1 Kuzwaho, mizwale bangu banisaka, kusanga kwangu nimushukwe, cheinzila muzimane chenguzu Nisimwine, balikani banisuni.
Stand fast then, brothers, dearly loved and longed for, my joy and my crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved!
2 Nikumbila Evodia, ni kumbila. Sintike, kuti babe ninkulo imwina kwa simwine.
Euodia I entreat, and I entreat Syntyche, to be of the same mind of the Lord;
3 Chabusakusima, nikulaela nawe bulyo, mulikanangu ininyadiswa naye: utuse aba banakazi. Mukuti babanyandi name mukuhasanya evangeli hamwina ni Klementi ni bungi bwabalikani banibali kusebeza nabo, basimazina ena Mumbuka ya Buhalo.
yes, and I beg you also, my true yokefellow, to help them; for these women shared my toil in the furtherance of the gospel, together with Clement, and the rest of my fellow workers whose names are in the book of life.
4 Tabele Ireeza inako yonse. Hape muniti, nisangalale.
Rejoice in the Lord alway, and again will I say, rejoice!
5 Musiye chishemo chenu chizibwe kubantu. Simwine chiwina hafwihi.
Let your reasonableness be recognized by every one. The Lord is near you.
Do not worry about anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
7 Imi ikozo ye Ireeza, Ihitiliza kuzuwisisa konse, kaibabalele inkulo yako ni muhupulo wako mwizina la Jesu Keresite.
and the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will stand guard over your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
8 Chakumaninikiza, bakwangu, zintu zonse zisimite, zintu zonse zitompeha, chakumanikiza chintu chonse chikutekeha, chakumaniniza chitu chonse chiwolekete, chakumaniniza chitu chonse chijolola, chakumaniniza chintu chonse chisunwa, chakumaniniza mulaezo uzuweka, haiba kwina chintu chishiyeme kakumaniniza, haiba kwina chimwi chiswanela kutembwa, uhupule chezi zintu.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if virtue is anything, if honor is anything, be always thinking about these.
9 Zintu zobalituti, ni zobaamuheli, ni kuzuwa, ni kubona kwangu, utende izi zintu. Imi Ireeza wekozo kabe nawe.
Put in practise also what you have learned and received and heard and seen in me; and the God of peace shall be with you.
10 Nina mwi nyakalalo Inkando kwa Simwine, kakuli hanu kumamaninizo chimwapangasicha Impilaelo yenu kwangu. Initi luli mubena Impilaelo kwangu kutazi, kono kana mubena Inako yakunitusa.
Moreover, I greatly rejoiced in the Lord that now once more your care for me blossomed afresh; though indeed you did take thought in this matter, but you lacked the opportunity of expression.
11 Kahena chintu chitokwahala kwangu kumiwambila ezi nintu. Kakuli mukuti nibalituti kulitumelela chinina zintu zamukwa uhi no uhi unina kuuli. nizi inako yakutokwa chintu.
Not that I speak as if I were in want, for at least have learned how to be content, whatever happens.
12 Mihape nizi inako yakuba nizitu zingi. Munzila Ihi ne Ihi nimu zintu zonse nibalituti Inkunutu mukuliwa hahulu ni mukufwilwa Inzala, mwinako yakuba ni zingi ni munako yakutokwa zingi.
I know how to live humbly, and I also know how to bear prosperity. In every place and under all circumstances I have been initiated into the secret of fulness and of hunger, of prosperity and of want.
13 Ni wola kutenda zintu zingi zingi chenzila yakwe yoniha Inguzu.
I am strong for everything in Him who gives me strength.
14 Hape linu, ubapangi nenza kuba name kumapalelwi angu.
Notwithstanding, you have acted nobly in making yourselves comrades in my trouble.
15 Imi mwizi, inwe mubafilipi, kuti kumatangilo a evangeli, inako inisiya Masodenia, kakwina nkeleke ibali kunitusa mundaba yakuha ni kuamuhela kunde yako wewena.
And you very well know, Philippians, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I had left Macedonia, no church but yourselves had fellowship with me in the matter of giving and receiving.
16 Nanga hanibena mwa Batesalonika, mubatumini ituso yazinitokwa zonse kuhitilila kamwina.
For even while I was still in Thessalonica, you sent once and again for my needs.
17 Kahena kuti ni tokwa impo. Chamukwa winabulyo, nisaka chichelatu cheti chiekeze kuchimuswanela kuwana.
It is not your gifts I am eager for, but I am eager for the abundant profit that accrues to your divine account.
18 Ni batambuli zintu zonse, minina zingi. Nibahewa zintu zonse. Ni bamuheli kuzwilila kwa Epafrodite zintu zizwakwenu. Impalisa ya aloma ina munko mulotu, chitabelo chiamuhelwe ni kutabisa Ireeza.
But I give you a receipt in full for all things abound. I am amply supplied with what you sent by Epaphroditus - an odor of sweet fragrance, a sacrifice acceptable, well pleasing to God.
19 Imi Ireeza wangu kezuzize zonse zotokwa kakuya kabufumu bwakwe nikanya ya Jesu Keresite hanukwe.
All your own needs my God will fully supply, according to his riches in glory, in Christ Jesus.
20 Kwe Ireeza ni Ishetu ni kanya yakuya kwile. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Now unto our God and Father be the glory, forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
21 Mulumelise boonse kwa Jesu Keresite. Bakwetu baninanabo bamilumelisa.
Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me salute you.
22 Balumeli bonse kunu bamilumeli, sihulu benzubo ya Sesare.
All the saints salute you, and especially the slaves of the Emperor’s household.
23 Chishemo cha Simwine Jesu Keresite chibe niluhuho lwenu.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirits.
