1 Imi hape, kusebezisana hamwina, tumikumbila kusatambula ikanya ye Ireeza isena musebezi. sina aba wambi, Munako iswanela, Nibatekikwako.
As fellow-workers, then, with him, we also exhort you that ye receive not the grace of God in vain;
2 Imi mwizuba lye mpuluso ni bakutusi. “lole hanu chinako iswanela.” Lole hanu izuba lyempuluso.
(for he saith: “In an accepted time I heard thee, and in the day of salvation I helped thee;” Behold, now is the accepted time, behold, now is the day of salvation; )
3 kanzitubiki zisitataliso habusu bwazumwi mukuti kazilete musebezi we Ireeza kushinyeha.
giving no occasion for stumbling in anything, that the ministry may not be blamed;
4 Mukuti, tuli kolwisisa tubonse cha misebezi yetu. Mukuti tubahika be Ireeza.
but as God's ministers recommending ourselves in all things, in much endurance, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
5 Tubahikana bakwe mukutundamena, mukuzwafiswa, mumanyando, mukudamwa, mukusuminwa, mukulwiswa, mumasukuluka, mukulala chilabila,
in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;
6 munzala, mukujolola, munzibo, munkulo-nde, mukushiyama, muchisemo, muluhuho lujolola, nimwilato lishiyeme.
in pureness, in knowledge, in long-suffering, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in love unfeigned,
7 Tubahikana bakwe ni mwinzwi lyeniti, nimuziho ze Ireeza. imi twina insilelezo inakwiyanza lijolola linakubulyo niku lyachimonso.
in the word of truth, in the power of God, by the weapons of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
8 Tusebeza mwikute, ni mukusakutekeha, ni mukuwambwa bubi, ni mukububekwa. Tunyanswa mukuti tuwamba mapa imi nituwamba ze niti.
through honor and dishonor, through evil report and good report; as deceivers, and true;
9 Tusebeza sina katwizibitwe imi kanti twizibenkene. tusebeza sina bayakukufwa, mi mulole tusihala, Tusebeza sina bahindikitwe munkezozetu kono katunyansilizwe mukufwa. tusebeza sina basukulukite kanti inakoyonse tusangite.
as unknown, and well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;
10 Tusebeza sina bashebete, kono kanti tubika bangi kuba bafumite. Tusebeza ni tusawani chimwi kanti katuwane, zintuzonse.
as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and possessing all things.
11 Kanti, tuwamba kwenu zonse chabuniti. Makorinte, imi nkulo zetu ziyaluki.
Our mouth is open to you, O Corinthians, our heart is enlarged.
12 Inkulo zenu kazisinene chetu, kono zisinene cha maikuto enu.
Ye have not a narrow place in my heart, but ye have a narrow place for me in yours.
13 Hanu, mushelene ni wamba sina yowamba kumuhwile mwiyalule ahulu inkulo zenu.
So then in return, I speak to you as children, let your hearts be enlarged.
14 Kanji, musuminwa hamwina nibasa zumini. Linu chinzi balukite abakopana niba tenda zive? Imi kanti chizwale nzii china mwiseli ne fifi? Kuzuminzana kwinabule kwena Jesu ni batenda zibe?
Be not strangely yoked with unbelievers; for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? Or what communion hath light with darkness?
15 Kapa chinzi chali kauhanyeza mulumeli niyotenda zive?
And what concord hath Christ with Beliar? Or what part hath a believer with an unbeliever?
16 Imi intumelelano nzi, ina mukati ke tempele ye Ireeza ni ziswaniso? Sina hatuli twi tempele ihala ye Ireeza, sine Ireeza habawambi: “Kanizake mukatikabo imi niyende mukati kabo. Munibe Ireeze wabo, imi mubabe bantu bangu.”
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God said: “I will dwell among them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.”
17 Lyahanu, “Muzwe mukati kabo imi mulikauhanye,” mwatela Ireeza. Kanzi muwondi zintu zisa jolwele, imi muni mitambule.
“Wherefore come out from the midst of them, and be separated, saith the Lord, and touch not anything unclean;” “and I will receive you,
18 Munibe Ishenu inwe mubebana bangu, imi kamube banabangu baba swisu niba kazana, “Kuwamba Ireeza wina kwilu.
and will be to you a father, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”
