نەحەمیا 10

1 ئەوانەی مۆریان کرد: نەحەمیای پارێزگار کوڕی حەخەلیا. سدقیا،

And at the head of those that sealed were Nehemiah the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zedekiah.

2 سەرایا، عەزەریا، یەرمیا،

— Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,

3 پەشحور، ئەمەریا، مەلکیا،

Pashhur, Amariah, Malchijah,

4 حەتوش، شەڤەنیا، مەلوخ،

Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,

5 حاریم، مەرێمۆت، عۆبەدیا،

Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,

6 دانیال، گینەتۆن، باروخ،

Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,

7 مەشولام، ئەبیا، میامین،

Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,

8 مەعەزیاهو، بیلگەی و شەمەعیا. ئەمانە کاهینەکان بوون.

Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these were the priests.

9 لێڤییەکانیش: یێشوعی کوڕی ئەزەنیا، بەنوی لە نەوەی حێناداد و قەدمیێل و

— And the Levites: Jeshua the son of Azaniah; Binnui, of the sons of Henadad; Kadmiel,

10 هاوکارەکانیان: شەڤەنیا، هۆدیا، قەلیتا، پەلایا، حانان،

and their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodijah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,

11 میکا، ڕەحۆڤ، حەشەڤیا،

Mica, Rehob, Hashabiah,

12 زەکور، شێرێڤیا، شەڤەنیا،

Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,

13 هۆدیا، بانی و بەنینو.

Hodijah, Bani, Beninu.

14 ڕابەرەکانی گەل: پەرعۆش، پەحەت‌مۆئاب، ئیلام، زەتوا، بانی،

— The chief of the people: Parosh, Pahath-Moab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani,

15 بوننی، عەزگاد، بێڤەی،

Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,

16 ئەدۆنیا، بیگڤەی، عادین،

Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin,

17 ئاتێر، حەزقیا، عەزور،

Ater, Hezekiah, Azzur,

18 هۆدیا، حاشوم، بێسای،

Hodijah, Hashum, Bezai,

19 حاریف، عەناتۆت، نێڤای،

Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,

20 مەگپیعاش، مەشولام، حێزیر،

Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,

21 مەشێزەبێل، سادۆق، یەدوەع،

Meshezabeel, Zadok, Jaddua,

22 پەلەتیا، حانان، عەنایا،

Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,

23 هۆشێیەع، حەنەنیا، حەشوڤ،

Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub,

24 هەڵۆحێش، پیلحا، شۆڤێق،

Hallohesh, Pilha, Shobek,

25 ڕەحوم، حەشەڤنا، مەعسێیاهو،

Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,

26 ئەخیا، حانان، عانان،

and Ahijah, Hanan, Anan,

27 مەلوخ، حاریم و بەعەنا.

Malluch, Harim, Baanah.

28 «پاشماوەی گەلیش کە لە کاهین، لێڤی، دەرگاوان، گۆرانیبێژ و خزمەتکارانی پەرستگا پێکهاتوون، هەروەها هەموو ئەوانەی لە پێناو تەوراتی خودا خۆیان لە گڵاوییەکانی گەلانی دراوسێ جیا کردووەتەوە، لەگەڵ ژنەکانیان و هەموو کوڕ و کچەکانیان کە زانین و تێگەیشتنیان هەیە،

And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the doorkeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and all they that had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons and their daughters, every one having knowledge [and] having understanding,

29 ئەمانە ئێستا دەچنە پاڵ براکانیان، خانەدانەکانیان، دێنە ناو نەفرەت و سوێندخواردنێک کە بەپێی تەوراتی خودایان بڕۆن، ئەوەی بە دەستی موسای بەندەی خودا پێیداون، هەموو فەرمانەکانی یەزدانی پەروەردگارمان و حوکم و فەرزەکانی بەجێبهێنن و پەیڕەوی بکەن.

joined with their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse and into an oath, to walk in the law of God, which had been given by Moses the servant of God, and to keep and do all the commandments of Jehovah our Lord, and his ordinances and his statutes;

30 «هەروەها کچمان نادەینە گەلانی خاکەکە و کچیشیان لێ ناهێنین بۆ کوڕمان.

and that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:

31 «کاتێک گەلانی دراوسێ کەلوپەل و هەر خۆراکێک لە ڕۆژی شەممەدا بهێنن بۆ فرۆشتن، لێیان ناکڕین، نە لە ڕۆژی شەممەدا و نە لە ڕۆژی پیرۆز. هەروەها هەر حەوت ساڵ جارێک زەوییەکانمان بە بەیاری بەجێدەهێڵین و لە قەرزەکانیشمان خۆشدەبین.

and that if the peoples of the land brought wares or any grain on the sabbath day to sell, we would not take it of them on the sabbath, or on [any] holy day; and that we would leave [the land uncultivated] the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.

32 «جێبەجێکردنی ئەو فەرمانە بەسەر خۆماندا دەسەپێنین کە ساڵانە سێ یەکی شاقلێک بخەینە ئەستۆی خۆمان بۆ خزمەتی ماڵی خودامان:

And we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God,

33 بۆ نانی تەرخانکراو؛ بۆ پێشکەشکراوی دانەوێڵەی بەردەوام و قوربانی سووتاندنی بەردەوام؛ بۆ پێشکەشکراوەکانی شەممە و سەرەمانگ و جەژنەکان؛ بۆ پێشکەشکراوە پیرۆزەکان؛ بۆ قوربانییەکانی گوناه بۆ کەفارەتی ئیسرائیل و بۆ هەموو خزمەتەکانی ماڵی خودامان.

for the bread to be set in rows, and for the continual oblation, and for the continual burnt-offering, [for that] of the sabbaths [and] of the new moons, for the set feasts and for the holy [things], and for the sin-offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and [for] all the work of the house of our God.

34 «هەروەها ئێمەی کاهین لەگەڵ لێڤییەکان و گەل تیروپشکمان کرد کە ساڵانە لە کاتی دیاریکراودا هەر بنەماڵەیەک دار بۆ ماڵی خوداکەمان بهێنێت، بۆ ئەوەی هەروەک لە تەوراتدا نووسراوە لەسەر قوربانگای یەزدانی پەروەردگارمان بسووتێنرێت.

And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood-offering, to bring [it] into the house of our God, according to our fathers' houses, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of Jehovah our God, as it is written in the law;

35 «هەروەها بۆ هێنانی یەکەمین بەرهەمی خاکەکەمان و یەکەم بەری هەموو درەختێکی میوە ساڵ بە ساڵ بۆ ماڵی یەزدان.

and to bring the first-fruits of our land, and the first-fruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year to the house of Jehovah,

36 «لەگەڵ کوڕی نۆبەرە و نۆبەرەی هەموو نێرینەیەکی ئاژەڵەکانمان، هەروەک لە تەوراتدا نووسراوە، لەگەڵ نۆبەرەی مانگا و مەڕەکانمان هەتا بیانهێنین بۆ ماڵی خوداکەمان بۆ ئەو کاهینانەی کە لە ماڵی خوداکەمان خزمەت دەکەن.

and the firstborn of our sons and of our cattle, as it is written in the law; and to bring the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks to the house of our God, to the priests that minister in the house of our God;

37 «هەروەها یەکەمین هەویر و پێشکەشکراوی دانەوێڵەمان و بەروبوومی هەموو دارێک و شەراب و زەیت بۆ کاهینەکان دەهێنن بۆ ناو ژوورەکانی ماڵی خودامان. هەروەها دەیەکی بەروبوومەکانمان بۆ لێڤییەکان دەبێت، چونکە ئەوە لێڤییەکانن کە دەیەک لە هەموو ئەو شارۆچکانە کۆ دەکەنەوە کە ئێمە تێیاندا کار دەکەین.

and that we should bring the first-fruits of our coarse meal and our heave-offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, new wine and oil, to the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithes of our ground to the Levites, that they, the Levites, should take the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.

38 کاهینێکی نەوەی هارون لەگەڵ لێڤییەکاندا دەبێت کاتێک لێڤییەکان دەیەک وەردەگرن، لێڤییەکانیش دەیەک لە دەیەکی وەرگیراو دەدەنە گەنجینەی ماڵی خودامان.

And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes; and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, into the chambers of the treasure-house.

39 نەوەی ئیسرائیل بە نەوەی لێڤیشەوە، دیاری دانەوێڵە و شەرابی نوێ و زەیت دەهێننە ژوورەکان، قاپوقاچاغەکانی پیرۆزگا و کاهینە خزمەتکار و دەرگاوان و گۆرانیبێژەکانیش لەوێن. «واز لە ماڵی خودای خۆمان ناهێنین.»

For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the heave-offering of the corn, of the new wine and the oil, into the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the doorkeepers and the singers. And we will not forsake the house of our God.
