کۆلۆسی 3

1 لەبەر ئەوەی ئێوە لەگەڵ مەسیحدا هەستێنرانەوە، کەواتە بۆ ئەو شتانەی سەرەوە کۆشش بکەن، لەوێ مەسیح لە دەستەڕاستی خودا دانیشتووە.

If yee then bee risen with Christ, seeke those thinges which are aboue, where Christ sitteth at the right hand of God.

2 بایەخ بەو شتانەی سەرەوە بدەن، نەک ئەوانەی لەسەر زەوین،

Set your affections on things which are aboue, and not on things which are on the earth.

3 چونکە ئێوە مردن، ژیانیشتان لەگەڵ مەسیح لە خودادا شاردراوەتەوە.

For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

4 کاتێک مەسیح دەردەکەوێت کە ژیانتانە، ئەوسا ئێوەش لەگەڵیدا لە شکۆمەندیدا دەردەکەون.

When Christ which is our life, shall appeare, then shall ye also appeare with him in glory.

5 کەواتە ئارەزووە دنیاییەکانتان بمرێنن: داوێنپیسی، گڵاوی، هەوەسبازی، ئارەزووی خراپ، چاوبرسیێتی کە جۆرێکە لە بتپەرستی،

Mortifie therefore your members which are on the earth, fornication, vncleannes, the inordinate affection, euill concupiscence, and couetousnes which is idolatrie.

6 چونکە بەهۆیانەوە تووڕەیی خودا دێتە سەر یاخیبووان.

For the which things sake ye wrath of God commeth on the children of disobedience.

7 ئێوەش جاران ئاوا هەڵسوکەوتتان دەکرد، کاتێک تێیاندا دەژیان.

Wherein ye also walked once, when ye liued in them.

8 بەڵام ئێستا هەموو ئەوانە فڕێبدەن: هەڵچوون، تووڕەیی، قین، بوختان، قسەی ناشیرین لە زارتان.

But now put ye away euen all these things, wrath, anger, maliciousnes, cursed speaking, filthie speaking, out of your mouth.

9 لەگەڵ یەکتری درۆ مەکەن، چونکە مرۆڤە کۆنەکە و کردەوەکانتان داکەندووە و

Lie not one to another, seeing that yee haue put off the olde man with his workes,

10 مرۆڤێکی نوێتان لەبەرکردووە، ئەوەی بەگوێرەی وێنەی بەدیهێنەرەکەی بە ناسینی نوێ بووەتەوە.

And haue put on the newe, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him,

11 لەوێدا جولەکە و ناجولەکە نییە، خەتەنەکراو و خەتەنە نەکراو، بەربەری و سکیسی، کۆیلە و ئازاد نییە، بەڵکو مەسیح هەموو شتێکە و لە هەمووتاندایە.

Where is neither Grecian nor Iewe, circumcision nor vncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond, free: But Christ is all, and in all things.

12 بۆیە، ئێوە کە گەلی پیرۆز و خۆشەویست و هەڵبژێردراوی خودان، میهرەبانی و نیانی و بێفیزی و دڵنەرمی و ئارامگرتن لەبەر بکەن.

Now therfore as the elect of God holy and beloued, put on the bowels of mercies, kindnesse, humblenesse of minde, meekenesse, long suffering:

13 بەرگەی یەکتری بگرن، ئەگەر یەکێک سکاڵای لەسەر یەکێک هەبوو، گەردنی یەکتری ئازاد بکەن. وەک مەسیحی باڵادەست لێتان خۆشبوو، ئێوەش لێیان خۆشبن.

Forbearing one another, and forgiuing one another, if any man haue a quarel to another: euen as Christ forgaue, euen so doe ye.

14 لە سەرووی هەموو ئەمانەشەوە خۆشەویستی لەبەر بکەن، کە لە یەکێتییەکی تەواودا هەموویان دەبەستێتەوە.

And aboue all these thinges put on loue, which is the bond of perfectnes.

15 با ئاشتی مەسیح حوکمی دڵتان بکات، چونکە وەکو ئەندامانی جەستەیەک بۆ ئاشتی بانگکران، هەروەها سوپاسگوزار بن.

And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which ye are called in one body, and be ye thankfull.

16 با پەیامی مەسیح بە دەوڵەمەندی لە ئێوەدا نیشتەجێ بێت، بەوپەڕی دانایی یەکتری فێر بکەن و ئاگادار بکەنەوە، بە زەبوور و سروود و گۆرانی ڕۆحی بە سوپاسگوزاری لە دڵتاندا گۆرانی بۆ خودا بڵێن.

Let the worde of Christ dwell in you plenteously in all wisdome, teaching and admonishing your owne selues, in Psalmes, and hymnes, and spirituall songs, singing with a grace in your hearts to the Lord.

17 هەر شتێک دەڵێن و دەیکەن، هەمووی بە ناوی عیسای خاوەن شکۆوە بیکەن، لە ڕێگەی عیساوە سوپاسی خودای باوک بکەن.

And whatsoeuer ye shall doe, in worde or deede, doe all in the Name of the Lord Iesus, giuing thankes to God euen the Father by him.

18 ئەی ژنەکان، ملکەچی مێردەکانتان بن، وەک لە شوێنکەوتووی مەسیح دەوەشێتەوە.

Wiues, submit your selues vnto your husbands, as it is comely in the Lord.

19 ئەی مێردەکان، ژنەکانتان خۆشبوێ، لەگەڵیان ڕەق مەبن.

Husbands, loue your wiues, and be not bitter vnto them.

20 ئەی منداڵان، لە هەموو شتێکدا گوێڕایەڵی دایک و باوکتان بن، چونکە ئەمە جێگەی ڕەزامەندی مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆیە.

Children, obey your parents in all thing for that is well pleasing vnto the Lord.

21 ئەی باوکەکان، منداڵەکانتان تووڕە مەکەن، نەوەک نائومێد بن.

Fathers, prouoke not your children to anger, least they be discouraged.

22 ئەی کۆیلەکان، لە هەموو شتێکدا گوێڕایەڵی گەورەکانی ئەم جیهانەتان بن، نەک تەنها ئەو کاتەی کە چاودێریتان دەکەن بۆ ئەوەی لێتان ڕازی بن بەڵکو دڵسۆزانە، چونکە ئێوە لە مەسیحی گەورەکەتان دەترسن.

Seruants, be obedient vnto them that are your masters according to the flesh, in all things, not with eye seruice as men pleasers, but in singlenes of heart, fearing God.

23 هەر چییەک دەکەن، بە دڵ بیکەن، وەک بۆ مەسیح بێت، نەک بۆ خەڵکی،

And whatsoeuer ye doe, doe it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men,

24 بزانن لەلایەن مەسیحەوە پاداشتی میرات وەردەگرن، چونکە خزمەتی مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆ دەکەن.

Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receiue the reward of the inheritance: for ye serue the Lord Christ.

25 بەڵام ئەوەی کاری خراپ بکات سزای خراپەی خۆی وەردەگرێت، خودا لایەنگری ناکات.

But he that doeth wrong, shall receiue for the wrong that he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
