| زەبوورێکی داود. ئەی یەزدان، گیانی خۆم بۆ تۆ بەرز دەکەمەوە. | 1 |
David’s. [An Alphabetical Psalm.] Unto thee, O Yahweh, my soul, would I lift:
| ئەی خودای من، پشتم بە تۆ بەستووە. ڕێ مەدە شەرمەزار بم، دوژمنانم پێ خۆش مەکە. | 2 |
O my God, in thee, have I put my trust, Let me not be put to shame, Let not my foe exult over me:
| هەموو ئەوانەی ئومێدیان بە تۆ هەیە شەرمەزار نابن، بەڵکو ئەوانە شەرمەزار دەبن کە بەبێ هۆ ناپاکی دەکەن. | 3 |
Yea let, none who wait for thee, be put to shame, Let them be put to shame who act covertly without cause!
| ئەی یەزدان، ڕێگاکانی خۆتم پێ بناسێنە، ڕێڕەوەکانی خۆتم فێر بکە. | 4 |
Thy ways, O Yahweh, let me know, Thy paths, teach thou me:
| لە ڕاستی خۆت ڕێنماییم بکە و فێرم بکە، چونکە تۆ خودای ڕزگارکەری منیت، بە درێژایی ڕۆژ ئومێدم هەر بە تۆیە. | 5 |
Guide me into thy truth and teach me, for, thou, art my delivering God, For thee, have I waited all the day:
| ئەی یەزدان، بەزەیی و خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەی خۆت لەبیر بێت، چونکە لە دێرزەمانەوە ئەمانە هەن. | 6 |
Remember thy compassions, O Yahweh, and thy lovingkindnesses, For, from age-past times, have they been.
| ئەی یەزدان، گوناهەکانی کاتی گەنجیەتیم و یاخیبوونەکانم بەبیر خۆت مەهێنەوە، بەڵکو بەگوێرەی خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت بیرم لێ بکەرەوە، لە پێناوی چاکی خۆت. | 7 |
The sins of my youth, and my transgressions, do not thou call to mind, —According to thine own lovingkindness, remember thou me, for the sake of thine own goodness, O Yahweh.
| یەزدان چاک و سەرڕاستە، بۆیە گوناهباران فێری ڕاستەڕێیی دەکات، | 8 |
Good and upright, is Yahweh, For this cause, will he direct sinners into the way.
| ڕابەرایەتی بێفیزەکان دەکات بۆ دادپەروەری، ئەوان فێری ڕێگای خۆی دەکات. | 9 |
May he guide patient wronged-ones to be righted, and teach such oppressed-ones his way.
| هەموو ڕێگاکانی یەزدان ڕاست و خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕن بۆ ئەو کەسانەی فەرزەکانی پەیمانەکەی ناشکێنن. | 10 |
All the paths of Yahweh, are lovingkindness and faithfulness, to such as keep his covenant, and his testimonies.
| ئەی یەزدان، لە پێناوی ناوی خۆت، لە گوناهم خۆشبە، هەرچەندە گەورەشە. | 11 |
For the sake of thy Name, O Yahweh, Therefore wilt thou pardon mine iniquity, for great it is.
| کێیە ئەو کەسەی لە یەزدان دەترسێت؟ خودا فێری ئەو ڕێگایەی دەکات کە بۆی هەڵبژاردووە. | 12 |
Who then is the man that revereth Yahweh? Let him direct him into the way he should choose.
| هەموو ڕۆژانی لە چاکەدا دەبێت و زەوی بە میرات بۆ نەوەکانی دەمێنێتەوە. | 13 |
His soul, with prosperity, shall tarry, and, his seed, shall possess the land.
| خودا نهێنی خۆی بەوانە دەسپێرێت کە لێی دەترسن، وا دەکات پەیمانەکەی زانراو بێت لەلایان. | 14 |
Intimacy with Yahweh, have they who revere him, His covenant also, he letteth them know.
| من هەمیشە چاوم ئاراستەی یەزدان کردووە، چونکە تەنها ئەو پێم لە تەڵە دەکاتەوە. | 15 |
Mine eyes, are continually unto Yahweh, —for, he, bringeth, out of the net, my feet.
| ئاوڕم لێ بدەوە و لەگەڵم میهرەبان بە، چونکە تەنها و کڵۆڵم. | 16 |
Turn thou unto me, and show me favour, for, alone and oppressed, I am.
| دڵتەنگیم زیاد بووە، لە تەنگانەکانم ڕزگارم بکە. | 17 |
The distresses of my heart, hath he relieved, —and, out of my straits, brought me forth.
| تەماشای داماوی و ڕەنجکێشانم بکە و لە هەموو گوناهەکانم خۆشبە. | 18 |
Behold my humiliation and my pain, and take away all my sins.
| تەماشای دوژمنەکانم بکە چەند زۆر بوونە و چەند بە قینەوە ڕقیان لێمە. | 19 |
Behold my foes, for they abound, —and, with the hatred of violence, do they hate me.
| ژیانم بپارێزە و ڕزگارم بکە، شەرمەزارم مەکە، چونکە پەنا وەبەر تۆ دەهێنم. | 20 |
Oh keep my soul, and rescue me, Let me not be put to shame, for I have sought refuge in thee.
| با دروستی و سەرڕاستی پارێزەرم بن، چونکە ئومێدم بە تۆیە. | 21 |
Let, blamelessness and uprightness, watch over me, because I have waited for thee.
| ئەی خودایە، ئیسرائیل بکڕەوە لە هەموو تەنگانەکانی! | 22 |
Redeem Israel, O God, —out of all his distresses.
