Mateu 19
1 Linu chikwa sika inako Jesu ha mana awo mazwi, ni cha zwa mwa Galilea, linu choya ku museto wa Judea uvena mwi shila lya lwizi lwa Jorodani.
And it came to passe when Iesus had fynisshed those sayinges he gat him from Galile and came into the coostes of Iewry beyonde Iordan
2 Ikunga lya batu bangi niba mwichilile, linu chaka va hozeza kwateni.
and moche people folowed him and he healed them theare.
3 Mafalisi ni chibeza kwali, kwiza kumulika, “kana ku woleka kuti mukwame akauhane ni mwihyabwe kabu kavo bonse?”
Then came vnto him the pharises temtinge him and sayinge to him: Ys it lawfull for a man to put awaye his wyfe for all maner of causes?
4 Jesu nabe tava kuti, “kana mubavali iye mwine yaba vapangi kuzwa ku matangilo aba vapangi mukwame ni mwakazi?
He answered and sayd vnto them: Have ye not redde how that he which made man at the beginninge made them man and woman
5 Mukuti iye yaba vapangi avati kuti, 'chebaka mukwame mwa siye chivaka chibesi ni ba nyina aka kopane ni mwihyavwe?'
and sayde: for this thinge shall a ma leve father and mother and cleve vnto his wyfe and they twayne shalbe one flesshe.
6 Linu boveree muvabe muntu umwina mwi nyama. Linu chava kopanyi Ireeza hamwina, kanji nikuvi niyete nachi kauhanye.”
Wherfore now are they not twayne but one flesshe. Let not man therfore put a sunder that which God hath cuppled to gedder.
7 Chiva wamba kwali, “chizi Mushe hava tulayi kuti uswanela ku hewa iñolo lye kauhano niku muhindika?”
The sayde they to him: why did Moses comaunde to geve a testimoniall of divorsemet and to put hyr awaye?
8 Nicha betava kuti, “bakenyi chaku kukutuhala kwe kulo zenu Mushe aba mizuminini ku kawuhana ni bamwi hyenwanwe kono kuzwa kumatangilo keena ivali nji zila iyo.
He sayde vnto them: Moses because of the hardnes of youre hertes suffred you to put awaye youre wyfes: But from ye beginnynge it was not so.
9 Ikumbya nimi wambila buniti, yense yo kana mwihyavwe isi ka mulandu wabu sangu, nikusesa wungi mwakazi upanga bushahi. Hape mukwame yosensa mwanakazi yava kanwa upanga bushahi.”
I saye therfore vnto you whosoever putteth awaye his wyfe (except it be for fornicacion) and maryeth another breaketh wedlocke. And whosoever maryeth her which is divorsed doeth commyt advoutry.
10 Balutwana chiva ti kwa Jesu, “Haiva mukwi kalille mona bulyo bulotu bakwame ni banakazi kanji basesi ni kuseswa.”
Then sayde his disciples to him: yf the mater be so betwene man and wyfe then is it not good to mary.
11 Jesu nicha wamba kuvali nati, kahena muntu yese yo wola kuzumina zinu zikwetwe kurutwa, kono haisi avo va zumina kutambula icho.
He sayde vnto them: all me can not awaye with that sayinge save they to whom it is geve.
12 Kakuti kwina ba shalondo bava zalwa bovulyo kuzwa mu mavumu ava nyinavo. Imi vamwi ba shalondo bava pangwa ni vantu vamwi. Imi vamwi chevaka lyamusevezi wa muvuso we wulu. Iye yoo wola kutambula ituto atambule”
Ther are chaste which were so borne out of their mothers belly. And ther are chaste which be made of men. And ther be chaste which have made them selves chaste for the kyngdome of heves sake. He that can take it let him take it.
13 Linu vahwile zana nichi va letwa kwali ili kuti avike mayaza akwe hewulu lyavo niku valapelela. Kono balutwana vakwe nichi babakalimela.
Then were brought to him yonge chyldre that he shuld put his hondes on them and praye And the disciples rebuked them.
14 Kono Jesu nati kuti, “kanji muva kanisa kwiza kwangu, kakuti muuso we wulu wa vantu va swana navo.”
But Iesus sayde: suffre the chyldren and forbid them not to come to me: for of suche is the kyngdome of heven.
15 Kuzwaho ni chava vika maza, ni chazwa havali.
And when he had put his hondes on them he departed thence.
16 Mubone, mukwame wumwi cheza kwa Jesu ni chata kuti, “Muruti, chizi chilotu chini lukela ku tenda ili kuti niwane buhalo busamani?” (aiōnios g166)
And beholde one came and sayde vnto him: good master what good thinge shall I do that I maye have eternall lyfe? (aiōnios g166)
17 Jesu chata kwali, “chizi hotenda kuti uni buza zintu zilukite? Yeke muntu njolukite, kono haiva usaka kwinjila mukati ka vuhalo, zwile habusu kubika itayelo.”
He sayde vnto him: why callest thou me good? there is none good but one and that is God. But yf thou wylt entre in to lyfe kepe the commaundementes.
18 Mukwame chamu vuza ni chati, “Njezihi itaelo?” Jesu ni chati, “Kanji wi hayii, kanji uvukii, kanji wivii, kanji upaki indaba za mapa,
The other sayde to him Which? And Iesus sayde: breake no wedloke kill not steale not: beare not falce witnes:
19 uhe ikute venso niva nyoko, usake yo vambene naye sina moli molisakila.”
honoure father and mother: and love thyne neighbour as thy sylfe.
20 Mutangana nata kwali, “Zose izo zintu niba zikuteki. Hape muni sakezi?”
And the younge man sayde vnto him: I have observed all these thingis from my youth what lacke I yet?
21 Jesu ni chati, “haiva usaka kuva yo maninize, yende, kauze zose zo kwete, uka zihe ba sukulukite, mi iwe move ni chifumu kwi wulu, kuzwaho zoni chilile,”
And Iesus sayde vnto him yf thou wylt be perfecte goo and sell that thou hast and geve it to the povre and thou shalt have treasure in heven and come and folowe me.
22 Mutngana chinga zuwa bulyo kwa Jesu, nayenda na swavite ahulu, kakuti abali nji zumwi ba vena mazimo achifumu.
When ye younge ma hearde yt sayinge he wet awaye mourninge. For he had greate possessions.
23 Jesu ni chata kuva Lutwana vakwe, “ikumbya nimi wambila, ku kukutu ahulu ku muntu yo fumite kwi njila mu mubuso we wulu.
Then Iesus sayde vnto his disciples: Verely I saye vnto you: yt is harde for a ryche ma to enter into ye kyngdome of heaven.
24 Hape nimi wambila bu sakusima kuti, kuhuva Inkamele kwi njila che linso lye naliti kuhita mufumi kuti enjile mu mubuso we Ireeza.”
And moreover I saye vnto you: it is easier for a camell to go through the eye of a nedle then for a ryche man to enter into the kyngdome of God.
25 Linu valutwana ha zuwa bulyo, Linu chiva makala tota hava zuwa bulyo niku ta kuti, “Nji vani bente niva hazwe?”
When his disciples hearde that they were excedingly amased sayinge: who then can be saved?
26 Jesu nicha ba lola niku ta kuti, “ku vantu kazi woleki, kwe Reeza zintu zonse ziwoleka.”
Iesus behelde the and sayde vnto them: with men this is vnpossible but with God all thinges are possible.
27 Linu Pitorosi niche tava nati, “mubone, tuva siyi zintu zose nitwa kwichilila. Linu kuzwaho mutu wane chituzi?”
Then answered Peter and sayde to him: Beholde we have forsaken all and folowed the what shall we have?
28 Jesu nawamba ku vali nati, “Ikumbya nimi wambila, inwe muva chilili ime, muku zalwa chiha mwana mutu chake kala ha chihuna che kanya yakwe, nanwe bulyo mumu kekale hazi huna zina ikumi nizo vele, mukava vaatuli baka atula mishovo ina ikumi ni yovere ba mushobo wama Isilaele.
Iesus sayde vnto them: verely I saye to you: when the sonne of man shall syt in ye seate of his maieste ye which folowe me in ye seconde generacion shall syt also vpon. xii. seates and iudge ye. xii. tribes of Israel.
29 Wumwi ni wumwi yava siyi mazuvo, mizwale, bachizye, vesi, banyina, bana vakwe, mane ni mawa ke vaka lyangu, ka tambule zilukela kuva mwanda wi zwile niku wola buhalo busa mani. (aiōnios g166)
And whosoever forsaketh housses or brethren or systers other father or mother or wyfe or chyldren or landes for my names sake ye same shall receave an hundred folde and shall inheret everlastynge lyfe. (aiōnios g166)
30 Kono bangi bena kumatangilo muvave kuma maninizo, hape bangi vena kuma maninizo muvave ku matangilo.
Many that are fyrste shalbe laste and the laste shalbe fyrste.
