| کاتێک عیسا لەم قسانە بووەوە، جەلیلی بەجێهێشت و هاتە هەرێمی یەهودیا، لەبەری ئەوبەری ڕووباری ئوردون. | 1 |
It came about after Jesus had finished these teachings, that he removed from Galilee, and went to that part of Judea which lay across the Jordan.
| خەڵکێکی زۆر دوای کەوت، ئەویش لەوێ چاکیکردنەوە. | 2 |
A great multitude followed him, and he healed them there.
| هەندێک فەریسی هاتنە لای بۆ ئەوەی تاقیی بکەنەوە و گوتیان: «ئایا دروستە مێرد لەبەر هەر هۆیەک بێت ژنەکەی تەڵاق بدات؟» | 3 |
Presently some of the Pharisees came up to him, and made test of him by asking, "Is it right for a man to divorce his wife for every cause?"
| عیسا وەڵامی دانەوە: «ئایا نەتانخوێندووەتەوە، ئەوەی لە سەرەتاوە بەدیهێناوە [بە نێر و مێ بەدیهێنان]؟ | 4 |
"Have you not read." he answered, "that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said,
| هەروەها فەرمووی: [لەبەر ئەوە پیاو دایک و باوکی خۆی بەجێدەهێڵێت و بە ژنەکەیەوە دەنووسێت، ئیتر هەردووکیان دەبنە یەک جەستە.] | 5 |
"For this cause shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall be one flesh?
| کەواتە چیتر دوو نین بەڵکو یەک جەستەن. لەبەر ئەوە ئەوەی خودا بە یەکتری گەیاندووە، با مرۆڤ جیای نەکاتەوە.» | 6 |
"Thus they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate."
| لێیان پرسی: «ئەی بۆچی موسا فەرمانی داوە پیاو تەڵاقنامە بە ژنەکەی بدات و لێی جودا ببێتەوە؟» | 7 |
They answered, "Why then did Moses command the husband to give her’a written bill of divorce,’ and so to put her away?"
| پێی فەرموون: «لەبەر دڵڕەقیتان موسا ڕێی پێدان ژنەکانتان تەڵاق بدەن، ئەگینا لە سەرەتاوە وا نەبوو. | 8 |
"Moses," said Jesus, "permitted you to divorce your wives on account of the hardness of your hearts, but from the beginning it was not so.
| بەڵام پێتان دەڵێم: ئەوەی بەبێ هۆی داوێنپیسی ژنەکەی خۆی تەڵاق بدات و یەکێکی دیکە بهێنێت، ئەوا داوێنپیسی دەکات.» | 9 |
"And I tell you that any man who divorces his wife for any cause except her unfaithfulness, and marries another woman, commits adultery."
| قوتابییەکانی پێیان گوت: «ئەگەر حاڵی پیاو لەگەڵ ژن وابێت، باشترە ژن نەهێنێت!» | 10 |
"If that is the position of a man in relation to his wife," answered the disciples, "it is better not to marry."
| عیسا پێی فەرموون: «هەموو خەڵکی ناتوانن ئەم قسەیە پەسەند بکەن، تەنها ئەوانەی پێیان دراوە. | 11 |
He answered them. "Not all are accepting this teaching, but only those to whom it has been granted.
| خەساو هەن زگماکن، خەساویش هەن مرۆڤ خەساندویانن، خەڵکیش هەیە بڕیاریان داوە لە پێناوی شانشینی ئاسمان وەک خەساو بژین. کێ دەتوانێت پەسەندی بکات، با پەسەندی بکات.» | 12 |
"For there are eunuchs who have been such from birth; others who have been made such by men; and others who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of God. He who is able to receive this, let him receive it."
| ئینجا خەڵکی منداڵیان هێنایە لای عیسا تاوەکو دەستیان لەسەر دابنێت و لە پێناویاندا نوێژ بکات، بەڵام قوتابییەکان سەرزەنشتیان کردن. | 13 |
Then young children were brought to him, that he might lay his hands on them and pray. His disciples interfered, but Jesus said to them.
| بەڵام عیسا فەرمووی: «لێگەڕێن منداڵان بێنە لام، ڕێیان لێ مەگرن، چونکە شانشینی ئاسمان هی وەک ئەمانەیە.» | 14 |
"Let the little children come to me, and forbid them not; for it is to the childlike that the kingdom of heaven belongs."
| دەستی لەسەر دانان و لەوێ ڕۆیشت. | 15 |
So he laid his hands upon them, and departed from that place.
| ئینجا یەکێک هاتە لای و گوتی: «مامۆستا، چ چاکەیەک بکەم تاکو ژیانی هەتاهەتایی بەدەست بهێنم؟» (aiōnios g166) | 16 |
But look! a certain man came up to him and asked, "Teacher, what good thing shall I do to inherit eternal life?" (aiōnios g166)
| عیسا وەڵامی دایەوە: «بۆچی لەبارەی چاکەوە پرسیارم لێ دەکەیت؟ تەنها یەکێک چاکە. بەڵام ئەگەر دەتەوێت بچیتە ناو ژیانەوە، ڕاسپاردەکان بەجێبگەیەنە.» | 17 |
"Why do you ask me about what is good?" asked Jesus. "There is but One who is good. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments."
| پێی گوت: «کامیان؟» عیساش فەرمووی: «[مەکوژە، داوێنپیسی مەکە، مەدزە، شایەتی درۆ مەدە، | 18 |
"Which commandments?" asked the man. Jesus replied. "Thou shalt not kill; Thou shalt not commit adultery; Thou shalt not steal; Thou shalt not bear false witness;
| ڕێزی دایک و باوکت بگرە،] هەروەها [نزیکەکەت وەک خۆت خۆشبوێت.]» | 19 |
"Honor thy father and thy mother; and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."
| گەنجەکەش پێی گوت: «هەموو ئەمانەم بەجێگەیاندووە، ئیتر لە چیم کەمە؟» | 20 |
The young man answered. "I have carefully kept them all. What yet do I lack?"
| عیسا پێی فەرموو: «ئەگەر دەتەوێت کامڵ و تەواو بیت، بڕۆ هەرچیت هەیە بیفرۆشە و بیدە هەژاران، ئیتر گەنجینەیەکت لە ئاسماندا دەبێت و وەرە دوام بکەوە.» | 21 |
"If you want to be perfect," said Jesus, "go, sell your property, give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me."
| بەڵام گەنجەکە کە ئەم قسەیەی بیست، بە دڵتەنگییەوە ڕۆیشت، چونکە سامانێکی زۆری هەبوو. | 22 |
But when the young man heard this teaching, he went away sorrowful, for he was one who had much property.
| عیساش بە قوتابییەکانی فەرموو: «ڕاستیتان پێ دەڵێم: بە زەحمەت دەوڵەمەند دەچێتە ناو شانشینی ئاسمانەوە. | 23 |
So Jesus said to his disciples. "In solemn truth I tell you that a rich man will find it difficult to enter the kingdom of heaven.
| دیسان پێتان دەڵێم: ئاسانترە وشترێک بە کونی دەرزییەکەوە بچێت لەوەی دەوڵەمەندێک بچێتە ناو شانشینی خوداوە.» | 24 |
"I tell you again, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven."
| قوتابییەکان کە گوێیان لەمە بوو زۆر سەرسام بوون و گوتیان: «کەواتە کێ دەتوانێت ڕزگاری بێت؟» | 25 |
When they heard this the disciples were utterly astounded. "Who then can be saved?" they exclaimed. Jesus looked at them.
| عیساش سەیری کردن و فەرمووی: «ئەمە بۆ مرۆڤ مەحاڵە، بەڵام لەلای خودا هەموو شتێک دەبێت.» | 26 |
"With men this is impossible," he said, "but with God all things are possible."
| ئینجا پەترۆس وەڵامی دایەوە و پێی گوت: «ئەوەتا ئێمە وازمان لە هەموو شتێک هێناوە و دوات کەوتووین، ئێمە چیمان بۆ دەبێت؟» | 27 |
Whereupon Peter said to Jesus. "Look, Master, we have forsaken everything and followed you. Now what shall be our reward?"
| عیساش پێی فەرموون: «ڕاستیتان پێ دەڵێم، لە نوێبوونەوەدا، کاتێک کوڕی مرۆڤ لەسەر تەختی شکۆمەندی خۆی دادەنیشێت، ئێوەش کە دوام کەوتوون لەسەر دوازدە تەخت دادەنیشن و دوازدە هۆزەکەی ئیسرائیل حوکم دەدەن. | 28 |
"In solemn truth I tell you," Jesus answered, "that in the New Creation, when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, you also who have followed me shall sit on twelve thrones, to govern the twelve tribes of Israel.
| هەرکەسێکیش لەبەر ناوی من، ماڵ، برا، خوشک، دایک، باوک، ژن، منداڵ یان کێڵگەی بەجێهێشتووە، سەد ئەوەندە وەردەگرێتەوە و ژیانی هەتاهەتاییش بە میرات وەردەگرێت. (aiōnios g166) | 29 |
"And every one who has left houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, for my sake, shall many times as much, and fall heir to eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
| بەڵام زۆر لە یەکەمینەکان دەبنە دواهەمین و دواهەمینەکانیش دەبنە یەکەمین.» | 30 |
"But many who are first shall be last, and many who are last shall be first.
