عیبرانییەکان 4

1 بۆیە کە بەڵێنی چوونە ناو شوێنی حەسانەوەی خودا هەر ماوە، دەبێ بترسین نەوەک یەکێکتان ئەو بەڵێنەی لەدەست بچێت.

Then let us fear, lest at some time, the promise to enter into his rest having been left, some of you may appear to have come short.

2 هەرچەندە ئێمەش وەک ئەوان مزگێنیمان درایێ، بەڵام ئەو پەیامەی ئەوان بیستوویانە سوودی بۆیان نەبوو، چونکە ئەوانەی ئەو پەیامەیان بیست لە دڵیانەوە بە باوەڕ وەریان نەگرت.

For we truly have had the gospel preached unto us, as they did also: but the word of hearing did not profit them, not being mixed with faith to those hearing.

3 ئێمەی باوەڕدار دەچینە ناو حەسانەوەی خودا، هەروەک خۆی فەرموویەتی: [بۆیە لە تووڕەییمدا سوێندم خوارد: «نایەنە ناو حەسانەوەی من.»] هەرچەندە کارەکان لە دامەزراندنی جیهانەوە تەواو بوون.

For we who have believed, do enter into rest: as he has said, As I swore in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest: the works truly having been from the foundations of the world.

4 لە شوێنێکدا دەربارەی ڕۆژی حەوتەمی هەفتە فەرموویەتی: [ئیتر خودا لە ڕۆژی حەوتەم لە هەموو کارەکانی پشووی دا.]

For he somewhere has spoken thus in reference to the seventh day, And God rested on the seventh day from all his works.

5 دیسان لەو دەقەدا دەفەرموێت: [نایەنە ناو حەسانەوەی من.]

And in this again he has said, They shall not enter into my rest.

6 ئەوانەی پێشتر مزگێنییان درایێ نەیانتوانی بچنە شوێنی حەسانەوەی خودا، چونکە یاخیبوون. ئیتر شتێکی ڕوونە کە شوێنی حەسانەوەی خودا چاوەڕێی کەسانی دیکە دەکات.

Then since it remains that some do enter into it, and those formerly having had the gospel preached unto them did not enter in on account of unbelief,

7 دیسان خودا ڕۆژێکی دیاری کرد، ناوی ئەو ڕۆژەشی نا «ئەمڕۆ»، کاتێک لەدوای ماوەیەکی زۆر لە ڕێگەی داودی پێغەمبەرەوە قسەی کرد، هەروەک پێشتر باسمان کرد: [ئەمڕۆ، کاتێک گوێتان لە فەرمایشتی ئەو دەبێت، دڵی خۆتان ڕەق مەکەن.]

again he appoints a certain day, saying in David, as has previously been said, This day, after so long a time; If you may hear his voice this day, harden not your hearts.

8 لەبەر ئەوەی ئەگەر یەشوع ئەوانی بحەساندبایەوە، ئەوا پاش ئەوە خودا باسی ڕۆژێکی دیکەی نەدەکرد.

For if Joshua had given them rest, he would not speak concerning another day after these things.

9 کەواتە حەسانەوەی ڕۆژی حەوتەم بۆ گەلی خودا ماوە،

Therefore there is a sabbatism left for the people of God.

10 چونکە ئەوەی بچێتە ناو حەسانەوەی خودا لە کارەکانیشی پشوو دەدات، وەک خوداش لە کارەکانی پشووی دا.

For the one having entered into his rest has ceased from his works, as God did from his own.

11 بۆیە با تێبکۆشین تاکو بچینە ناو ئەو حەسانەوەیە، بۆ ئەوەی هیچ کەسێک دیسان دوای هەمان پەندی یاخیبوون نەکەوێت و لەناونەچێت.

Therefore let us hasten to enter into that rest, lest some one may fall by the same example of unbelief.

12 چونکە پەیامی خودا زیندووە، کاریگەرە، لە هەموو شمشێرێکی دوودەم تیژترە، نێوانی دەروون و ڕۆح و جومگە و مۆخی ئێسک دەبڕێت، نیاز و بیری دڵ جیا دەکاتەوە.

For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing unto the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and a quick discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

13 بەدیهێنراو نییە لەبەرچاوی خودا شاردراوە بێت، بەڵکو هەموو شتێک ڕووت و ئاشکرایە لەبەرچاوی خودا کە هەر یەکێک لە ئێمە دەبێت حیسابی خۆی بخاتە بەردەستی.

And no creature is hidden in his presence: but all things are naked and have been laid open to the eyes of him to whom the word is unto us.

14 لەبەر ئەوەی ئەو سەرۆکی کاهینانە پایەبەرزەمان هەیە کە بە ئاسماندا تێپەڕی، عیسای کوڕی خودا، با دەستبگرین بەو باوەڕەی کە دانمان پێدا ناوە،

Therefore having a great high priest, having entered into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast the testimony.

15 چونکە سەرۆک کاهینێکمان نییە کە نەتوانێت هاوخەمی لاوازییەکانمان بێت، بەڵکو سەرۆک کاهینێکمان هەیە کە وەکو ئێمە لە هەموو شتێک تاقی کراوەتەوە، بەڵام بێ گوناه دەرچوو.

For we have not a high priest who is not able to be touched with our infirmities; but one having been tempted as to all things like unto us, apart from sin.

16 بۆیە با بە متمانەوە لە تەختی نیعمەت بچینە پێش، بۆ ئەوەی بەزەیی وەربگرین و نیعمەت بدۆزینەوە تاکو لە کاتی پێویستدا یارمەتیمان بدات.

Therefore let us draw nigh with confidence to a throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and find grace in every opportune need.
