دووەم ساموئێل 16

1 کاتێک کە داود تۆزێک لە لووتکەکە ڕەت بوو، بینی چیڤای بریکاری مەفیبۆشەت بە دوو گوێدرێژی کورتانکراوەوە چاوەڕێی دەکات، دوو سەد کولێرە و سەد هێشووە کشمیش و سەد نانە هەنجیر و مەشکەیەک شەرابی بارکردبوو.

And when David was a little past the top [of the hill], behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred [loaves] of bread, and a hundred bunches of raisins, and a hundred of summer fruits, and a bottle of wine.

2 پاشا بە چیڤای گوت: «ئەمانەت بۆ چییە؟» چیڤاش گوتی: «دوو گوێدرێژەکە بۆ ماڵی پاشا بۆ سواربوونە، کولێرە و هەنجیرەکەش بۆ پیاوەکانتە با بیخۆن، شەرابەکەش با ئەوانە بیخۆنەوە کە لە چۆڵەوانیدا شەکەت بوون.»

And the king said to Ziba, What meanest thou by these? And Ziba said, The asses [are] for the king's household to ride on; and the bread and summer fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that such as are faint in the wilderness may drink.

3 پاشاش لێی پرسی: «ئەی کوڕەزای گەورەکەت لەکوێیە؟» چیڤاش بە پاشای گوت: «ئەوەتا ئەو لە ئۆرشەلیم ماوەتەوە، چونکە گوتی:”ئەمڕۆ بنەماڵەی ئیسرائیل پاشایەتییەکەی باپیرم بۆ دەگەڕێننەوە.“»

And the king said, And where [is] thy master's son? And Ziba said to the king, Behold, he abideth at Jerusalem: for he said, To-day shall the house of Israel restore to me the kingdom of my father.

4 ئینجا پاشا بە چیڤای گوت: «وا هەموو ئەوانەی هی مەفیبۆشەتن بۆ تۆیە.» چیڤاش گوتی: «کڕنۆش دەبەم. هیوادارم پاشای گەورەم لێم ڕازی بێت.»

Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine [are] all that [pertained] to Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly beseech thee [that] I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O king.

5 کاتێک داودی پاشا لە بەحوریم نزیک بووەوە، پیاوێک لەوێوە هات کە لە خێڵی شاول بوو، ناوی شیمعیی کوڕی گێرا بوو، دەهاتە دەرەوە و نەفرەتی دەکرد.

And when king David came to Bahurim, behold, thence came out a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose name [was] Shimei, the son of Gera: he came forth, and cursed still as he came.

6 داودی پاشا و هەموو کاربەدەستانی بەردباران دەکرد، هەرچەندە هەموو سوپا و پاڵەوانەکانیش لەلای ڕاست و چەپی بوون.

And he cast stones at David, and at all the servants of king David: and all the people and all the mighty men [were] on his right hand and on his left.

7 شیمعی کە نەفرەتی دەکرد دەیگوت: «بڕۆ دەرەوە! بڕۆ دەرەوە، ئەی پیاوی خوێنڕێژ، ئەی پیاوی سووکوچروک!

And thus said Shimei when he cursed, Come out, come out, thou bloody man, and thou man of Belial:

8 یەزدان تۆڵەی هەموو خوێنی ماڵی شاولی لێکردیتەوە کە لە جێی ئەو بوویت بە پاشا. یەزدان پاشایەتییەکەی دایە دەست ئەبشالۆمی کوڕت، تۆ بە خراپەی خۆت لەناودەچیت، چونکە تۆ پیاوێکی خوێنڕێژیت!»

The LORD hath returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and the LORD hath delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and behold, thou [art taken] in thy mischief, because thou [art] a bloody man.

9 ئەبیشەی کوڕی چەرویاش بە پاشای گوت: «بۆچی ئەم سەگە تۆپیوە نەفرەت لە پاشای گەورەم دەکات؟ لێمگەڕێ با بۆی بچم و سەری لێ بکەمەوە.»

Then said Abishai the son of Zeruiah to the king, Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? let me go over, I pray thee, and take off his head.

10 بەڵام پاشا گوتی: «ئەی کوڕانی چەرویا، چی لەنێوان من و ئێوە هەیە؟ لێیگەڕێن با نەفرەت بکات، ئەگەر یەزدان پێی فەرمووبێت نەفرەت لە داود بکە، کێ هەیە بتوانێت بڵێت:”بۆ ئەمە دەکەیت؟“»

And the king said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah? so let him curse, because the LORD hath said to him, Curse David. Who shall then say, Why hast thou done so?

11 ئینجا داود بە ئەبیشەی و بە هەموو کاربەدەستەکانی گوت: «ئەوەتا من کوڕەکەی خۆم، ئەوەی لە پشتی خۆمەوە هاتووە دەیەوێت بمکوژێت، چ جای بنیامینییەک! لێیگەڕێن با نەفرەت بکات، چونکە یەزدان پێی فەرمووە.

And David said to Abishai, and to all his servants, Behold, my son, who came forth from my bowels, seeketh my life: how much more now [may this] Benjaminite [do it]? let him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden him.

12 بەڵکو یەزدان بڕوانێتە زەلیلییەکەم و لە جیاتی ئەو نەفرەتەی ئەمڕۆ، بە چاکە پاداشتم بداتەوە.»

It may be that the LORD will look on my affliction, and that the LORD will requite me good for his cursing this day.

13 ئیتر داود و پیاوەکانی بە ڕێگادا دەڕۆیشتن و شیمعییش بە قەراغ چیاکەدا لە بەرامبەری دەڕۆیشت، بە ڕێگاوە نەفرەتی دەکرد و لە بەرامبەری بەردی تێدەگرت و خۆڵی بە بادا دەکرد.

And as David and his men went by the way, Shimei went along on the hill's side over against him, and cursed as he went, and threw stones at him, and cast dust.

14 پاشا و هەموو ئەو گەلەی لەگەڵی بوون گەیشتنە تەنکاوەکە، ماندوو بوون، لەوێ حەوانەوە.

And the king, and all the people that [were] with him, came weary, and refreshed themselves there.

15 هەر لەو کاتەدا، ئەبشالۆم و هەموو سوپای ئیسرائیل هاتنە ئۆرشەلیم و ئەحیتۆفەلیشیان لەگەڵ بوو.

And Absalom, and all the people the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.

16 ئینجا حوشەی ئەرکی هاوڕێی داود هاتە لای ئەبشالۆم، حوشەی بە ئەبشالۆمی گوت: «بژی پاشا، بژی پاشا!»

And it came to pass, when Hushai the Archite, David's friend, had come to Absalom, that Hushai said to Absalom, God save the king, God save the king.

17 ئەبشالۆمیش بە حوشەی گوت: «ئەمە خۆشەویستییەکەتە بۆ هاوڕێکەت؟ بۆچی لەگەڵ برادەرەکەت نەڕۆیشتیت؟»

And Absalom said to Hushai, [Is] this thy kindness to thy friend? why wentest thou not with thy friend?

18 حوشەیش بە ئەبشالۆمی گوت: «نەخێر، بەڵکو ئەوەی یەزدان و ئەم گەلە و هەموو پیاوانی ئیسرائیل هەڵیانبژاردووە، من لایەنگری ئەو دەبم و لەگەڵ ئەودا دەمێنمەوە.

And Hushai said to Absalom, Nay; but whom the LORD, and this people, and all the men of Israel choose, his will I be, and with him will I abide.

19 پاشان، من خزمەتی کێ دەکەم؟ ئایا لەبەردەم کوڕەکەی نییە؟ هەروەک چۆن لەبەردەم باوکت خزمەتم کرد، ئاواش لەبەردەم تۆدا خزمەت دەکەم.»

And again, whom should I serve? [should I] not [serve] in the presence of his son? as I have served in thy father's presence, so will I be in thy presence.

20 ئەبشالۆم بە ئەحیتۆفەلی گوت: «تەگبیر بکەن، چی بکەین؟»

Then said Absalom to Ahithophel, Give counsel among you what we shall do.

21 ئەحیتۆفەلیش بە ئەبشالۆمی گوت: «لەگەڵ کەنیزەکانی باوکت جووتبە، ئەوانەی بۆ پاراستنی کۆشکەکە بەجێی هێشتن. ئینجا هەموو ئیسرائیل دەیبیستێتەوە کە لەبەرچاوی باوکت کەوتوویت، بەو شێوەیە دەستی هەموو ئەوانە بەهێزتر دەبێت کە لەگەڵتدان.»

And Ahithophel said to Absalom, Go in to thy father's concubines, which he hath left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred by thy father: then shall the hands of all that [are] with thee be strong.

22 لە سەربان چادرێکیان بۆ ئەبشالۆم دامەزراند و لەبەرچاوی هەموو ئیسرائیل لەگەڵ کەنیزەکانی باوکی جووتبوو.

So they spread Absalom a tent upon the top of the house; and Absalom went in to his father's concubines in the sight of all Israel.

23 لەو سەردەمەدا ڕاوێژی ئەحیتۆفەل کە ڕاوێژی پێ دەکرا، وەک ئەوەی لە خوداوە بێت. هەموو ڕاوێژەکانی ئەحیتۆفەل ئاوا بوون بۆ داود و بۆ ئەبشالۆمیش.

And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counseled in those days, [was] as if a man had inquired at the oracle of God: so [was] all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.
