ئەیوب 4

1 ئینجا ئەلیفازی تێمانی وەڵامی دایەوە:

2 «ئەگەر یەکێک قسەیەک بکات دڵگران دەبیت؟ بەڵام کێ دەتوانێت لە قسەکردن ڕابوەستێت؟

to test: try word to(wards) you be weary and to restrain in/on/with speech who? be able

3 لە یادت بێ تۆ ڕێنمایی زۆر کەست کردووە و دەستە شلبووەکانت توند کردووە.

behold to discipline many and hand weak to strengthen: strengthen

4 قسەکانت ئەوانەی هەستاندەوە کە کەوتوون و ئەژنۆ لەرزۆکەکانت چەسپاند.

to stumble to arise: establish [emph?] speech your and knee to bow to strengthen

5 بەڵام ئێستا کە خۆت تووشی تەنگانە بوویت، ورەت بەرداوە، لەوەی کە بەسەر خۆت هاتووە، پەرێشان بوویت.

for now to come (in): come to(wards) you and be weary to touch till you and to dismay

6 ئایا پشت بە لەخواترسییەکەت نابەستیت؟ ئایا بێ کەموکوڕییەکەت هیوابەخش نییە؟

not fear your confidence your hope your and integrity way: conduct your

7 «بەبیر خۆتی بهێنەرەوە، بێتاوانێکت بینیوە فەوتابێت، یاخود کەسە سەرڕاستەکان لەناوچووبن؟

to remember please who? he/she/it innocent to perish and where? upright to hide

8 وەک بینیوتە، ئەوانەی خراپە دەکێڵن و چەرمەسەری دەچێنن، خۆیان دروێنەی دەکەن.

like/as as which to see: see to plow/plot evil: wickedness and to sow trouble to reap him

9 بە هەناسەی خودا لەناودەچن و بە بای تووڕەییەکەی نامێنن.

from breath god to perish and from spirit: breath face: anger his to end: destroy

10 مڕەمڕی شێر و دەنگی نەڕەی و کەڵبەی شێرەکان شکێنران.

roaring lion and voice lion and tooth lion to break

11 شێر دەفەوتێت لەبەر نەبوونی نێچیر و بەچکەی شێرەکە پەرتەوازە دەبن.

lion to perish from without prey and son: young animal lion to separate

12 «وشەیەک بۆ لای من دزەی کرد، گوێم چرپەیەکی بیست.

and to(wards) me word to steal and to take: recieve ear my whisper from him

13 لە مۆتەکەی شەومدا کاتێک مرۆڤ خەوێکی قووڵ دەیباتەوە،

in/on/with disquietings from vision night in/on/with to fall: fall deep sleep upon human

14 ترس و تۆقینێک منی داگرت و هەموو ئێسکەکانم لەرزین.

15 ڕۆحێک بە بەردەممدا تێپەڕی و مووەکانی لەشم مووچڕکەیان پێدا هات.

and spirit upon face my to pass to bristle up hair flesh my

16 ڕاوەستا، بەڵام نەمزانی چی بوو، شێوەیەک لەبەرچاوم بوو، چرپەیەک و دەنگێکم بیست:

to stand: stand and not to recognize appearance his likeness to/for before eye my silence and voice to hear: hear

17 ”ئایا مرۆڤ لە خودا ڕاستودروستترە، یان پیاو لە بەدیهێنەرەکەی بێگەردتر دەبێت؟

human from god to justify if: surely no from to make him be pure great man

18 ئەگەر خودا متمانە بە خزمەتکارەکانی نەکات و گومڕایی بخاتە پاڵ فریشتەکانی،

look! in/on/with servant/slave his not be faithful and in/on/with messenger: angel his to set: make error

19 ئەی چەند زیاتر متمانە بە دانیشتووانی ناو خانووی قوڕ ناکات، ئەوانەی بنەچەیان لە خۆڵەوەیە و وەک مۆرانە پان دەکرێنەوە.

20 لەنێوان بەیانی و ئێوارەدا تێکدەشکێنرێن، بێ ئەوەی کەس ئاگای لێیان بێت بۆ هەتاهەتایە لەناودەچن.

from morning to/for evening to crush from without to set: consider to/for perpetuity to perish

21 ئایا گوریسی ڕەشماڵەکانیان هەڵنەکێشراوە، تاکو بەبێ دانایی بمرن؟“
