زەبوورەکان 109

1 بۆ سەرۆکی کۆمەڵی مۆسیقاژەنان، زەبوورێکی داود. ئەی خودایە، ئەوەی ستایشت دەکەم، بێدەنگ مەبە،

To the Chief Musician. David’s. A Melody. O God of my praise, do not be silent;

2 چونکە دەمی بەدکار و دەمی فریودەر لێم کراونەتەوە، بە زمانی درۆ قسەم لەسەر دەکەن.

For, the mouth of the lawless one and the mouth of the deceiver, against me, are open, They have spoken to me with false tongue;

3 بە قسەی ڕقەوە دەوریان گرتووم، بەبێ هۆ لە دژم دەجەنگن.

And, with words of hatred, have they surrounded me, and have made war upon me without cause:

4 لە جیاتی خۆشەویستییەکەم دژایەتیم دەکەن، بەڵام من نوێژم کردووە.

For my love, they have been accusing me, while, I, was at prayer:

5 لە پاداشتی چاکە خراپەم لەگەڵ دەکەن، ڕقیش لە پاداشتی خۆشەویستیم.

Yea they have returned unto me—Evil for good; and, Hatred for my love.

6 بەدکارێکی لەسەر دابنێ، با سکاڵاکار لەلای ڕاستیەوە ڕاوەستێت.

Set in charge over him, one who is lawless, and let, an accuser, stand at his right hand;

7 با لە دادگایی تاوانبار بکرێت، با نوێژی بۆی بە گوناه دابنرێت.

When he is judged, let him go out condemned, and let, his own petition, become a sin;

8 با ڕۆژگاری کورت بێت، یەکێکی دیکە ئەرکەکەی ئەو وەربگرێت!

Let his days become few, his overseership, let another take;

9 با کوڕەکانی هەتیو بن، ژنی بێوەژن بێت.

Let his children become fatherless, and his wife a widow;

10 با کوڕەکانی سەرگەردان بن و سواڵ بکەن، لە ماڵە کاولەکانیان دەربکرێن.

Let his children, wander about, and beg, Let them be driven out of their ruins;

11 با هەرچی هەیەتی خاوەن قەرز بیبات، بێگانەش بەری ڕەنجی تاڵان بکەن.

Let the creditor take aim at all that he hath, and let strangers prey on the fruit of his toil;

12 با کەس نەبێت دەستی خۆشەویستی بۆ درێژ بکات، کەس نەبێت دڵی بە هەتیوەکانی بسووتێت!

Let him have no one to continue lovingkindness, and there be none to favour his fatherless children;

13 با نەوەکانی ببڕێتەوە، ناوی لە نەوەی داهاتوو بسڕێتەوە!

Let his posterity be for cutting off, In another generation, let their name be wiped out;

14 با تاوانەکانی باوباپیرانی بخرێنە بەردەم یەزدان، با گوناهەکانی دایکی نەسڕێنەوە!

Remembered be the iniquity of his fathers against Yahweh, and, the sin of his mother, let it not be wiped out;

15 با هەمیشە لەبەردەم یەزدان بن هەتا یادیان لەسەر زەوی ببڕێتەوە!

Let them be before Yahweh continually, and let the memory of them, be cut off out of the earth.

16 لەبەر ئەوەی بیری نەکردەوە کە خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕ بنوێنێت، بەڵکو کەسی هەژار و نەدار و دڵشکاوی ڕاوناوە و کوشتووە.

Because that he remembered not to show lovingkindness, but pursued the man that was oppressed and needy, that, the downhearted, he might slay.

17 حەزی لە نەفرەت لێکردن بوو، با بۆی بێت! دڵشاد نەبوو بە داوای بەرەکەت بۆ کردن، با لێی دووربکەوێتەوە!

Because he loved cursing, May it have come upon him, Because he delighted not in blessing, May it have kept far from him;

18 نەفرەتی وەک کراس لەبەرکردبوو، وەک ئاو چووە ناو لەشی، وەک ڕۆن چووە ناو ئێسقانەکانی.

Because he clothed himself in cursing as his outer garment, therefore may it have entered like water into his inward part, and like oil into his bones;

19 با وەک بەرگێک بێ لە خۆی بیپێچێتەوە، هەمیشە وەک پشتێنێک بێ لە خۆی بیبەستێت!

Be it his, as a garment he shall wrap round him, and for a girdle he shall, at all times, gird on:

20 با ئەمە کرێی یەزدان بێت بۆ سکاڵاکارانم، ئەوانەی بە خراپە لە دژی من دەدوێن.

This, be the reward of mine accusers, from Yahweh, even of them who are speaking wrongfully against my life.

21 بەڵام تۆ ئەی یەزدانی پەروەردگار، لە پێناوی ناوی خۆت چاکەم لەگەڵ بکە، دەربازم بکە، چونکە خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت چاکە.

But, thou, Yahweh, Adonay, deal effectually with me, for the sake of thy Name, Since good is thy lovingkindness, O rescue me;

22 لەبەر ئەوەی من هەژار و نەدارم، دڵم لە ناخمدا بریندارە.

For, oppressed and needy, I am, and, my heart, is wounded within me.

23 وەک سێبەری ئێوارە دەڕۆم، وەک کوللە هەڵدەوەرێم.

As a shadow when it stretcheth out, I am gone, I am shaken off like the locust;

24 ئەژنۆم شل بووە لەبەر ڕۆژووگرتن، لەشم لاواز بووە لە کەمی چەوری.

My knees, tremble from fasting, and, my flesh, faileth of fatness:

25 بووم بە سووکایەتی بۆیان، دەمبینن سەر بادەدەن.

So, I, am become a reproach for them, They see me, they shake their head.

26 ئەی یەزدان، خودای من، یارمەتیم بدە، بەگوێرەی خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەت ڕزگارم بکە.

Help me! O Yahweh my God, Save me, according to thy lovingkindness:

27 با بزانن کە ئەمە دەستی تۆیە، ئەی یەزدان، کە تۆ ئەمەت کردووە.

That they may know that, Thine own hand, this is, Thou, Yahweh, hast done it.

28 ئەوان نەفرەت دەکەن، بەڵام تۆ بەرەکەت دەدەیت، هەستان و شەرمەزار بوون، بەڵام خزمەتکاری تۆ دڵخۆش بوو.

They, may curse if, thou, wilt bless, —Mine assailants, shall be ashamed, but, thy servant, shall rejoice;

29 با سکاڵاکارانم بەرگی نامەردی بکەنە بەر، با شەرمەزاری وەک کەوا لە خۆیان بئاڵێنن.

Mine accusers shall be clothed with confusion, and shall wrap about them, like a cloak, their own shame.

30 بە دەمی خۆم زۆر سوپاسی یەزدان دەکەم، لەنێو خەڵکێکی زۆر ستایشی دەکەم،

I will thank Yahweh loudly with my mouth, Yea, in the midst of multitudes, will I praise him;

31 چونکە ئەو لە دەستەڕاستی نەدار ڕادەوەستێت، بۆ ڕزگارکردنی لەوانەی حوکمی بەسەردا دەدەن.

Because he standeth at the right hand of the needy, To save, from them who would pass sentence on his life.
