< Fwackyuk 9 >
(Abyssos )
The fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star from the sky which had fallen to the earth. The key to the pit of the abyss was given to him. (Abyssos )
2 Ac itu sac ikasla mutun luf sac, na kulasr fosryak oana kulasr ke sie funyu na lulap; ac kalmen faht ac yen engyeng uh lohsrla ke kulasr ma tuku liki luf sac. (Abyssos )
He opened the shaft of the bottomless pit, and smoke went up out of the shaft, like the smoke from a great furnace. The sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke from the pit. (Abyssos )
3 Ac locust uh tuku nu faclu liki kulasr inge, ac itukyang nu selos ku oana ku lun scorpion.
Then out of the smoke came forth locusts on the earth, and power was given to them, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 Fwackyang nu selos elos in tia kunausla mah, ku sak, ku kutena ma folfol finsroa; a mwet na su wangin mwe akul ke sil lun God fin motonsrolos pa elos ku in kunausla.
They were told that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those people who do not have God's seal on their foreheads.
5 Tia lela nu sin locust inge in uniya mwet inge, a tuh elos in akkeokyalos ke malem limekosr. Waiok ke mwe akkeok inge oana waiok ke pacl se scorpion uh ngalisya mwet uh.
They were given power not to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion, when it strikes a person.
6 Ac ke lusen malem limekosr, mwet elos ac suk elos in misa, tuh elos ac tia ku. Elos ac kena in misa, tuh misa ac kaingla lukelos.
In those days people will seek death, and will in no way find it. They will desire to die, and death will flee from them.
7 Locust inge oana luman horse ma akola nu ke mweun; oasr ma oan fin sifalos oana luman tefuro gold, ac mutalos oana mutun mwet.
The shapes of the locusts were like horses prepared for war. On their heads were something like golden crowns, and their faces were like people's faces.
8 Ac aunsifalos oana aunsifen mutan, wihselos oana wihsen lion.
They had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like those of lions.
9 Iniwalos loeyukla ke ma su oana mwe loeyuk osra; ac pusren posohksok lalos oana kusen horse puspis ke elos amakin chariot ac kasrusr nu ke mweun.
They had breastplates, like breastplates of iron. The sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots, or of many horses rushing to war.
10 Oasr pula kaclos oana pulun scorpion uh, ac mwe fakfuk ke pulalos pa elos sang akwaiokye mwet uh ke malem limekosr.
They have tails like those of scorpions, and stings. In their tails is their power to harm people for five months.
(Abyssos )
They have over them as king the angel of the abyss. His name in Hebrew is "Abaddon," and in Greek, he has the name "Apollyon." (Abyssos )
The first woe is past. Look, there are still two woes coming after this.
13 Na lipufan se akonkosr el ukya ukuk natul uh, ac nga lohng sie pusra tuku liki sruwasrik akosr ke loang in kisa gold ma oan ye mutun God.
The sixth angel sounded. I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
saying to the sixth angel who had one trumpet, "Free the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates."
The four angels were freed who had been prepared for this hour and day and month and year, so that they might kill one third of humanity.
16 Fwackme nu sik pisen mwet mweun kasrusr fin horse uh, su oasr ke mwet luofoko million.
The number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million. I heard the number of them.
17 Ac in aruruma luk ah, nga liye horse uh ac elos su muta fac. Mwe loeyuk iniwalos srusra oana e, ac folfol oana sapphire, ac rangrang oana sulphur. Sifen horse uh oana sifen lion uh. E, kulasr, ac sulphur tuku liki oalulos.
Thus I saw the horses in the vision, and those who sat on them, having breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of lions. Out of their mouths proceed fire, smoke, and sulfur.
18 Mwe lokoalok tolu inge: e, kulasr, ac sulphur ma tuku liki oalin horse uh, uniya sie tafu tolu sin mwet nukewa.
By these three plagues were one third of humanity killed: from the fire, the smoke, and the sulfur, which proceeded out of their mouths.
19 Ku lun horse inge oan in oalulos ac oayapa ke pulalos. Pulalos oana serpent ma oasr sifa. Horse uh elos orekmakin pulalos in akkeokye mwet uh.
For the power of the horses is in their mouths, and in their tails. For their tails are like serpents, and have heads, and with them they harm.
20 Ac mwet nukewa lula, su tia misa ke mwe lokoalok inge, elos tia forla liki ma elos sifacna oru ke paolos. Elos tiana tui in alu nu sin demon, ku ma sruloala orek ke gold, silver, bronze, eot, ku sak — ma inge tia ku in liye, ku lohng, ku fahsr.
The rest of humanity, who were not killed with these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they would not worship demons, and the idols of gold, and of silver, and of bronze, and of stone, and of wood; which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk.
21 Elos tia pac auliyak liki akmas lalos, susfa lalos, kosro lalos, ku pisrapasr lalos.
They did not repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their sexual immorality, nor of their thefts.
