یەکەم کۆرنسۆس 2

1 ئەی خوشک و برایان، منیش کاتێک هاتمە لاتان، بە قسەی گەورە یان دانایی نەهاتم شایەتی خودا ڕابگەیەنم،

AND I, when I came to you, brethren, came not with superior excellence of discourse or wisdom, preaching unto you the gospel of God.

2 چونکە بڕیارم دا لەنێوتاندا هەموو شتێک لەبیر بکەم، بێجگە لە عیسای مەسیح، ئەویش بە لە خاچ دراوی.

For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ and him crucified.

3 منیش بە لاوازی و ترس و لەرزێکی زۆرەوە لەلاتان بووم.

And in weakness, and in fear, and in much timidity, was I among you.

4 کاتێک مزگێنی و وتارم پێدەدان، قسەی داناییانە و قایلکەرم بەکارنەدەهێنا، بەڵکو پشتم بە بەڵگەی هێزی ڕۆحی پیرۆز دەبەست،

And my conversation and my preaching was not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but with demonstration of the Spirit, and of power:

5 تاکو باوەڕتان بە دانایی مرۆڤ نەبێت، بەڵکو باوەڕتان بە هێزی خودا هەبێت.

that your faith might not stand on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.

6 ئێمە لەنێو پێگەیشتوواندا بە دانایی دەدوێین، داناییەک کە نە لەم دنیایەوەیە و نە لە دەسەڵاتدارانی ئەم دنیایە، کە لەناودەچن. (aiōn g165)

But we speak wisdom among the perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, who are destroying themselves: (aiōn g165)

7 بەڵکو باسی دانایی خودا دەکەین کە نهێنییە، شاراوە بوو، ئەوەی خودا لە ئەزەلەوە بۆ شکۆی ئێمەی داناوە. (aiōn g165)

but we speak the wisdom of God, which had been hid in mystery, which God predestined before the worlds were, for our glory: (aiōn g165)

8 هیچ کام لە دەسەڵاتدارانی ئەم دنیایە تێنەگەیشتن، چونکە ئەگەر تێبگەیشتنایە، مەسیحی خاوەن شکۆیان لە خاچ نەدەدا. (aiōn g165)

which none of the rulers of this world have known: for if they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)

9 بەڵکو وەک نووسراوە: [ئەوەی هیچ چاوێک نەیبینیوە، هیچ گوێیەک نەیبیستووە و بە بیری هیچ مرۆڤێکدا نەهاتووە، ئەوەی خودا ئامادەی کردووە بۆ ئەوانەی خۆشیان دەوێت.]

But, as it is written, “The things which eye hath not seen, and ear hath not heard, and that have not entered into the heart of man, these hath God prepared for those who love him.”

10 بەڵام خودا بەهۆی ڕۆحی خۆی بۆی ئاشکرا کردین. ڕۆحی پیرۆز لە هەموو شتێک دەکۆڵێتەوە، تەنانەت لە قووڵایی ناخی خوداش دەکۆڵێتەوە.

But to us hath God revealed them by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth out all things, even the depths of God.

11 چ مرۆڤێک دەزانێت مرۆڤ چی تێدایە، جگە لە ڕۆحی مرۆڤ کە لەناویدایە؟ بەم شێوەیە کەس نازانێت خودا چی تێدایە ڕۆحی خودا نەبێت.

For who among men knoweth the things of man, save the spirit of man which is in him? so also the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

12 ئێمەش ڕۆحی جیهانمان وەرنەگرتووە، بەڵکو ئەو ڕۆحەی لە خوداوەیە، تاکو لەو شتانە تێبگەین کە خودا بەخۆڕایی پێی بەخشیوین.

Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is from God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

13 ئەوەی باسی دەکەین لە دانایی مرۆڤەوە نەهاتووە، بەڵکو لە فێرکردنی ڕۆحەوە هاتووە، بەم شێوەیە فێرکردنی ڕۆحی بۆ کەسانی ڕۆحانی لێکدەدرێتەوە.

Which things also we speak, not in discourses framed by human wisdom, but taught by the Spirit of God; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

14 بەڵام کەسی سروشتی ئەوەی هی ڕۆحی خودایە وەریناگرێت، چونکە لەلای ئەو گێلایەتییە و نایانزانێت، چونکە بە ڕۆح جیا دەکرێنەوە.

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are folly to him: and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

15 کەسی ڕۆحانی هەموو شتێک هەڵدەسەنگێنێت، کەچی کەس ناتوانێت ئەو هەڵبسەنگێنێت.

But the spiritual man discerneth indeed all things, though himself is discernible by no man.

16 [کێ بیری یەزدانی زانی، کێ فێری دەکات؟] بەڵام ئێمە بیری مەسیحمان هەیە.

For who hath known the mind of the Lord? who will instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
