| وەرن ئەی دەوڵەمەندەکان، بگریێن و شیوەن بکەن بۆ ئەو دەردەسەرییەی بەسەرتان دێت. | 1 |
Come now, you rich, weep and cry aloud for your miseries that are coming on you.
| سامانتان بۆگەن بووە و بەرگتان مۆرانە لێیداوە، | 2 |
Your riches are corrupted and your garments are moth-eaten.
| زێڕ و زیوتان دادەخورێت، داخورانەکەشیان شایەتیتان لەسەر دەدات و وەک ئاگر جەستەتان دەخوات. لە ڕۆژانی کۆتایی گەنجینەتان بۆ خۆتان کۆکردەوە. | 3 |
Your gold and your silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be for a testimony against you, and will eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up your treasure in the last days.
| ئەوەتا ئەو کرێیەی کە نەتانداوە بەو کرێکارانەی کە لە کێڵگەکانی ئێوە کاریان کردووە، لە دژی ئێوە هاوار دەکات. هاواری سەپانەکانیش گەیشتە گوێی یەزدانی سوپاسالار. | 4 |
Look, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of hosts.
| لەسەر زەوی خۆشتان ڕابواردووە و بە شوێن ئارەزووەکانی جەستەتان کەوتوون، دڵی خۆتان وەک دابەستە بۆ ڕۆژی سەربڕین ڕاگرتووە. | 5 |
You have lived delicately on the earth, and taken your pleasure. You have nourished your hearts in a day of slaughter.
| بێتاوانەکەتان حوکم دا و کوشتتان، کە بەرهەڵستی ئێوەی نەدەکرد. | 6 |
You have condemned, you have murdered the righteous one. He does not resist you.
| بۆیە خوشکان و برایانم، هەتا هاتنەوەی مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆ ئارام بگرن. تەماشا بکەن چۆن جوتیار چاوەڕێی بەرهەمە بەهادارەکەی زەوی دەکات، بۆ بارانی پاییز و بەهار ئارام دەگرێت. | 7 |
Be patient therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. Look, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receives the early and late rain.
| ئێوەش ئارام بگرن و ورەتان بەرز بێت، چونکە هاتنەوەی مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆ نزیک بووەتەوە. | 8 |
You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is near.
| خوشکان، برایان، بۆڵەبۆڵ لەسەر یەکتری مەکەن، نەوەک حوکم بدرێن. ئەوەتا دادوەر لە بەردەرگا ڕاوەستاوە. | 9 |
Do not grumble, brothers, against one another, so that you won't be judged. Look, the judge stands at the door.
| خوشکان، برایان، نموونە وەربگرن لە بەرگەی ئازار و ئارامگرتنی ئەو پێغەمبەرانەی کە بە ناوی یەزدانەوە قسەیان کرد. | 10 |
Take, brothers, for an example of suffering and of patience, the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.
| وا ئێمە ئەوانە بە بەختەوەر دەزانین کە دانیان بەخۆیاندا گرتووە. دانبەخۆداگرتنی ئەیوبتان بیستووە کە لە ئەنجامدا یەزدان چۆن بەرەکەتداری کرد، چونکە یەزدان بەزەیی زۆرە و میهرەبانە. | 11 |
Look, we call them blessed who endured. You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the Lord in the outcome, and how the Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
| خوشکان و برایانم، پێش هەموو شتێک، سوێند مەخۆن، نە بە ئاسمان و نە بە زەوی و نە بە شتی دیکە. بەڵکو با قسەتان «بەڵێ» بۆ «بەڵێ» و «نەخێر» بۆ «نەخێر» بێت، نەوەک تاوانبار بکرێن. | 12 |
But above all things, my brothers, do not swear, neither by heaven, nor by the earth, nor by any other oath; but let your "yes" be "yes," and your "no," "no;" so that you do not fall under judgment.
| کامەتان ناخۆشی هەیە؟ با نوێژ بکات. کەس دڵخۆشە؟ با بە گۆرانی ستایش بکات. | 13 |
Is anyone among you suffering? He should pray. Is anyone cheerful? He should sing praises.
| کامەتان نەخۆشە؟ با پیرانی کڵێسا بانگ بکات بۆ ئەوەی نوێژی لەسەر بکەن و بە ناوی عیسای خاوەن شکۆوە چەوری بکەن. | 14 |
Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the church, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
| ئەو نوێژەی بە باوەڕ دەکرێت نەخۆش چاک دەکاتەوە و عیسای خاوەن شکۆ هەڵیدەستێنێتەوە. ئەگەر گوناهێکیشی کردبێت دەبەخشرێت. | 15 |
And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
| بۆیە بۆ یەکتری دان بە گوناهەکانتاندا بنێن، نوێژ بۆ یەکتری بکەن تاکو چاکببنەوە. نوێژی کەسی ڕاستودروست زۆر بەهێز و کاریگەرە. | 16 |
Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
| ئەلیاس مرۆڤێک بوو وەک ئێمە لە هەمان سروشت، بە گەرمی نوێژی کرد تاکو باران نەبارێت، ئیتر سێ ساڵ و نیو لەسەر خاکەکەیان باران نەباری. | 17 |
Elijah was a human being with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months.
| نوێژی کردەوە، ئاسمان بارانی دا و زەویش بەرهەمی دا. | 18 |
He prayed again, and the sky gave rain, and the earth brought forth its fruit.
| خوشکان و برایانم، ئەگەر یەکێکتان لە ڕاستی چەواشە کرا و یەکێک گەڕاندییەوە، | 19 |
My brothers, if any among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back,
| با بزانێت ئەوەی گوناهبارێک لە ڕێگای گومڕایی بگەڕێنێتەوە، دەروونێک لە مردن ڕزگار دەکات و زۆر گوناهیش دادەپۆشێت. | 20 |
let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death, and will cover a multitude of sins.
