دووەم پوختەی مێژوو 11

1 کاتێک ڕەحەڤەعام گەیشتە ئۆرشەلیم، بنەماڵەی یەهودا و بنیامینی کۆکردەوە، سەد و هەشتا هەزار جەنگاوەری هەڵبژارد، هەتا لە دژی ئیسرائیل بجەنگن و پاشایەتییەکە بۆ ڕەحەڤەعام بگەڕێننەوە.

And when Rehoboam was come to Ierusalem, he gathered of the house of Iudah and Beniamin nine score thousande chosen men of warre to fight against Israel, and to bring the kingdome againe to Rehoboam.

2 بەڵام پەیامی یەزدان بۆ شەمەعیای پیاوی خودا هات:

But the worde of the Lord came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying,

3 «بە ڕەحەڤەعامی کوڕی سلێمان، پاشای یەهودا و بە هەموو نەوەی ئیسرائیل لە یەهودا و بنیامین بڵێ،

Speake vnto Rehoboam, the sonne of Salomon King of Iudah, and to all Israel that are in Iudah, and Beniamin, saying,

4 ”یەزدان ئەمە دەفەرموێت: مەچن و لە دژی براکانتان مەجەنگن. هەریەکە و بۆ ماڵەکەی خۆی بگەڕێتەوە، چونکە ئەمە لەلایەن منەوەیە.“» ئەوانیش گوێڕایەڵی فەرمایشتی یەزدان بوون و هێرشیان نەکردە سەر یارۆڤعام و کشانەوە.

Thus sayth the Lord, Ye shall not goe vp, nor fight against your brethren: returne euery man to his house: for this thing is done of me. They obeyed therfore the word of the Lord, and returned from going against Ieroboam.

5 ڕەحەڤەعام لە ئۆرشەلیم نیشتەجێ بوو و لە یەهودا چەند شارێکی قەڵابەندی بنیاد نایەوە،

And Rehoboam dwelt in Ierusalem, and buylt strong cities in Iudah.

6 وەک بێت‌لەحم، عێتام، تەقۆعە،

Hee buylt also Beth-lehem, and Etam, and Tekoa,

7 بێت‌چوور، سۆخۆ، عەدولام،

And Beth-zur, and Shoco, and Adullam,

8 گەت، مارێشا، زیف،

And Gath, and Maresha, and Ziph,

9 ئەدۆرەیم، لاخیش، عەزێقا،

And Adoraim, and Lachish, and Azekah,

10 چۆرعا، ئەیالۆن و حەبرۆن. ئەم شارە قەڵابەندانە لەناو خاکی یەهودا و بنیامین بوون.

And Zorah, and Aialon, and Hebron, which were in Iudah and Beniamin, strong cities.

11 جا قەڵاکانی بەهێز کرد و فەرماندەکان و ئەمبارەکانی خواردن و زەیت و شەرابی تێیاندا دانا.

And he repaired the strong holdes and put captaines in them, and store of vitaile, and oyle and wine.

12 لە هەموو شارێکیش قەڵغان و ڕمی دانا و زۆر بەهێزی کردن، یەهودا و بنیامینی لەژێر دەسەڵاتی خۆی هێشتەوە.

And in all cities he put shieldes and speares, and made them exceeding strong: so Iudah and Beniamin were his.

13 کاهین و لێڤییەکانیش لە هەموو سنوورەکانی خۆیانەوە لە سەرتاسەری ئیسرائیلدا هاتن و لایەنگری ئەمیان کرد.

And the Priests and the Leuites that were in all Israel, resorted vnto him out of all their coastes.

14 هەروەها لێڤییەکان لەوەڕگاکانیان و موڵکەکانیان بەجێهێشت و چوون بۆ یەهودا و بۆ ئۆرشەلیم، لەبەر ئەوەی یارۆڤعام و کوڕەکانی ڕەتیان کردنەوە کە کاهینیێتی بۆ یەزدان بکەن.

For the Leuites left their suburbes and their possession, and came to Iudah and to Ierusalem: for Ieroboam and his sonnes had cast them out from ministring in the Priestes office vnto the Lord.

15 جا یارۆڤعام بۆ خۆی چەند کاهینێکی دانا بۆ نزرگەکانی سەر بەرزاییەکان و بۆ ئەو بتانەی کە لە شێوەی تەگە و گوێرەکە دروستی کردن.

And he ordeyned him Priests for the hie places, and for the deuils and for the calues which he had made.

16 ئەوانەی لە هەموو هۆزەکانی ئیسرائیل کە بە هەموو دڵ ڕوویان لە یەزدانی پەروەردگاری ئیسرائیل دەکرد، دوای لێڤییەکان کەوتن و چوونە ئۆرشەلیم هەتا قوربانی بۆ یەزدانی پەروەردگاری باوباپیرانیان بکەن.

And after the Leuites there came to Ierusalem of all the tribes of Israel, such as set their heartes to seeke the Lord God of Israel, to offer vnto the Lord God of their fathers.

17 جا پاشایەتییەکەی یەهودایان بەهێز کرد و سێ ساڵ پاڵپشتی ڕەحەڤەعامی کوڕی سلێمانیان کرد، چونکە سێ ساڵ ڕێگای داود و سلێمانیان گرتەبەر.

So they strengthened the kingdome of Iudah, and made Rehoboam the sonne of Salomon mightie, three yeere long: for three yeere they walked in in the way of Dauid and Salomon.

18 ڕەحەڤەعام ماحەلەتی کچی یەریمۆتی کوڕی داودی هێنا، کە دایکی ئەبیهەیلی کچی ئەلیابی کوڕی یەسا بوو.

And Rehoboam tooke him Mahalath ye daughter of Ierimoth the sonne of Dauid to wife, and Abihail the daughter of Eliab the sonne of Ishai,

19 ماحەلەتیش ئەم کوڕانەی بۆ خستەوە: یەعوش، شەمەریاهو و زەهەم.

Which bare him sonnes Ieush, and Shemariah, and Zaham.

20 پاشان ڕەحەڤەعام مەعکای کچی ئەبشالۆمی هێنا، ئەویش ئەبیا و عەتەی و زیزا و شەلۆمیتی بۆ خستەوە.

And after her he tooke Maakah ye daughter of Absalom which bare him Abiiah, and Atthai, and Ziza, and Shelomith.

21 ڕەحەڤەعام مەعکای کچی ئەبشالۆمی لە هەموو ژن و کەنیزەکانی دیکەی خۆی زیاتر خۆشدەویست، چونکە هەژدە ژن و شەست کەنیزەی هەبوو، بیست و هەشت کوڕ و شەست کچیشی بوو.

And Rehoboam loued Maakah ye daughter of Absalom aboue all his wiues and his concubines: for he tooke eighteene wiues, and three score concubines, and begate eyght and twentie sonnes, and three score daughters.

22 ڕەحەڤەعام ئەبیای کوڕی کە لە مەعکای بوو، لەنێو براکانی کرد بە میر هەتا لە جێی خۆی بیکات بە پاشا.

And Rehoboam made Abiiah the sonne of Maakah the chiefe ruler among his brethren: for he thought to make him King.

23 جا ڕەحەڤەعام بە داناییەوە کوڕەکانی بەناو هەموو ناوچەکانی یەهودا و بنیامیندا لە هەموو شارە قەڵابەندەکان بڵاو کردەوە و خواردنی زۆری پێدان و ژنی زۆریشی بۆ هێنان.

And he taught him: and dispersed all his sonnes throughout all the countreis of Iudah and Beniamin vnto euery strong citie: and hee gaue them aboundance of vitaile, and desired many wiues.
