Ruth 4

Then Boaz went up to the gate, and sat down there: and behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz spoke came by; to whom he said, Ho, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and sat down.
2 Na Boaz el eis singoul sin mwet kol in siti sac ac fahk elos in wi pac muta insac. Ke elos pituki,
And he took ten men of the elders of the city, and said, Sit ye down here. And they sat down.
3 el fahk nu sin sou se lal ah, “Inge ke Naomi el foloko liki acn Moab uh, el ke kitala ipin acn se lal Elimelech, sou se lasr ah,
And he said to the kinsman, Naomi, that has come again out of the country of Moab, selleth a parcel of land, which [was] our brother Elimelech's:
4 ac nga mu sahp kom ac enenu in etu. Inge, kom fin lungse, kom enenu in molela ye mutun mwet ma muta inge. A kom fin tia lungse, kom akkalemye, mweyen ma lom pa suwohs in molela uh oasr se meet likiyu.” Na mwet sac fahk ouinge, “Nga ac molela.”
And I thought to advertise thee, saying, Buy [it] before the inhabitants, and before the elders of my people. If thou wilt redeem [it], redeem [it]: but if thou wilt not redeem [it], [then] tell me, that I may know: for [there is] none to redeem [it] besides thee; and I [am] after thee. And he said, I will redeem [it].
5 Na Boaz el mu, “Wona, kom fin ac moli acn sac kom ac enenu in molella pac Ruth, mutan Moab sac, ipin acn sac in mau oanna sin sou lun mwet se ma misa ah.”
Then said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the hand of Naomi, thou must buy [it] also of Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance.
6 Na mwet sac fahk, “Fin ouingan, nga ac tari kitala suwohs se luk in molela acn sacn, mweyen kalmac uh pa tulik nutik sifacna uh ac tia ku in usrui acn sacn. Molela kom. Tari nga ac tila eis.”
And the kinsman said, I cannot redeem [it] for myself, lest I mar my own inheritance: redeem thou my right to thyself; for I cannot redeem [it].
7 Ouinge ma orek in pacl sac ah, in orala ayaol ke acn ku in molela sie ipin acn, mwet se ma ac kitala acn uh enenu in sarukla fahluk lal uh ac sang nu sin mwet se ma ac molela acn sac uh. Ouiya se inge fin orekla, na mwet Israel uh ac etu lah oasr ma orekla ke ipin acn sacn.
Now this [was the manner] in former time in Israel concerning redeeming and concerning changing, for confirming all things; a man plucked off his shoe, and gave [it] to his neighbor: and this [was] a testimony in Israel.
8 Ouinge ke mwet sac fahk nu sel Boaz, “Molela kom,” el sarukla fahluk lal ah, ac sang nu sel Boaz.
Therefore the kinsman said to Boaz, Buy [it] for thyself. So he drew off his shoe.
9 Na Boaz el fahk nu sin mwet kol inge ac mwet sayalos su wi muta in acn sac, “Kowos nukewa mwet loh kac misenge lah nga molela nu sel Naomi ma nukewa lal Elimelech, ac wen luo natul, Chilion ac Mahlon.
And Boaz said to the elders, and [to] all the people, Ye [are] witnesses this day, that I have bought all that [was] Elimelech's, and all that [was] Chilion's and Mahlon's, of the hand of Naomi.
10 Sayen ma inge, Ruth, mutan Moab se kial Mahlon ah, ac tufah mutan kiuk. Ma se inge ac fah oru tuh acn lun mwet se ma misa in oanna in sou lal uh in nien muta lalos uh. Kowos mwet loh nu ke ma inge misenge.”
Moreover, Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of Mahlon, have I purchased to be my wife, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance, that the name of the dead be not cut off from among his brethren, and from the gate of his place: ye [are] witnesses this day.
11 Na mwet kol ac mwet saya ma wi muta insac ah fahk, “Aok, kut mwet loh kac. Lela LEUM GOD Elan oru tuh mutan se kiom ingan in oana Rachel ac Leah, su oswela tulik pukanten natul Jacob. Finsrak kom in ku in kasrup in sruf Ephrath ac pwengpeng in acn Bethlehem.
And all the people that [were] in the gate, and the elders said, [We are] witnesses. The LORD make the woman that hath come into thy house like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Beth-lehem:
12 Lela tulik nutum ma LEUM GOD El ac sot nu sum sin mutan fusr se kiom ingan in oru tuh sou lom an in oana sou lal Perez, wen natul Judah ac Tamar.”
And let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom Tamar bore to Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young woman.
13 Ouinge Boaz el usal Ruth som nu lohm sel tuh elan mutan kial. LEUM GOD El akinsewowoyal, ac el pitutuyak ac oswela tulik mukul se.
So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in to her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bore a son.
14 Na mutan in acn sac fahk nu sel Naomi, “Kaksakin LEUM GOD! El asot nu sum sie wen misenge in karingin kom. Lela tuh tulik sacn in pwengpeng fin Israel!
And the women said to Naomi, Blessed [be] the LORD, who hath not left thee this day without a kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel.
15 Acn talupom el lungse kom, ac oru ma wowo pus nu sum yohk liki ma wen itkosr ku in oru. Ac inge el asot nu sum sie wen, su ac fah asot moul sasu nu sum ac akwoye moul lom ke pacl kom ac matuoh.”
And he shall be to thee a restorer of [thy] life, and a nourisher of thy old age: for thy daughter-in-law, who loveth thee, who is better to thee than seven sons, hath borne him.
16 Naomi el srukak tulik sac, sruokilya nu iniwal, ac karinganulang.
And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became its nurse.

And the women, her neighbors, gave it a name, saying, There is a son born to Naomi; and they called his name Obed: he [is] the father of Jesse, the father of David.

Now these [are] the generations of Pharez: Pharez begat Hezron,
19 Hezron papa tumal Ram, Ram papa tumal Amminadab,
And Hezron begat Ram, and Ram begat Amminadab,
20 Amminadab papa tumal Nahshon, Nahshon papa tumal Salmon,
And Amminadab begat Nahshon, and Nahshon begat Salmon,
21 Salmon papa tumal Boaz, Boaz papa tumal Obed,
And Salmon begat Boaz, and Boaz begat Obed,
22 Obed papa tumal Jesse, ac Jesse papa tumal David.
And Obed begat Jesse, and Jesse begat David.
