ئیشایا 47

1 «دابەزە و لەسەر خۆڵ دابنیشە، ئەی بابلی کچە پاکیزە. بەبێ تەخت لەسەر زەوی دابنیشە، کچی بابلییەکان، چونکە چیتر پێت ناگوترێت ناسک و نازدار.

Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; sit on the ground without a throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.

2 دەستاڕ ببە و باراش بهاڕە، عەبات فڕێبدە، دامێن هەڵبکە و قاچ بەدەرخە، لە ڕووبارەکان بپەڕەوە.

Take the millstones, and grind meal: remove thy veil, strip off the train, uncover the leg, pass through the rivers.

3 ڕووتیت دەردەکەوێت، هەروەها ڕیسواییت دەبینرێت. تۆڵەی خۆم دەکەمەوە و لە کەس نابوورم.»

Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and will accept no man.

4 ئەوەی دەمانکڕێتەوە ناوی یەزدانی سوپاسالارە، پیرۆزەکەی ئیسرائیلە.

Our redeemer, the LORD of hosts is his name, the Holy One of Israel.

5 «بێدەنگ دابنیشە و وەرە ناو تاریکییەوە، شاری شاهانەی بابلییەکان، چونکە چیتر پێت ناگوترێت شاژنی شانشینەکان.

Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called The lady of kingdoms.

6 تووڕە بووم لە گەلی خۆم و میراتی خۆمم گڵاوکرد. ئەوانم دا بە دەست تۆوە، تۆش لەگەڵیاندا بە بەزەیی نەبوویت. تەنانەت لەسەر پیرەکانیش نیری خۆتت زۆر قورس کرد.

I was wroth with my people, I profaned mine inheritance, and gave them into thine hand: thou didst shew them no mercy; upon the aged hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.

7 گوتت:”بۆ هەتاهەتایە دەبمە شاژن!“بەڵام لەم ڕووداوانە وردنەبوویتەوە، بیرت لە کۆتاییەکەی نەکردەوە.

And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end thereof.

8 «ئێستا گوێ لەمە بگرە، ئەی سۆزانی، ئەی دانیشتوو بە ئاسوودەیی، ئەی ئەوەی لە دڵی خۆیدا دەڵێت:”هەر خۆم و بەس! نە بێوەژن دەبم و نە سک سووتاوی دەزانم.“

Now therefore hear this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and there is none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:

9 لەپڕ لە یەک ڕۆژدا ئەم دووانەت بەسەردێت، سک سووتان و بێوەژنیێتی. بە تەواوی بەسەرت دێت، سەرەڕای زۆری جادووگەری و سەرەڕای لە ڕادەبەدەر نوشتەکردنت.

but these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: in their full measure shall they come upon thee, despite of the multitude of thy sorceries, and the great abundance of thine enchantments.

10 پشتت بە خراپەکارییەکانت بەست و گوتت:”کەس نامبینێت.“داناییەکەت و زانینەکەت تۆیان لەڕێ لادا، لە دڵی خۆتدا گوتت:”هەر خۆم و بەس.“

For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness; thou hast said, None seeth me; thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee: and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and there is none else beside me.

11 خراپەیەکت بەسەردێت، سەرهەڵدانەکەی نازانیت، بەڵایەکت بەسەردێت. ناتوانیت ڕەتی بکەیتەوە، لەپڕ کاولبوونێکت بەسەردێت پێی نازانیت.

Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know the dawning thereof: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it away: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou knowest not.

12 «جا بەردەوام بە، بە نوشتەکانت و بە زۆری جادووگەریت، ئەوەی لە مێردمنداڵیتەوە تێیدا ماندوو بوویت، بەڵکو سوودی هەبێ بۆت، بۆ ئەوەی بیانترسێنیت!

Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.

13 هێزت لەبەر بڕا لە زۆری ڕاوێژەکانت! با ئەستێرەناسەکانت بێنە پێشەوە، ئەوانەی ئاسمان دابەش دەکەن و چاو لە ئەستێرەکان دەبڕن و مانگ لەدوای مانگ پێشبینی دەکەن، با ئەوانە ڕزگارت بکەن لەوەی بەسەرت دێت.

Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels: let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from the things that shall come upon thee.

14 ئەوەتا وەک پووشیان لێدێت، ئاگر دەیانسووتێنێت. لە دەست بڵێسە فریای گیانی خۆیان ناکەون. ئەو پشکۆ خەڵووزە بۆ خۆگەرمکردنەوە نییە، ئەو ئاگرەش بۆ دانیشتن لەبەردەمی نییە.

Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: it shall not be a coal to warm at, nor a fire to sit before.

15 ئەو جادووگەرانەی لە مێردمنداڵیتەوە هەڵسوکەوتت لەگەڵدا دەکردن و پێیانەوە ماندوو بوویت، بەو دەردە دەچن. هەرکەسە و ملی ڕێی خۆی دەگرێت، کەس نییە ڕزگارت بکات.

Thus shall the things be unto thee wherein thou hast laboured: they that have trafficked with thee from thy youth shall wander every one to his quarter; there shall be none to save thee.
