دووەم تیمۆساوس 1

1 لە پۆڵسەوە کە بە خواستی خودا نێردراوی عیسای مەسیحە، بەگوێرەی بەڵێنی ژیان کە بە یەکبوون لەگەڵ عیسای مەسیحدا بەدەستدێت،

Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ, through the will of God, according to a promise of life that [is] in Christ Jesus,

2 بۆ کوڕی خۆشەویستم تیمۆساوس: با نیعمەت و بەزەیی و ئاشتی لە خودای باوک و عیسای مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆمانەوە لەگەڵت بێت.

to Timotheus, beloved child: Grace, kindness, peace, from God the Father, and Christ Jesus our Lord!

3 سوپاسی خودا دەکەم، ئەوەی هەروەک باوباپیرانم بە ویژدانێکی پاک دەیپەرستم، کاتێک بە شەو و ڕۆژ بێ بڕانەوە لە پاڕانەوەکانمدا یادت دەکەم.

I am thankful to God, whom I serve from progenitors in a pure conscience, that unceasingly I have remembrance concerning thee in my supplications night and day,

4 کاتێک یادی فرمێسکەکانت دەکەمەوە، پەرۆشی بینینت دەبم تاکو پڕبم لە خۆشی.

desiring greatly to see thee, being mindful of thy tears, that with joy I may be filled,

5 باوەڕی بێ دووڕوویی تۆم وەبیر دێتەوە کە یەکەم جار لە ناخی لوئیسی داپیرەت و یونیکی دایکتدا نیشتەجێ بوو، دڵنیام لە تۆشدایە.

taking remembrance of the unfeigned faith that is in thee, that dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice, and I am persuaded that also in thee.

6 لەبەر ئەمە وەبیرت دەهێنمەوە ئەو بەهرەیە دابگیرسێنیت کە لەدوای ئەوەی من دەستم لەسەرت دانا خودا پێی بەخشیت،

For which cause I remind thee to stir up the gift of God that is in thee through the putting on of my hands,

7 چونکە خودا ڕۆحی ترسی پێمان نەبەخشیوە، بەڵکو ڕۆحی هێز و خۆشەویستی و خۆڕاگریی پێ بەخشیوین.

for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind;

8 بۆیە نە لە بەرامبەر پەیامەکە سەبارەت بە مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆمان و نە بەرامبەر بە من کە لە پێناوی ئەودا بەند کراوم هەست بە شەرمەزاری مەکە، بەڵکو لەگەڵ من و بە پشتبەستن بە هێزی خودا بەشداری لەو ئازارەدا بکە کە بەهۆی مزگێنییەوە دەیچێژیت.

therefore thou mayest not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but do thou suffer evil along with the good news according to the power of God,

9 خودا ڕزگاری کردین و بە بانگەوازێکی پیرۆز بانگی کردین، نەک بەگوێرەی کردارمان، بەڵکو بەگوێرەی خواست و نیعمەتی خۆی کە پێش دەستپێکی زەمانە بەهۆی یەکبوونمان لەگەڵ عیسای مەسیحدا پێمان دراوە، (aiōnios g166)

who did save us, and did call with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, that was given to us in Christ Jesus, before the times of the ages, (aiōnios g166)

10 ئێستاش ئاشکرا بوو بە دەرکەوتنی عیسای مەسیحی ڕزگارکەرمان، ئەوەی مردنی لەناو برد و لە ڕێگەی پەیامی ئینجیلەوە ژیان و نەمریی ڕووناک کردەوە.

and was made manifest now through the manifestation of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who indeed did abolish death, and did enlighten life and immortality through the good news,

11 بۆ ئەم مزگێنییە بە مزگێنیدەر و نێردراو و مامۆستا دەستنیشان کرام.

to which I was placed a preacher and an apostle, and a teacher of nations,

12 لەبەر ئەم هۆیەش ئەم ئازارانە دەچێژم، بەڵام شەرمی پێوە ناکەم، چونکە دەزانم باوەڕم بە کێ هێناوە، دڵنیام مەسیح دەتوانێ پارێزگاری سپاردەکەم بکات هەتا ئەو ڕۆژە.

for which cause also these things I suffer, but I am not ashamed, for I have known in whom I have believed, and have been persuaded that he is able that which I have committed to him to guard — to that day.

13 بەدوای ئەو فێرکردنە دروستە بکەوە کە لە منت بیستووە، بیکە سەرمەشقی ژیانت، لەگەڵ ئەو باوەڕ و خۆشەویستییەی کە لە یەکبوون لەگەڵ عیسای مەسیحدا هەیە.

The pattern hold thou of sound words, which from me thou didst hear, in faith and love that [is] in Christ Jesus;

14 سپاردە چاکەکە بە ڕۆحی پیرۆز بپارێزە کە تیاماندا نیشتەجێیە.

the good thing committed guard thou through the Holy Spirit that is dwelling in us;

15 ئەمە دەزانی، هەموو ئەوانەی لە ئاسیادان وازیان لێ هێنام، لەوانە فیگەلۆس و هەرمۆگینیس.

thou hast known this, that they did turn from me — all those in Asia, of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes;

16 با مەسیحی باڵادەست بەزەیی بە خێزانی ئۆنیسیفۆرۆسدا بێتەوە، چونکە زۆر جار ورەی بەرز کردومەتەوە و شەرمی بە کۆت و زنجیرم نەبووە،

may the Lord give kindness to the house of Onesiphorus, because many times he did refresh me, and of my chain was not ashamed,

17 بەڵکو کاتێک لە ڕۆما بوو، بە پەرۆشییەوە بەدوامدا گەڕا و منی دۆزییەوە.

but being in Rome, very diligently he sought me, and found;

18 با لە‏ ڕۆژی لێپرسینەوەدا بەهۆی مەسیحی باڵادەستەوە بەزەیی خودای باوک بەدەستبهێنێت. تۆ باش دەزانیت کە لە ئەفەسۆس بە چەندین شێوە خزمەتی کردم.

may the Lord give to him to find kindness from the Lord in that day; and how many things in Ephesus he did minister thou dost very well know.
