زەبوورەکان 2

1 بۆچی نەتەوەکان دەوروژێن و گەلان پیلان لە شتی پووچ دەگێڕن؟

Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

2 پاشایانی زەوی خۆیان ڕێک دەخەن، سەرۆکەکانیان پێکەوە کۆدەبنەوە لە دژی یەزدان و مەسیحەکەی و دەڵێن:

The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,

3 «با کۆتەکانیان بشکێنین و زنجیرەکانیان لە خۆمان بکەینەوە.»

Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

4 ئەوەی لە ئاسمان دانیشتووە پێدەکەنێت، پەروەردگار گاڵتەیان پێ دەکات.

He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

5 ئینجا بە تووڕەیی خۆی قسەیان بۆ دەکات، بە هەڵچوونی خۆی دەیانتۆقێنێت:

Then shall he speak to them in his wrath, and trouble them in his great displeasure.

6 «من پاشای خۆمم لەسەر سییۆن داناوە، لەسەر کێوی پیرۆزی خۆم.»

Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

7 من فەرمانی یەزدانتان پێ ڕادەگەیەنم: پێی فەرمووم: «تۆ کوڕی منی، من ئەمڕۆ بوومە باوکت.

I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said to me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

8 داوام لێ بکە، نەتەوەکان دەکەم بە میراتت، ئەوپەڕی زەوی دەکەم بە موڵکی تۆ.

Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thy inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

9 بە گۆچانێکی ئاسنین دەیانشکێنیت و وەک گۆزەیەکی گڵین وردوخاشیان دەکەیت.»

Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.

10 بۆیە، ئەی پاشایان، وریابن، سەرۆکەکانی زەوی، ئاگاداربن.

Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

11 بە ترسەوە یەزدان بپەرستن، بە لەرزەوە دڵخۆش بن.

Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

12 کوڕەکە ماچ بکەن، نەوەک تووڕە ببێت و لە ڕێگای خۆتان بفەوتێن، چونکە تووڕەیی ئەو زوو دێتە جۆش. خۆزگە دەخوازرێ بە هەموو ئەوانەی پەنا دەبەنە بەر ئەو.

Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
