یەشوع 11

1 ئینجا کاتێک یاڤینی پاشای حاچۆر ئەمەی بیستەوە، نێردراوی نارد بۆ لای یۆڤاڤی پاشای مادۆن و پاشای شیمرۆن و پاشای ئەکشاف و

And whe Iabin King of Hazor had heard this, then he sent to Iobab King of Madon, and to the king of Shimron, and to the king of Achshaph,

2 ئەو پاشایانەی لە باکوور لە چیان و لە دەشتایی عەراڤا خوارووی کینەرەت و لە زوورگەکانی خۆرئاوا و لە بەرزاییەکانی دۆرە لە ڕۆژئاوا،

And vnto the Kings that were by ye North in the mountaines and plaines toward the Southside of Cinneroth, and in the valleys, and in the borders of Dor Westward,

3 کەنعانییەکان لە ڕۆژهەڵات و ڕۆژئاوا، ئەمۆری و حیتی و پریزی و یەبوسییەکان لە ناوچە شاخاوییەکان و حیڤییەکانی بناری حەرمۆن لە خاکی میچپا.

And vnto the Canaanites, both by East, and by West, and vnto the Amorites, and Hittites, and Perizzites, and Iebusites in the mountaines, and vnto the Hiuites vnder Hermon in the land of Mizpeh.

4 جا خۆیان و هەموو لەشکرەکانیان لەگەڵیان هاتنە دەرەوە، سوپایەکی گەورە وەک لمی کەناری دەریا، بە ئەسپ و گالیسکەیەکی زۆر زۆرەوە.

And they came out and all their hostes with them, many people as the sande that is on the sea shore for multitude, with horses and charets exceeding many.

5 ئینجا هەموو ئەو پاشایانە لە کاتی دیاریکراودا کۆبوونەوە و هاتن، لەلای جۆگەی مێرۆم چادریان هەڵدا بۆ ئەوەی لە دژی ئیسرائیل بجەنگن.

So all these Kings met together, and came and pitched together at the waters of Merom, for to fight against Israel.

6 یەزدانیش بە یەشوعی فەرموو: «لێیان مەترسە، چونکە سبەینێ لەم کاتەدا هەموویان بە کوژراوی فڕێدەدەمە بەردەم ئیسرائیل، جا دەماری پێی ئەسپەکانیان ببڕەوە و گالیسکەکانیان بە ئاگر بسووتێنە.»

Then the Lord sayd vnto Ioshua, Be not afrayd for them: for to morowe about this time will I deliuer them all slaine before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burne their charets with fire.

7 ئینجا یەشوع و هەموو جەنگاوەرەکان لەگەڵیدا لەناکاو لە نزیک جۆگەی مێرۆم هاتنە سەریان.

Then came Ioshua and al the men of warre with him against them by the waters of Merom suddenly, and fell vpon them.

8 یەزدانیش ئەوانی دایە دەست ئیسرائیل، ئەوانیش لێیان دان و دەریانپەڕاندن هەتا سەیدائی مەزن و میسرەفۆت مەیم و دۆڵی میچپا لە ڕۆژهەڵات، جا لێیان دان هەتا کەسیان لێیان نەهێشت.

And the Lord gaue them into the hand of Israel: and they smote them, and chased them vnto great Zidon, and vnto Misrephothmaim, and vnto the valley of Mizpeh Eastward, and smote them vntill they had none remaining of them.

9 یەشوع ئەوەی پێکردن کە یەزدان پێی فەرموو، دەماری پێی ئەسپەکانی ئەوانی بڕی و گالیسکەکانی سووتاندن.

And Ioshua did vnto them as the Lord bade him: he houghed their horses, and burnt their charets with fire.

10 ئینجا لەو کاتەدا یەشوع گەڕایەوە و شاری حاچۆری گرت و بە شمشێر لە پاشاکەی دا. پێشتر حاچۆر پایتەختی هەموو ئەو پاشایەتییانە بوو.

At that time also Ioshua turned backe, and tooke Hazor, and smote the King thereof with the sword: for Hazor before time was the head of all those kingdomes.

11 هەموو گیانێک کە تێیدابوو دایانە بەر زەبری شمشێر، بە تەواوی قڕیان کردن و هەناسەیەکی تێدا نەما، حاچۆریشیان سووتاند.

Moreouer, they smote all the persons that were therein with the edge of the sworde, vtterly destroying all, leauing none aliue, and hee burnt Hazor with fire.

12 ئینجا یەشوع هەموو ئەو شارانەی کە پاشایان هەبوو بە پاشاکانیانەوە گرتی و دایە بەر زەبری شمشێر، بە تەواوی قڕی کردن، هەروەک موسای بەندەی یەزدان فەرمانی دابوو.

So all ye cities of those Kings, and all the kings of them did Ioshua take, and smote them with the edge of the sword, and vtterly destroyed them, as Moses the seruant of the Lord had commanded.

13 بەڵام ئیسرائیل ئەو شارانەی نەسووتاند کە لەسەر گردەکان بوون، تەنها حاچۆر، یەشوع بە تەنها ئەوی سووتاند.

But Israel burnt none of the cities that stoode still in their strength, saue Hazor onely, that Ioshua burnt.

14 نەوەی ئیسرائیل هەموو دەستکەوتەکانی ئەو شارانە و ئاژەڵە ماڵییەکانیان بۆ خۆیان تاڵان کرد. بەڵام هەموو دانیشتووانەکانیان دایە بەر شمشێر هەتا بە تەواوی لەناویانبردن، هیچ زیندووێکیان تێدا نەهێشتەوە.

And all the spoyle of these cities and the cattel the children of Israel tooke for their praye, but they smote euery man with the edge of the sword vntill they had destroyed them, not leauing one aliue.

15 هەروەک یەزدان فەرمانی بە موسای بەندەی کردبوو، موساش ئاوا فەرمانی بە یەشوع کرد و یەشوعیش ئاوای کرد، هیچ شتێکی پشتگوێ نەخست، لە هەموو ئەوەی یەزدان فەرمانی بە موسا کردبوو.

As the Lord had commanded Moses his seruant, so did Moses commande Ioshua, and so did Ioshua: he left nothing vndone of all that the Lord had commanded Moses.

16 جا یەشوع هەموو ئەو خاکانەی گرت: ناوچە شاخاوییەکە و هەموو نەقەب و هەموو خاکی گۆشەن و زوورگەکانی خۆرئاوا و دەشتایی عەراڤا و چیاکانی ئیسرائیل و زوورگەکانی،

So Ioshua tooke all this land of the mountaines, and all the South, and all the lande of Goshen, and the lowe countrey, and the plaine, and the mountaine of Israel, and the lowe countrey of the same,

17 لە کێوی حالاقەوە کە بەرەو سێعیر سەردەکەوێت هەتا بەعل‌گاد لە دۆڵی لوبنان لە بناری چیای حەرمۆن، هەموو پاشاکانیشی گرتن و لێیدان و کوشتنی.

From the mount Halak, that goeth vp to Seir, euen vnto Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon, vnder mount Hermon: and all their Kings he tooke, and smote them, and slewe them.

18 یەشوع ماوەیەکی زۆر لەگەڵ ئەو پاشایانەدا جەنگا،

Ioshua made warre long time with all those Kings,

19 هیچ شارێک پەیمانی ئاشتیی لەگەڵ ئیسرائیلدا نەبەست، تەنها حیڤییەکانی دانیشتووی گبعۆن نەبێت، بەڵکو هەموویانی بە جەنگ گرت،

Neither was there any citie that made peace with the children of Israel, saue those Hiuites that inhabited Gibeon: all other they tooke by battell.

20 چونکە یەزدان خۆی دڵیانی ڕەقکردبوو، هەتا لە جەنگدا بەرەنگاری ئیسرائیل ببنەوە، جا قڕ بکرێن و بەزەییان بەسەرەوە نەبێت، بەڵکو بە تەواوی لەناویان ببات، هەروەک یەزدان فەرمانی بە موسا کردبوو.

For it came of the Lord, to harden their heartes that they shoulde come against Israel in battell to the intent that they shoulde destroye them vtterly, and shewe them no mercie, but that they shoulde bring them to nought: as the Lord had commanded Moses.

21 لەو کاتەدا یەشوع چوو و عەناقییەکانی لە کێوی حەبرۆن و دەڤیر و عەناڤ و هەموو ناوچە شاخاوییەکانی یەهودا و هەموو ناوچە شاخاوییەکانی ئیسرائیل بنبڕ کرد. یەشوع لەگەڵ شارۆچکەکانیاندا بە تەواوی قڕی کردن.

And that same season came Ioshua, and destroyed the Anakims out of the mountaines: as out of Hebron, out of Debir, out of Anab, and out of all the mountaines of Iudah, and out of all the mountaines of Israel: Ioshua destroyed them vtterly with their cities.

22 جا لە خاکی نەوەی ئیسرائیلدا عەناقییەکان نەمان، بەڵام هەندێکیان لە غەزە و گەت و ئەشدۆد مانەوە.

There was no Anakim left in the lande of the children of Israel: onely in Azzah, in Gath, and in Ashdod were they left.

23 ئینجا یەشوع هەموو خاکەکەی گرت، بەپێی هەموو ئەوەی یەزدان بە موسای فەرمووبوو، یەشوع بەگوێرەی بەش و هۆزەکانیان بە میرات بە ئیسرائیلی دا. ئینجا خاکەکە لە جەنگ پشووی دا.

So Ioshua tooke the whole land, according to all that the Lord had saide vnto Moses: and Ioshua gaue it for an inheritance vnto Israel according to their portion through their tribes: then the land was at rest without warre.
