یەکەم پەترۆس 5
| وەک پیرێکی هاوڕێتان، داوا لەو پیرانە دەکەم کە لەنێوتاندان، شایەتی ئازارەکانی مەسیح و هاوبەشی ئەو شکۆیەی وا ڕادەگەیەنرێ: | 1 |
The elders that are among you I exhort, who am also an elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker of the glory which shall be revealed; feed the flock of God that is among you,
| ئەو مێگەلەی خودا بلەوەڕێنن کە لەنێوانتاندایە، وەک چاودێر خزمەتیان بکەن، نەک بە ناچاری، بەڵکو بە ویستەوە وەک چۆن خودا دەیەوێت، نەک بۆ دەستکەوتی شەرمەزاری، بەڵکو بە چالاکییەوە، | 2 |
taking the episcopal charge of it, not by constraint, but willingly; not for shameful lucre, but with a ready mind:
| خۆتان بەسەر ئەوانەدا مەسەپێنن کە دراونەتە دەستتان، بەڵکو ببنە نموونە بۆ مێگەل. | 3 |
nor as lording it over the people, but being examples to the flock.
| کاتێکیش سەرۆکی شوانان دەردەکەوێ، تاجی شکۆ وەردەگرن کە کاڵ نابێتەوە. | 4 |
And when the sovereign Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive an unfading crown of glory.
| ئەی لاوەکان، بە هەمان شێوە ملکەچی پیران بن، هەمووتان بەرامبەر بە یەکتر بێفیز بن، چونکە: [خودا بەرهەڵستی لووتبەرزەکان دەکات، بەڵام نیعمەت دەداتە بێفیزەکان.] | 5 |
Likewise ye younger, be subject to the elder; and all of you behaving with due submission one to another, be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, but sheweth favor to the humble.
| بۆیە لەژێر دەستی بەهێزی خودا بێفیز بن، تاکو لە کاتی خۆیدا بەرزتان بکاتەوە. | 6 |
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time;
| هەموو خەمێکتان بە خودا بسپێرن، چونکە ئەو بایەختان پێدەدات. | 7 |
casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.
| چاوکراوە بن و ئێشک بگرن، شەیتانی دوژمنتان وەک شێرێکی بە نەڕەنەڕ دەسووڕێتەوە، بەدوای یەکێکدا دەگەڕێ بۆ ئەوەی بیخوات. | 8 |
Be sober, be vigilant; for your adversary the devil, like a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
| بەربەرەکانێی بکەن، لە باوەڕەکە بچەسپێن، بزانن خوشک و براکانیشتان لە جیهاندا هەمان ئازار دەچێژن. | 9 |
whom resist, stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are endured by your brethren in the world.
| خودای هەموو نیعمەتێک، ئەوەی بە یەکبوون لەگەڵ عیسای مەسیحدا بانگی کردوون بۆ شکۆیە هەتاهەتاییەکەی، کە تۆزێک ئازارتان چێژت، خۆی ڕاستە ڕێتان دەکات و واتان لێ دەکات کە بەهێز و چەسپاو و دەمەزراو بن. (aiōnios g166) | 10 |
But may the God of all grace, who hath called us to his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after ye have suffered a little while, make you perfect, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. (aiōnios g166)

To Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
| بەهۆی سیلا، کە بە برای دڵسۆزی دەزانم، بە کورتی بۆم نووسین، هانتان دەدەم و شایەتی دەدەم، ئەمە نیعمەتە ڕاستەقینەکەی خودایە. تێیدا بچەسپێن. | 12 |
Thus I have written briefly by Silvanus, a faithful brother to you (as I judge) exhorting and testifying, that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand.
| ئەوەی لە بابل وەک ئێوە هەڵبژێردراوە، سڵاوتان لێدەکات، هەروەها مەرقۆسی ڕۆڵەم. | 13 |
The church in Babylon, chosen together with you saluteth you, and so doth Marcus my son.
| بە ماچی خۆشەویستی سڵاو لە یەکتری بکەن. ئاشتی بۆ هەمووتان بێت کە لەگەڵ مەسیح یەکن. | 14 |
Salute one another with a kiss of charity. Peace be with you all who are in Christ Jesus. Amen.
