning all the day;
لەبەر ئەوەی بە شەو و بە ڕۆژ، دەستت بەسەر سەرمەوە قورس بوو، تەڕێتیم گۆڕا بۆ وشکی هاوین. 4
For, day and night, heavy upon me, was thy hand, —Changed was my life-sap into the drought of summer. (Selah)
ئینجا لەلای تۆدا داندەنێم بە گوناهم و تاوانم ناشارمەوە. گوتم: «لەلای یەزدان داندەنێم بە یاخیبوونم.» تۆش لە تاوانی گوناهم خۆشبوویت. 5
My sin, would I own unto thee, and, mine iniquity, not hide, I said, I will confess my transgressions unto Yahweh, And, thou, didst forgive the iniquity of my sin. (Selah)
بۆیە با هەموو خواناسێک لێت بپاڕێتەوە لە کاتی خۆی بتدۆزێتەوە، بێگومان کە لافاو هەستا، نایگاتێ. 6
For this cause, will every man of lovingkindness pray unto thee, in time to obtain, —Surely, in the overflow of many waters, unto him, shall they not reach.
تۆ پەناگای منیت، لە تەنگانە دەمپارێزی و بە سروودی دەربازبوون دەورم دەدەیت. 7
Thou, art a hiding-place for me, From distress, wilt thou preserve me, —With shouts of deliverance, wilt thou compass me about. (Selah)
خودا دەفەرموێت: «من فێرت دەکەم و ڕێنماییت دەکەم بۆ ئەو ڕێگایەی کە دەبێت پێیدا بڕۆیت، ئامۆژگاریت دەکەم و چاودێریت دەکەم. 8
I will make thee discreet, I will point out to thee the way which thou must go, I will fix upon thee mine eye.
وەک ئەسپ و هێستر مەبە کە هیچ تێناگەن، بەڵکو دەبێت لغاوی لە دەم بکرێت و جڵەوی ڕابکێشرێت، بۆ ئەوەی لێت نزیک ببێتەوە. 9
Do not ye become like a horse, like a mule, without discernment, —With the bit and bridle of his mouth, [hast thou] to restrain him, —He will not come near unto thee.
بەدکارەکان ئازاریان زۆرە، بەڵام ئەوەی پشت بە یەزدان ببەستێت، خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕ دەوری دەدات.» 10
Many pains, hath the lawless one, —But, he that trusteth in Yahweh, Lovingkindness, shall compass him about.
ئەی سەرڕاستەکان، شاد بن بە یەزدان و دڵخۆش بن، ئەی هەموو دڵڕاستەکان، گۆرانی بڵێن! 11
Rejoice in Yahweh and exult, O ye righteous, Yea, shout in triumph, all ye upright in heart!
