1 یەزدانم خۆشدەوێت، چونکە گوێ لە دەنگ و لە پاڕانەوەم دەگرێت،

I love Yahweh—because he heareth my voice, my supplications;

2 چونکە گوێی خۆی بۆم شل کرد، هەتا ماوم هەر لێی دەپاڕێمەوە.

Because he hath bowed down his ear unto me, therefore, throughout my days, will I call.

3 تۆڕی مەرگ دەوری دام، ناخۆشی جیهانی مردووان کەوتە سەرم، دەرد و تەنگانەم چێژت. (Sheol h7585)

The meshes of death encompassed me, and the distresses of hades, came upon me, Peril and sorrow, I found; (Sheol h7585)

4 بە ناوی یەزدانەوە دەپاڕێمەوە: «ئەی یەزدان، تکات لێ دەکەم، گیانم دەرباز بکە!»

But, on the Name of Yahweh, I called—I beseech thee, Yahweh, deliver my soul.

5 یەزدان میهرەبان و ڕاستودروستە، خودامان بە بەزەییە.

Gracious is Yahweh and righteous, and, our God, is full of compassion.

6 یەزدان چاودێری خەڵکی ساکار دەکات، کاتێک زەلیل بووم، ئەو ڕزگاری کردم.

Yahweh, preserveth the simple, I was brought low, when, to me, he granted salvation.

7 ئەی گیانی من، بگەڕێوە بۆ ئارامی خۆت، چونکە یەزدان چاکەی بەسەرتدا باراند.

Return, O my soul, to thy rest, For, Yahweh, hath dealt bountifully with thee.

8 تۆ گیانی منت لە مردن ڕزگار کرد، چاوەکانم لە فرمێسک، پێیەکانم لە خزان،

For thou hast rescued my soul from death, —mine eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.

9 تاکو دۆستایەتی یەزدان بکەم لە خاکی زیندووان.

I will walk to and fro before Yahweh, in the lands of life.

10 باوەڕم هەبوو، بۆیە گوتم: «من زۆر دەردەدارم!»

I believed that I should speak, I, was greatly depressed.

11 من لە کاتی تۆقینەکەمدا گوتم: «مرۆڤ هەموو درۆزنن!»

I, said in mine alarm, All men, are false!

12 چی بدەمەوە یەزدان، بەرامبەر هەموو چاکەکانی بۆ من.

How shall I give back to Yahweh, All his benefits unto me?

13 جامی ڕزگاری بەرز دەکەمەوە و بە ناوی یەزدانەوە دەپاڕێمەوە.

The cup of salvation, will I lift, and, on the Name of Yahweh, will I call:

14 نەزرەکانم بۆ یەزدان بەجێدەهێنم، بەرامبەر بە هەموو گەلەکەی.

My vows—to Yahweh, will I pay, Might it be in presence of all his people!

15 یەزدان مردنی خۆشەویستانی لەلا سەنگینە.

Costly in the eyes of Yahweh, is, death, for his men of lovingkindness.

16 ئەی یەزدان، من بە ڕاستی خزمەتکاری تۆم، من خزمەتکاری تۆم، کوڕی کەنیزەکەت، تۆ کۆتەکانی منت کردەوە.

I beseech thee, O Yahweh—for, I, am thy servant, —I, am thy servant, the son of thy handmaid, Thou hast loosened my bonds.

17 قوربانی سوپاسگوزاری بۆ تۆ سەردەبڕم، بە ناوی یەزدانەوە دەپاڕێمەوە.

To thee, will I sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and, on the Name of Yahweh, will I call:

18 نەزرەکانم بۆ یەزدان بەجێدەهێنم، بەرامبەر بە هەموو گەلەکەی،

My vows—to Yahweh, will I pay, Might it be in the presence of all his people; —

19 لە حەوشەی ماڵی یەزداندا، لە ناوەندی تۆدا، ئەی ئۆرشەلیم. هەلیلویا!

In the courts of the house of Yahweh, In the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye Yah!
