لێڤییەکان 20

1 هەروەها یەزدان بە موسای فەرموو:

And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,

2 «بە نەوەی ئیسرائیل بڵێ:”هەرکەسێک لە نەوەی ئیسرائیل و لەو نامۆیانەی لە ئیسرائیلن، ئەگەر لە منداڵەکانی بە مۆلەخی بەخشی، دەبێت بکوژرێت. دەبێت خەڵکی ناوچەکە بەردبارانی بکەن.

Thou shalt say also to the children of Israel, Whosoeuer he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that dwell in Israel, that giueth his children vnto Molech, he shall die the death, ye people of ye land shall stone him to death.

3 منیش ڕووم لەو کەسە وەردەگێڕم و لە گەلەکەی ڕیشەکێشی دەکەم، چونکە لە منداڵەکانی خۆی بە مۆلەخی بەخشی، بۆ ئەوەی پیرۆزگاکەم گڵاو بکات و ناوی پیرۆزم بزڕێنێت.

And I will set my face against that man and cut him off from among his people, because he hath giuen his children vnto Molech, for to defile my Sanctuarie, and to pollute mine holy Name.

4 ئەگەر خەڵکی ناوچەکە چاوپۆشییان لەو کەسە کرد، کاتێک یەکێک لە منداڵەکانی خۆی بە مۆلەخ بەخشی، ئینجا نەیانکوشت،

And if the people of the lande hide their eyes, and winke at that man when he giueth his children vnto Molech, and kill him not,

5 ئەوا من ڕووی خۆم لەو کەسە و لە ماڵەکەی وەردەگێڕم و لەنێو گەلەکەیان دەیانبڕمەوە. هەمان شت بەوانەش دەکەم کە لە ڕێگەی پەرستنی مۆلەخەوە، لەشفرۆشیی ڕۆحی دەکەن.

Then will I set my face against that man, and against his familie, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him to comit whoredome with Molech, from among their people.

6 «”من ڕووم لەو کەسە وەردەگێڕم کە دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ لای نێوانگر و ڕۆح ئامادەکار تاکو بە شوێنکەوتنیان لەشفرۆشیی ڕۆحی بکات، ئەوا من ئەو کەسە لە گەلەکەی ڕیشەکێش دەکەم.

If any turne after such as worke with spirits, and after soothsayers, to go a whoring after them, then will I set my face against that person, and will cut him off from among his people.

7 «”خۆتان تەرخان بکەن و پیرۆز بن، چونکە من یەزدانی پەروەردگارتانم،

Sanctifie your selues therefore, and be holie, for I am the Lord your God.

8 فەرزەکانم بەجێبهێنن و جێبەجێیان بکەن، من یەزدانم کە پیرۆزتان دەکات.

Keepe ye therefore mine ordinances, and doe them. I am the Lord which doeth sanctifie you.

9 «”هەرکەسێک نەفرەت لە باوکی یان دایکی بکات، دەبێت بکوژرێت، نەفرەتی لە باوکی یان دایکی کردووە، خوێنی لە ئەستۆی خۆیەتی.

If there be any that curseth his father or his mother, he shall die the death: seeing hee hath cursed his father and his mother, his blood shalbe vpon him.

10 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک داوێنپیسی لەگەڵ ژنی کەسێکی دیکەدا کرد، کە ژنی نزیکەکەیەتی، ئەوا پیاوەکە و ژنەکەش دەبێت بکوژرێن.

And the man that committeth adulterie with another mans wife, because he hath comitted adulterie with his neighbours wife, the adulterer and the adulteresse shall die the death.

11 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک لەگەڵ باوەژنی خۆی جووت بوو، ئەوا ناموسی باوکی بردووە، هەردووکیان دەبێت بکوژرێن، خوێنیان لە ئەستۆی خۆیانە.

And the man that lyeth with his fathers wife, because hee hath vncouered his fathers shame, they shall both dye: their blood shalbe vpon them.

12 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک لەگەڵ ژنی کوڕەکەی جووت بوو، ئەوا هەردووکیان دەبێت بکوژرێن، ئەوپەڕی بەدڕەوشتییان کردووە، خوێنیان لە ئەستۆی خۆیانە.

Also the man that lyeth with his daughter in lawe, they both shall dye the death, they haue wrought abomination, their blood shalbe vpon them.

13 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک وەک ژن لەگەڵ نێرێک ڕاکشا بوو، ئەوا هەردووکیان شتێکی قێزەونیان کردووە و دەبێت بکوژرێن، خوێنیان لە ئەستۆی خۆیانە.

The man also that lyeth with the male, as one lyeth with a woman, they haue both committed abomination: they shall dye the death, their blood shalbe vpon them.

14 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک ئافرەتێک لەگەڵ دایکەکەی بخوازێت، ئەوە بەدکارییە، پیاوەکە و هەردوو ژنەکە دەبێت بە ئاگر بسووتێنرێن، هەتا بەدکاری لەنێوتاندا نەبێت.

Likewise he that taketh a wife and her mother, committeth wickednesse: they shall burne him and them with fire, that there be no wickednes among you.

15 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک لەگەڵ ئاژەڵێکدا جووت بوو، دەبێت پیاوەکە بکوژرێت و ئاژەڵەکەش بکوژرێت.

Also the man that lyeth with a beast, shall dye the death, and ye shall slay the beast.

16 «”ئەگەر ئافرەتێک لە ئاژەڵێک نزیک بووەوە بۆ جووتبوون، ئەوا ئافرەتەکە و ئاژەڵەکەش بکوژن، خوێنیان لە ئەستۆی خۆیانە.

And if a woman come to any beast, and lye therewith, then thou shalt kill the woman and the beast: they shall die the death, their blood shalbe vpon them.

17 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک خوشکی خۆی هێنا، کچی باوکی یان کچی دایکی و لەگەڵ یەک جووت بوون، ئەوا ڕیسواییە، دەبێت لەبەرچاوی گەلەکەیان ببڕدرێتەوە، ناموسی خوشکی خۆی بردووە، تاوانی خۆی لە ئەستۆ دەگرێت.

Also the man that taketh his sister, his fathers daughter, or his mothers daughter, and seeth her shame and she seeth his shame, it is villenie: therefore they shall be cut off in the sight of their people, because he hath vncouered his sisters shame, he shall beare his iniquitie.

18 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک لەگەڵ ژنێک جووت بوو لە ڕۆژانی خوێنلێچوونی مانگانەی، ئەوا دەبێت هەردووکیان لە گەلەکەیان ببڕدرێنەوە، چونکە پیاوەکە خوێنلێچوونی ئافرەتەکەی ئاشکرا کردووە و ئافرەتەکەش خوێنلێچوونی خۆی ئاشکرا کردووە.

The man also that lyeth with a woman hauing her disease, and vncouereth her shame, and openeth her fountaine, and she open the foutaine of her blood, they shall bee euen both cut off from among their people.

19 «”لەگەڵ خوشکی باوکت یان خوشکی دایکت جووت مەبە، ئەوەی وا بکات، ئەوا هەردووکیان تاوانی خۆیان لە ئەستۆ دەگرن، چونکە ناموسی کەسوکاری خۆی بردووە.

Moreouer thou shalt not vncouer the shame of thy mothers sister, nor of thy fathers sister: because he hath vncouered his kin, they shall beare their iniquitie.

20 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک لەگەڵ مامۆژنی خۆی جووت بوو، ئەوا ناموسی مامی خۆی بردووە، هەردووکیان تاوانیان لە ئەستۆ دەبێت، دەبێت بە وەجاخکوێری بمرن.

Likewise the man that lyeth with his fathers brothers wife, and vncouereth his vncles shame: they shall beare their iniquitie, and shall die childlesse.

21 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک براژنی خۆی هێنا ئەوا گڵاوییە، ناموسی براکەی بردووە، دەبێت هەردووکیان وەجاخکوێر بن.

So the man that taketh his brothers wife, committeth filthines, because he hath vncouered his brothers shame: they shalbe childles.

22 «”هەموو فەرزەکانم بەجێبهێنن و یاساکانم پەیڕەو بکەن و جێبەجێیان بکەن، بۆ ئەوەی ئەو خاکە نەتانڕشێنێتەوە کە بۆ نیشتەجێبوون دەتانهێنمە ناوی.

Ye shall keepe therefore all mine ordinances and all my iudgements, and doe them, that the land, whither I bring you to dwel therein, spue you not out.

23 بە ڕێی نەریتی ئەو نەتەوانەدا مەڕۆن کە من لەپێشتانەوە دەریاندەکەم، چونکە هەموو ئەم شتانەیان کرد، جا ڕقم لێیان بووەوە.

Wherefore ye shall not walke in the maners of this nation which I cast out before you: for they haue committed all these things, therefore I abhorred them.

24 بەڵام بە ئێوەم فەرموو کە دەبنە خاوەنی خاکەکەیان، من دەیدەمە ئێوە هەتا ببنە میراتگری، خاکێک شیر و هەنگوینی لێ بڕژێت، من یەزدانی پەروەردگارتانم کە لەنێو گەلان جیای کردنەوە.

But I haue saide vnto you, ye shall inherite their land, and I will giue it vnto you to possesse it, euen a land that floweth with milke and honie: I am the Lord your God, which haue separated you from other people.

25 «”لەبەر ئەوە ئێوەش ئاژەڵی پاک و گڵاو لە یەکتر جیا بکەنەوە، هەروەها باڵندەی گڵاو و پاکیش، جا خۆتان گڵاو مەکەن بە ئاژەڵ و باڵندە و هەموو ئەوەی لەسەر زەوی دەخشێت، لەوانەی بۆم جیا کردنەوە، گوتم، گڵاون.

Therefore shall ye put difference betweene cleane beastes and vncleane, and betweene vncleane foules and cleane: neither shall ye defile your selues with beastes and foules, nor with any creeping thing, that ye ground bringeth forth, which I haue separated from you as vncleane.

26 دەبێت بۆ من پیرۆز بن، چونکە من پیرۆزم، من یەزدانم، ئێوەم لەنێو گەلان جیا کردەوە هەتا بۆ من بن.

Therefore shall ye be holie vnto me: for I the Lord am holy, and I haue separated you from other people, that ye shoulde be mine.

27 «”ئەگەر پیاوێک یان ئافرەتێک نێوانگر یان ڕۆح ئامادەکار بوو، دەبێت بکوژرێت، بەردبارانیان بکەن، خوێنیان لە ئەستۆی خۆیانە.“»

And if a man or woman haue a spirite of diuination, or soothsaying in them, they shall die the death: they shall stone them to death, their blood shalbe vpon them.
