| بۆ ئێمە نا، ئەی یەزدان، بۆ ئێمە نا، بەڵکو بۆ ناوی خۆت شکۆ ببەخشە، لەبەر خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت و دڵسۆزییەکەت. | 1 |
Not to us, O YHWH, not to us, But to Your Name give glory, For Your kindness, for Your truth.
| بۆچی نەتەوەکان بڵێن: «کوا، خودایان لەکوێیە؟» | 2 |
Why do the nations say, “Where, pray, [is] their God?”
| خودامان لە ئاسمانە، هەرچی حەز بکات، دەیکات. | 3 |
And our God [is] in the heavens, All that He has pleased He has done.
| بتەکانیان زێڕ و زیون، دەستکردی مرۆڤن. | 4 |
Their idols [are] silver and gold, work of man’s hands,
| دەمیان هەیە، بەڵام قسە ناکەن، چاویان هەیە، بەڵام نابینن، | 5 |
They have a mouth, and they do not speak, They have eyes, and they do not see,
| گوێیان هەیە، بەڵام نابیستن، لووتیان هەیە، بەڵام بۆن ناکەن، | 6 |
They have ears, and they do not hear, They have a nose, and they do not smell,
| دەستیان هەیە، بەڵام دەست لە هیچ نادەن، پێیان هەیە، بەڵام ناڕۆن، دەنگ لە گەروویان نایەتە دەرەوە. | 7 |
Their hands, but they do not handle, Their feet, and they do not walk;
| دروستکەرەکانیان وەک ئەوان دەبن، هەروەها هەموو ئەوانەش کە پشتیان پێ دەبەستن. | 8 |
Nor do they mutter through their throat, Their makers are like them, Everyone who is trusting in them.
| ئەی بنەماڵەی ئیسرائیل، پشت بە یەزدان ببەستن. ئەو یارمەتیدەر و قەڵغانیانە. | 9 |
O Israel, trust in YHWH, “He [is] their help and their shield.”
| ئەی بنەماڵەی هارون، پشت بە یەزدان ببەستن. ئەو یارمەتیدەر و قەڵغانیانە. | 10 |
O house of Aaron, trust in YHWH, “He [is] their help and their shield.”
| ئەی ئەوانەی لەخواترسیتان لە دڵدایە، پشت بە یەزدان ببەستن. ئەو یارمەتیدەر و قەڵغانیانە. | 11 |
You fearing YHWH, trust in YHWH, “He [is] their help and their shield.”
| یەزدان ئێمەی لەبیرە و بەرەکەتدارمان دەکات، بەرەکەت بە بنەماڵەی ئیسرائیل دەبەخشێت، بەرەکەت بە بنەماڵەی هارون دەبەخشێت. | 12 |
YHWH has remembered us, He blesses, He blesses the house of Israel, He blesses the house of Aaron,
| بەرەکەت بەوانە دەبەخشێت کە لەخواترسییان لە دڵدایە، گەورە و بچووکیش. | 13 |
He blesses those fearing YHWH, The small with the great.
| با یەزدان هەر زیادتان بکات، ئێوە و منداڵەکانتان. | 14 |
YHWH adds to you—to you and to your sons.
| با ئێوە بە یەزدان بەرەکەتدار بن، دروستکەری ئاسمان و زەوی. | 15 |
Blessed [are] you of YHWH, Maker of the heavens and earth,
| ئاسمان ئاسمانی یەزدانە، زەویشی بە ئادەمیزاد بەخشیوە. | 16 |
The heavens—the heavens [are] YHWH’s, And He has given the earth to sons of men;
| نە مردووان ستایشی یەزدان دەکەن، نە هەموو ئەوانەی شۆڕ دەبنەوە ناو بێدەنگی، | 17 |
The dead do not praise YAH, Nor any going down to silence.
| بەڵام ئێمە ستایشی یەزدان دەکەین، لە ئێستاوە و هەتاهەتایە. هەلیلویا! | 18 |
And we, we bless YAH, From now on, and for all time. Praise YAH!
