| ئینجا پاشا و هامان چوونە داوەتەکەی ئەستێری شاژن. | 1 |
So the king and Aman went in to drink with the queen.
| لە ڕۆژی دووەم کاتێک شەرابیان دەخواردەوە، دیسان پاشا پرسیاری لە ئەستێر کرد: «ئەی شاژن، چیت دەوێت؟ پێت دەدرێت. داواکارییەکەت چییە؟ تەنانەت داوای نیوەی شانشینەکەش بکەیت، پێت دەدرێت.» | 2 |
And the king said to Esther at the banquet on the second day, What is it, queen Esther? and what [is] your request, and what [is] your petition? and it shall be [done] for you, to the half of my kingdom.
| شاژنە ئەستێر وەڵامی دایەوە و گوتی: «ئەی پاشا، ئەگەر لێم ڕازی بیت، پاشا پێی خۆش بێت، ژیانم ڕزگار بکە. ئەوە بابەتەکەمە. نەتەوەکەم ڕزگار بکە. ئەمە داواکارییەکەمە، | 3 |
And she answered and said, If I have found favour in the sight of the king, let [my] life be granted to my petition, and my people to my request.
| چونکە خۆم و نەتەوەکەم لەلایەن کەسێکەوە بۆ لەناوبردن و کوشتن و قڕکردن فرۆشراوین. ئەگەر ئێمە تەنها وەک کۆیلە و کەنیزە بفرۆشراینایە من دەنگم نەدەکرد، چونکە ئەمە نابێتە تەنگانەیەک پاشای پێ بێزار بکرێت.» | 4 |
For both I and my people are sold for destruction, and pillage, and slavery; [both] we and our children for bondmen and bondwomen: and I consented not to it, for the [is] not worthy of the king's palace.
| ئینجا ئەحەشوێرۆشی پاشا لە شاژنە ئەستێری پرسی: «ئەو کەسە کێیە و لەکوێیە؟ چۆن بوێری ئەوەی هەیە کارێکی وا بکات؟» | 5 |
And the king said, Who [is] this that has dared to do this thing?
| ئەستێر گوتی: «ئەوە ناحەزەکەمانە، دوژمنمانە، هامانی خراپەکار!» هامان لەبەردەم پاشا و شاژن تۆقی. | 6 |
And Esther said, the adversary [is] Aman, this wicked man. Then Aman was troubled before the king and the queen.
| پاشا بە تووڕەییەوە دەستی لە شەراب خواردنەوەکە هەڵگرت و ڕووەو باخچەکەی کۆشک ڕۆیشت. هامانیش ڕاوەستا و بۆ ڕزگاربوونی ژیانی خۆی لە شاژنە ئەستێر پاڕایەوە، چونکە زانی کە پاشا بڕیاری داوە لە سێدارەی بدات. | 7 |
And the king rose up from the banquet to go into the garden: and Aman began to entreat the queen; for he saw that he was in an evil case.
| لەو کاتەی پاشا لە باخچەی کۆشکەوە گەڕایەوە هۆڵی خوانەکە، هامان خۆی بەسەر ئەو سەکۆیەدا دابوو کە ئەستێر لەسەری دادەنیشت. پاشا گوتی: «ئایا لاساری بەرامبەر بە شاژنیش دەکات، لەنێو ماڵەکەم و لەگەڵیشمدایە؟» هەرکە فەرمانەکە لە دەمی پاشا دەرچوو، دەم و چاوی هامانیان داپۆشی. | 8 |
And the king returned from the garden; and Aman had fallen upon the bed, intreating the queen. And the king said, Will you even force [my] wife in my house? And when Aman heard it, he changed countenance.
| ئینجا حەرڤۆنا، کە یەکێک بوو لەو کاربەدەستانەی خزمەتی پاشایان دەکرد، گوتی: «لە ماڵی هامان دارێک هەیە بەرزییەکەی پەنجا باڵە، هامان بۆ مۆردەخای ئامادە کردووە، کە قسەیەکی چاکی گەیاندە پاشا.» پاشا گوتی: «هامان لەو دارە بدەن!» | 9 |
And Bugathan, one of the chamberlains, said to the king, Behold, Aman has also prepared a gallows for Mardochaeus, who spoke concerning the king, and a gallows of fifty cubits high has been set up in the premises of Aman. And the king said, Let him be hanged thereon.
| بەو شێوەیە هامانیان لەو دارە دا کە بۆ مۆردەخای ئامادە کردبوو. پاشان تووڕەیی پاشا دامرکایەوە. | 10 |
So Aman was hanged on the gallows that had been prepared for Mardochaeus: and then the king's wrath was appeased.
