ئەیوب 30

1 «بەڵام ئێستا ئەوانەی لە من منداڵترن گاڵتەم پێ دەکەن، ئەوانەی بێزم نەدەهات باوکیان لەگەڵ سەگەکانی ناو ڕانەکەم دابنێم.

But now [they that are] younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.

2 دەبێت هێزی دەستیان چ سوودێکی بۆ من هەبێت؟ لەبەر ئەوەی سست بوون و لە کەڵک کەوتوون.

Yea, whereto [might] the strength of their hands [profit] me, in whom old age was perished?

3 لە دەستکورتی و لە برسیێتیدا لەڕ بوون؛ بە شەو بەناو زەوی وشکدا دەگەڕان، کە وێران و کاول بوون.

For want and famine [they were] solitary; fleeing into the wilderness in former time desolate and waste.

4 ئەوانەی وشترالووک و گەڵایان لە دەوەنەکانەوە دەهێنا، ڕەگی دار گەز خۆراکیان بوو.

Who cut up mallows by the bushes, and juniper roots [for] their meat.

5 لەنێو کۆمەڵەی خەڵک دەردەکران، هاواریان بەسەردا دەکردن وەک بەسەر دزدا هاوار بکەن.

They were driven forth from among [men], (they cried after them as [after] a thief; )

6 لەناو دۆڵە وشکەکان نیشتەجێ بوون، لە ئەشکەوت و لەناو تاشەبەردەکان.

To dwell in the clifts of the valleys, [in] caves of the earth, and [in] the rocks.

7 لەنێو دەوەنەکان زەڕین و لەژێر گەزگەزەکان خۆیان مات کرد.

Among the bushes they brayed; under the nettles they were gathered together.

8 نەوەی گێلی، هەروەها نەوەی ئەوانەی بێ ناو بوون، لە خاکەکە تێهەڵدراون.

[They were] children of fools, yea, children of base men: they were viler than the earth.

9 «بەڵام ئێستا ئەو گەنجانە بە گۆرانی گاڵتەم پێ دەکەن؛ پەندم بەسەردا دەڵێن.

And now am I their song, yea, I am their byword.

10 قێزم لێ دەکەنەوە، دوورەپەرێزیم لێ دەگرن؛ لە تفەکانیان ڕووی من ناپارێزن.

They abhor me, they flee far from me, and spare not to spit in my face.

11 خودا پەتی کەوانەکەی منی بەرداوە و منی چەماندووەتەوە، جڵەوی لغاوەکەم بەدەستیانەوەیە،

Because he hath loosed my cord, and afflicted me, they have also let loose the bridle before me.

12 لەلای ڕاستم گەنجە لاسارەکان هێرش دەکەنە سەرم، پاشقولم لێ دەگرن و سەنگەر لە دژی من لێ دەدەن.

Upon [my] right [hand] rise the youth; they push away my feet, and they raise up against me the ways of their destruction.

13 ڕێگاکانم لێ تێکدەدەن، بۆ ژێرکەوتنم هاوکاری یەکتر دەکەن، کەس نییە پشتگیری من بکات.

They mar my path, they set forward my calamity, they have no helper.

14 ئەوان دێن هەروەک لە کەلێنێکی فراوانەوە بێن، لەژێر وێرانیەوە خلۆر دەبنەوە.

They came [upon me] as a wide breaking in [of waters: ] in the desolation they rolled themselves [upon me].

15 نەهامەتی بەسەرمدا وەرگەڕا، هەروەکو با ڕێزی منی برد، ئاسوودەییم وەک هەور تێپەڕی.

Terrors are turned upon me: they pursue my soul as the wind: and my welfare passeth away as a cloud.

16 «بە هێواشی ژیانم بەرە و کۆتایی دەچێت، کەوتمە ڕۆژانی زەلیلییەوە.

And now my soul is poured out upon me; the days of affliction have taken hold upon me.

17 شەوگار ئێسکەکانم لەناومدا کلۆر دەکات، ئازارەکانم پشوو نادەن.

My bones are pierced in me in the night season: and my sinews take no rest.

18 خودا بە زۆری هێزەکەی منی بە جلەکانم گرت و شێوەی گۆڕیم، وەک یەخەی کراسەکەم، منی پێچایەوە.

By the great force [of my disease] is my garment changed: it bindeth me about as the collar of my coat.

19 فڕێیدامە ناو قوڕەوە، ڕەنگی خۆڵ و خۆڵەمێشم لێ نیشت.

He hath cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust and ashes.

20 «ئەی خودا هاوارت بۆ دەهێنم و وەڵامم نادەیتەوە؛ ڕادەوەستم و ئاوڕم لێ نادەیتەوە.

I cry unto thee, and thou dost not hear me: I stand up, and thou regardest me [not].

21 لەگەڵ مندا توند دەجوڵێیتەوە، بە توانای دەستەکانت دژایەتیم دەکەیت.

Thou art become cruel to me: with thy strong hand thou opposest thyself against me.

22 دەمڕفێنیت و دەمدەیتە دەست ڕەشەبا؛ فڕێمدەدەیتە ناو زریانەوە.

Thou liftest me up to the wind; thou causest me to ride [upon it], and dissolvest my substance.

23 دەزانم بۆ مردن دەمگەڕێنیتەوە، بۆ ماڵی چاوەڕوانکراوی هەموو زیندووێک.

For I know [that] thou wilt bring me [to] death, and [to] the house appointed for all living.

24 «بێگومان کەس دەستدرێژی ناکاتە سەر مرۆڤێکی تێکشکاو، کاتێک لە تەنگانەیدا هاوار دەکات.

Howbeit he will not stretch out [his] hand to the grave, though they cry in his destruction.

25 ئایا بۆ لێقەوماوان نەگریام؟ ئایا بۆ نەدار گیانم خەمبار نەبوو؟

Did not I weep for him that was in trouble? was [not] my soul grieved for the poor?

26 لەگەڵ ئەوەشدا، کە ئاواتەخوازی چاکە بووم، خراپە هات؛ چاوەڕوانی ڕووناکی بووم، تاریکی هات.

When I looked for good, then evil came [unto me: ] and when I waited for light, there came darkness.

27 هەناوم گڕی گرتووە و ناوەستێت، ڕۆژانی زەلیلی بەرەوپیرم دێن.

My bowels boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.

28 ڕەش هەڵگەڕام بەڵام بەبێ خۆر؛ لەناو کۆمەڵ هەستام هاوارم کرد.

I went mourning without the sun: I stood up, [and] I cried in the congregation.

29 بووم بە برای چەقەڵەکان و هاوڕێی کوندەپەپووەکان.

I am a brother to dragons, and a companion to owls.

30 پێستم ڕەش و هەڵوەری لەبەرم، لەشم لەبەر تایەکی توند دەسووتێت.

My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat.

31 قیسارەکەم بۆ لاوانەوەیە و شمشاڵەکەم بۆ دەنگی گریاوەکانە.

My harp also is [turned] to mourning, and my organ into the voice of them that weep.
