1 هەلیلویا! ستایشی ناوی یەزدان بکەن، ئەی بەندەکانی یەزدان، ستایشی بکەن،

Praise ye Jehovah. Praise ye the name of Jehovah. Praise, O ye servants of Jehovah,

2 ئەی ئەوانەی لە ماڵی یەزدان ڕاوەستاون، لە حەوشەی ماڵی خودامان.

ye who stand in the house of Jehovah, in the courts of the house of our God.

3 ستایشی یەزدان بکەن، چونکە یەزدان چاکە، مۆسیقا بۆ ناوی بژەنن، چونکە ئاوا جوانە،

Praise ye Jehovah, for Jehovah is good. Sing praises to his name, for it is pleasant.

4 چونکە یەزدان یاقوبی بۆ خۆی هەڵبژاردووە و ئیسرائیل بۆ گەنجینەیەکی تایبەتی خۆی.

For Jehovah has chosen Jacob to himself, Israel for his own possession.

5 من دەزانم یەزدان مەزنە، پەروەردگارمان لە هەموو خوداوەندەکان مەزنترە.

For I know that Jehovah is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.

6 یەزدان هەرچی پێ خۆشبێت دەیکات، لە ئاسمان و لەسەر زەوی، لە دەریا و لە هەموو قووڵاییەکان.

Whatever Jehovah pleased, that he has done, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps,

7 لەوپەڕی زەوییەوە هەورەکان بەرز دەکاتەوە، بروسکە بۆ باران دروستدەکات و لە ئەمباری خۆی با دەردێنێت.

who causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth, who makes lightnings for the rain, who brings forth the wind out of his treasuries,

8 ئەو بوو کە نۆبەرەکانی میسری لەناوبرد، لە مرۆڤەوە هەتا ئاژەڵ.

who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast,

9 ئەی میسرییەکان، لەنێو ئێوە نیشانە و پەرجووی نارد، لە دژی فیرعەون و هەموو خزمەتکارەکانی.

who sent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants,

10 ئەو زۆر نەتەوەی لەناوبرد و پاشا بە تواناکانی کوشت.

who smote many nations, and killed mighty kings-

11 سیحۆنی پاشای ئەمۆرییەکان و عۆگی پاشای باشان و هەموو پاشاکانی کەنعان

Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan-

12 خاکەکەیانی کردە میرات، میرات بۆ ئیسرائیلی گەلی خۆی.

and gave their land for a heritage, a heritage to Israel his people.

13 ئەی یەزدان، ناوت هەتاهەتاییە، ئەی یەزدان، یادت بۆ نەوە دوای نەوەیە،

Thy name, O Jehovah, is forever, thy memorial, O Jehovah, throughout all generations.

14 چونکە یەزدان ئەستۆپاکی گەلی خۆی دەسەلمێنێت، میهرەبان دەبێت لەگەڵ خزمەتکارەکانی.

For Jehovah will judge his people, and will relent concerning his servants.

15 بتەکانی نەتەوەکان زێڕ و زیون، دەستکردی مرۆڤن.

The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.

16 دەمیان هەیە، بەڵام قسە ناکەن، چاویان هەیە، بەڵام نابینن،

They have mouths, but they speak not. They have eyes, but they see not.

17 گوێیان هەیە، بەڵام نابیستن، هەناسە لە دەمیان نییە.

They have ears, but they hear not, nor is there any breath in their mouths.

18 دروستکەرەکانیان وەک ئەوان دەبن، هەروەها هەموو ئەوانەش کە پشتیان پێ دەبەستن.

Those who make them shall be like them, yea, everyone who trusts in them.

19 ئەی بنەماڵەی ئیسرائیل، ستایشی یەزدان بکەن! ئەی بنەماڵەی هارون، ستایشی یەزدان بکەن!

O house of Israel, bless ye Jehovah. O house of Aaron, bless ye Jehovah.

20 ئەی بنەماڵەی لێڤی، ستایشی یەزدان بکەن! ئەی ئەوانەی ترسی یەزدانتان لە دڵدایە، ستایشی یەزدان بکەن!

O house of Levi, bless ye Jehovah. Ye who fear Jehovah, bless ye Jehovah.

21 ستایش بۆ یەزدان لە سییۆن، بۆ ئەوەی لە ئۆرشەلیم نیشتەجێیە. هەلیلویا!

Blessed be Jehovah out of Zion, who dwells at Jerusalem. Praise ye Jehovah.
