Tite 2
1 Kono iwe, wambe chi swanela itaelo ye tumelo.
Bvt speake thou the thinges which become wholesome doctrine,
2 Vakwame va kulwana va swanela kuli kwata, ni ku kutekeha, vena i nkutwisiso, vena tumelo izuweka, mwi lato, ni mukukola inkulo.
That the elder men be watchful, graue, teperate, sounde in the faith, in loue, and in patience:
3 Vanakazi vakulite navo lukera kuli likwata, isinyi kusooha. Sanzi valihi ahulu kukunwya i waine ingi. Vaswanera kuruta zintu zishiyeme.
The elder women likewise, that they be in such behauiour as becommeth holinesse, not false accusers, not subiect to much wine, but teachers of honest things,
4 kuchitira kuti vawole kuruta vaana kazana muvaswanela kusakira vakwame vavo ni vaana vavo.
That they may instruct the yong women to be sober minded, that they loue their husbands, that they loue their children,
5 Vaswanela kuva ruta inkutwisiso, kujolola, kwiziva kuvavalela mazuvo, nikuti valivike kunsi lya vakwame vavo, vaswanela kutenda izo zintu kuchitira kuti linwi lye Ireza sanzi li nyanswa.
That they be temperate, chaste, keeping at home, good and subiect vnto their husbands, that the word of God be not euill spoken of.
6 Mwinzila iswana, susuweze valomwana kuti va talife.
Exhort yong men likewise, that they bee sober minded.
7 Mwinzila zonse mulivonise kuva vo mutala wa misevesi milotu. Mi horuta, vonise vuntu ni ku kutekeha.
In all things shewe thy selfe an ensample of good woorkes with vncorrupt doctrine, with grauitie, integritie,
8 Wambe linwi li jolola mi lisanyazahali, kucitira kuti valwisanisa vaswave, kakuti kakwinazintu zivi ziva wola kuwamba kahetu.
And with the wholesome woorde, which can not be condemned, that hee which withstandeth, may be ashamed, hauing nothing concerning you to speake euill of.
9 Vahikana vakuteka va simwine vavo muzintu zonse. Vaswanela kuva sangisa isinyi kukanana navo.
Let seruants be subiect to their masters, and please them in al things, not answering again,
10 Sanzi vevi, kono va swanela ku tondeza intumelo indotu. Kuchitirira kuti mwinzila zonse vakutekise ituto lye Reza muhazi wetu.
Neither pickers, but that they shew al good faithfulnesse, that they may adorne the doctrine of God our Sauiour in all things.
11 Mi chisemo che Reza chiva voneki kuvantu vonse.
For that grace of God, that bringeth saluation vnto all men, hath appeared,
12 Chituruta kukana vuvi vonse ni mihaliro ya minyaka ya hansi. Ituruta kuhala cha kuzuwisisa, chaku shiyama, ni cha kulikanyisa ireza mwe zinu inako. (aiōn g165)
And teacheth vs that we should denie vngodlinesse and worldly lusts, and that we should liue soberly and righteously, and godly in this present world, (aiōn g165)
13 Heti tu lolete kuvusu kuti to tambule insepo i fuyaulitwe, kuvoneka kwe kanya ye Ireza wetu mukando ni Jesu Kreste muhazi.
Looking for that blessed hope, and appearing of that glorie of that mightie God, and of our Sauiour Iesus Christ,
14 Jesu iye mwine avali tambiki kwetu kuchitira kuti atuliulule ku vuvi bwetu ni kutu tenda va jolola, kwali mwine, vantu vavu tokwa vena inyotwa yaku chita mitendo milotu.
Who gaue him selfe for vs, that hee might redeeme vs from all iniquitie, and purge vs to bee a peculiar people vnto himselfe, zealous of good woorkes.
15 Wambe mi ususuweze izo zintu. Sikulule cha ziho sonse. Zanzi kuvi ni muntu yoku nyansiliza.
These things speake, and exhort, and conuince with all authoritie. See that no man despise thee.
