زەبوورەکان 13

1 بۆ سەرۆکی کۆمەڵی مۆسیقاژەنان، زەبوورێکی داود. ئەی یەزدان، هەتا کەی؟ بە تەواوی لەبیرم دەکەیت؟ هەتا کەی ڕووی خۆتم لێ وەردەگێڕیت؟

For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. How long, O LORD, wilt thou forget me for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

2 هەتا کەی ڕۆژانە دەروونم ڕاڕا بێت و خەفەت لەناو دڵم کۆبکەمەوە؟ هەتا کەی دوژمنم بەسەرمدا زاڵ بێت؟

How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart all the day? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

3 ئەی یەزدان، خودای من، سەیرم بکە و بە دەنگمەوە وەرە، چاوم ڕۆشن بکەرەوە، نەوەک خەوی مەرگم لێبکەوێت،

Consider [and] answer me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the [sleep of] death;

4 نەوەک دوژمن بڵێت: «بەسەریدا زاڵ بووم،» نەوەک ناحەزەکانم بە کەوتنی من شادمان بن.

Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; [lest] mine adversaries rejoice when I am moved.

5 بەڵام من پشتم بە خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت بەستووە، دڵم بە ڕزگاریی تۆوە خۆشە.

But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation:

6 سروود بۆ یەزدان دەڵێم، چونکە چاکەی لەگەڵ کردووم.

I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
