پەندەکانی سلێمان 30

1 قسەکانی ئاگوری کوڕی یاقە ئەم سروشە لەخۆ دەگرێت. ئەم پیاوە بە ئیتیێلی ڕاگەیاند: ئەی خودایە، من شەکەتم، بەڵام دەتوانم بەسەریدا زاڵ بم.

The words of Agur the son of Jakeh, the revelation: the man says to Ithiel, to Ithiel and Ucal:

2 «من لە هەموو مرۆڤێک دەبەنگترم، تێگەیشتنی مرۆڤانەم نییە.

“Surely I am the most ignorant man, and do not have a man’s understanding.

3 فێری دانایی نەبووم و ناسینی خودای پیرۆزم نییە.

I have not learned wisdom, neither do I have the knowledge of the Holy One.

4 کێ بەرزبووەوە بۆ ئاسمان و هاتە خوارەوە؟ کێ بای لەناو هەردوو لەپی خۆی کۆکردەوە؟ کێ ئاوی لەناو جلدا پێچایەوە؟ کێ هەموو لایەکی زەوی دامەزراند؟ ناوی چییە؟ ناوی کوڕەکەی چییە؟ ئەگەر دەیزانیت پێم بڵێ!

Who has ascended up into heaven, and descended? Who has gathered the wind in his fists? Who has bound the waters in his garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son’s name, if you know?

5 «هەموو وشەیەکی خودا بێگەردە، قەڵغانە بۆ ئەوانەی پەنای بۆ دەبەن.

“Every word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

6 هیچ شتێک بۆ وشەکانی زیاد مەکە، نەوەک سەرزەنشتت بکات و بە درۆزن دەربچیت.

Do not you add to his words, lest he reprove you, and you be found a liar.

7 «ئەی یەزدان، دوو شتم لێ داوا کردیت، لێمی قەدەغە مەکە پێش مردنم:

“Two things I have asked of you. Do not deny me before I die.

8 شتی پووچ و قسەی درۆم لێ دووربخەوە، هەژاری یان دەوڵەمەندیم مەدەرێ، بەڵام نانی پێویستی خۆم پێ بدە،

Remove far from me falsehood and lies. Give me neither poverty nor riches. Feed me with the food that is needful for me,

9 نەوەک تێر بم و نکۆڵیت لێبکەم و بڵێم:”یەزدان کێیە؟“یان نەوەک هەژار بم و دزی بکەم و ناوی خودای خۆم بێ ڕێز بکەم.

lest I be full, deny you, and say, ‘Who is the LORD?’ or lest I be poor, and steal, and so dishonor the name of my God.

10 «بوختان بە خزمەتکار مەکە لەلای گەورەکەی، نەوەک نەفرەتت لێ بکات و تاوانبار بیت.

“Do not slander a servant to his master, lest he curse you, and you be held guilty.

11 «نەوەیەک هەیە نەفرەت لە باوکی دەکات و دایکی پیرۆز ناکات.

There is a generation that curses their father, and does not bless their mother.

12 نەوەیەک هەیە لە ڕوانگەی خۆی پاکە، بەڵام خۆی نەشوشتووەتەوە لە پیسوپۆخڵییەکەی.

There is a generation that is pure in their own eyes, yet are not washed from their filthiness.

13 نەوەیەک هەیە چەند چاو لە هەوراز و بەرز دەڕوانێت.

There is a generation, oh how lofty are their eyes! Their eyelids are lifted up.

14 نەوەیەک هەیە ددانەکانی شمشێرن و کاکیلەکانی چەقۆن، بۆ خواردنی کڵۆڵەکان لەسەر زەوی و نەدارەکان لەنێو خەڵکی.

There is a generation whose teeth are like swords, and their jaws like knives, to devour the poor from the earth, and the needy from among men.

15 «زەروو دوو کچی هەیە، هاوار دەکەن:”بێنە، بێنە!“«سێ شت هەن تێر نابن، چوارەمیش ناڵێت،”بەسە!“:

“The leech has two daughters: ‘Give, give.’ “There are three things that are never satisfied; four that do not say, ‘Enough!’:

16 جیهانی مردووان و منداڵدانی نەزۆک و زەوییەک تێر ئاو نەبێت و ئاگرێک هەرگیز نەڵێت:”بەسە!“ (Sheol h7585)

Sheol (Sheol h7585), the barren womb, the earth that is not satisfied with water, and the fire that does not say, 'Enough!'

17 «ئەو چاوەی گاڵتە بە باوکی بکات و سووکایەتی بە گوێڕایەڵی بکات بۆ دایک، قەلەڕەشەکانی دۆڵ هەڵیدەکۆڵن و بێچووە سیسارکە کەچەڵ دەیخۆن.

“The eye that mocks at his father, and scorns obedience to his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, the young eagles shall eat it.

18 «سێ شت هەن زۆر سەیرن بۆ من، چوارەمیش تێناگەم:

“There are three things which are too amazing for me, four which I do not understand:

19 ڕێگای هەڵۆ لە ئاسمان، ڕێگای مار لەسەر بەرد، ڕێگای کەشتی لەناو جەرگەی دەریا و ڕێگای پیاویش لەگەڵ کچ.

The way of an eagle in the air, the way of a serpent on a rock, the way of a ship in the middle of the sea, and the way of a man with a maiden.

20 «ئەمە هەڵسوکەوتی ژنی داوێنپیسە: دەخوات و دەمی دەسڕێتەوە و دەڵێت:”خراپەم نەکردووە!“

“So is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth, and says, ‘I have done nothing wrong.’

21 «زەوی لەژێر سێ شتدا دەلەرزێت و لەژێر چوارەمیش ناتوانێت بەرگە بگرێت،

“For three things the earth trembles, and under four, it cannot bear up:

22 خزمەتکارێک کە بووبێتە پاشا، گێلێک کە تێر نان بێت،

For a servant when he is king, a fool when he is filled with food,

23 ئافرەتێک بێ ناز بێت و مێرد بکات، کەنیزەیەک ببێت بە میراتگری خاتوونەکەی.

for an unloved woman when she is married, and a servant who is heir to her mistress.

24 «چوار شت هەن لەسەر زەوی بچووکن بەڵام لە دانایان داناترن:

“There are four things which are little on the earth, but they are exceedingly wise:

25 مێروولەکان بوونەوەرێکی بێهێزن، بەڵام لە هاویندا خواردنی خۆیان ئەمبار دەکەن.

The ants are not a strong people, yet they provide their food in the summer.

26 گۆڕهەڵکەنەکان گیانلەبەرێکی بێ توانان، بەڵام لەناو بەرد لانەکانیان دروستدەکەن.

The hyraxes are but a feeble folk, yet make they their houses in the rocks.

27 کوللەکان پاشایان نییە، بەڵام هەموویان پۆل پۆل دەجوڵێن.

The locusts have no king, yet they advance in ranks.

28 مارمێلکە بەدەست دەگیردرێت، بەڵام لە کۆشکی پاشادا دەبینرێت.

You can catch a lizard with your hands, yet it is in kings’ palaces.

29 «سێ شت هەن هەنگاویان سەنگینە و چوارەمیش ڕۆیشتنی سەنگینە:

“There are three things which are stately in their march, four which are stately in going:

30 شێر کە پاڵەوانی هەموو گیاندارەکانە، لە ڕووی هیچ شتێک ناگەڕێتەوە،

The lion, which is mightiest among animals, and does not turn away for any;

31 کەڵەشێری بە فیز، تەگە، پاشایەکیش لە سەرکردایەتی لەشکرەکەی.

the greyhound; the male goat; and the king against whom there is no rising up.

32 «ئەگەر گێلایەتیت کرد بە خۆهەڵکێشانت، یان پیلانی خراپت نایەوە، دەستت بخەرە سەر دەمت!

“If you have done foolishly in lifting up yourself, or if you have thought evil, put your hand over your mouth.

33 چونکە وەک چۆن شیر بهەژێنیت کەرەی لێ دەردەچێت و لووت بهەژێنیت خوێنی لێ دێت، تووڕەییش بهەژێنیت ناکۆکی لێ پێدا دەبێت.»

For as the churning of milk produces butter, and the wringing of the nose produces blood, so the forcing of wrath produces strife.”
