1 ستایشێکی داود. بەرزت دەکەمەوە، ئەی خودایە، ئەی پاشا، هەتاهەتایە ستایشی ناوت دەکەم.

A Psalm of praise. Of David. I will extol thee, my God, O King, and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

2 هەموو ڕۆژێک ستایشت دەکەم، هەتاهەتایە ستایشی ناوت دەکەم.

Every day will I bless thee, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

3 یەزدان مەزنە و شایانی ستایشێکی زۆرە، مەزنایەتی لە سەرووی تێگەیشتنە.

Great is Jehovah, and exceedingly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

4 هەموو نەوەیەک بۆ نەوەی دوای خۆی شایەتی بۆ کارەکانت دەدات، پاڵەوانیێتی تۆ ڕادەگەیەنن.

One generation shall laud thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

5 دەربارەی پایەبەرزی شکۆی پاشایەتیت دەدوێن، منیش لە کارە سەرسوڕهێنەرەکانت ورد دەبمەوە.

I will speak of the glorious splendour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.

6 دەربارەی هێزی کردەوە سامناکەکانت دەدوێن، منیش مەزنیت ڕادەگەیەنم.

And they shall tell of the might of thy terrible acts; and thy great deeds will I declare.

7 یادی زۆری چاکەی تۆ هەڵدەڕێژن، گۆرانی بەسەر ڕاستودروستیتدا دەڵێن.

They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

8 یەزدان میهرەبان و بە بەزەییە، پشوودرێژە و پڕە لە خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕ.

Jehovah is gracious and merciful; slow to anger, and of great loving-kindness.

9 یەزدان بۆ هەمووان چاکە، بەزەییەکەی بۆ هەموو ئەوانەیە کە دروستی کردوون.

Jehovah is good to all; and his tender mercies are over all his works.

10 ئەی یەزدان، هەموو ئەوانەی دروستت کردوون ستایشت دەکەن، خۆشەویستانت ستایشت دەکەن.

All thy works shall praise thee, Jehovah, and thy saints shall bless thee.

11 دەربارەی شکۆمەندی شانشینەکەت دەدوێن، باسی پاڵەوانیێتی تۆ دەکەن،

They shall tell of the glory of thy kingdom, and speak of thy power;

12 تاکو پاڵەوانیێتیت لەلای هەموو ئادەمیزادێک زانراو بێت، هەروەها پایەبەرزی شکۆی شانشینەکەت.

To make known to the children of men his mighty acts, and the glorious splendour of his kingdom.

13 شانشینەکەت شانشینی هەموو سەردەمێکە، فەرمانڕەوایەتیشت بەسەر هەموو نەوەکانەوەیە. یەزدان لە هەموو بەڵێنەکانی دڵسۆزە، خۆشەویستییەکەی بۆ هەموو ئەوانەیە کە دروستی کردوون.

Thy kingdom is a kingdom of all ages, and thy dominion is throughout all generations.

14 یەزدان پشتگیرە بۆ هەموو کەوتووەکان، ڕاستکەرەوەیە بۆ هەموو ئەوانەی چەماونەتەوە.

Jehovah upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all that are bowed down.

15 چاوی هەمووان هیوای بە تۆیە، تۆش لە کاتی خۆیدا خواردنیان دەدەیتێ.

The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their food in its season.

16 دەستت دەکەیتەوە و ئارەزووی هەموو زیندووێک تێر دەکەیت.

Thou openest thy hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

17 یەزدان لە هەموو ڕێگاکانی ڕاستودروستە، خۆشەویستییەکەی بۆ هەموو ئەوانەیە کە دروستی کردوون.

Jehovah is righteous in all his ways, and kind in all his works.

18 یەزدان نزیکە لە هەموو ئەوانەی لێی دەپاڕێنەوە، لە هەموو ئەوانەی بە ڕاستییەوە لێی دەپاڕێنەوە.

Jehovah is nigh unto all that call upon him, unto all that call upon him in truth.

19 ئارەزووی هەموو ئەوانە بەجێدەهێنێت کە لێی دەترسن، گوێی لە هاواریان دەبێت و ڕزگاریان دەکات.

He fulfilleth the desire of them that fear him; he heareth their cry, and saveth them.

20 یەزدان هەموو ئەوانە دەپارێزێت کە خۆشیان دەوێت، بەڵام هەموو بەدکاران تەفروتونا دەکات.

Jehovah keepeth all that love him, and all the wicked will he destroy.

21 دەمم بە ستایشی یەزدان دەدوێ، با هەموو کەسێک ستایشی ناوی پیرۆزی بکات، هەتاهەتایە.

My mouth shall speak the praise of Jehovah; and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
