Psalm 76

People in Judah know God; the Israeli people honor him [MTY].

His home is in Jerusalem; he lives on Zion [Hill].

There he broke the flaming arrows [that his enemies shot], [and he also broke] their shields and swords and other weapons that they used in battles.
4 Fuka lupan wolana lom, O God, Fuka akfulatyeyom ke kom foloko liki eol uh Yen kom kutangla mwet lokoalok lom we.
God, you are glorious! You are like a king [as you return from] the mountains [where you defeated your enemies].
5 Ma nukewa lun mwet mweun pulaik lalos itukla lukelos, Ac inge elos topelik misa, oana mwet motul; Wanginla sripen ku ac pah in mweun lalos.
Their brave soldiers [were killed, and then those who killed them] took away everything that those soldiers had. Those enemies died [EUP], [so] they were unable to use their weapons [any more]!
6 Ke kom aksangengyalos, O God lal Jacob, Horse uh ac elos su muta fac elos nikanulosla ac misa.
When you, the God whom Jacob [worshiped], rebuked [your enemies], [the result was that their] horses and their riders fell down dead.
7 A kom, LEUM GOD, mwet nukewa sangeng sum. Wangin sie ku in tu ye motom In pacl kom kasrkusrak.
But you cause everyone to be afraid. When you are angry [and you punish people], no one can [RHQ] endure it.
8 Kom oru nununku lom in kalem inkusrao me, Ac faclu sangeng kac ac mihslana
From heaven you proclaimed that you would judge people, [and then everyone on] the earth was afraid and did not say [anything more],
9 Ke kom tuyak in oru nununku lom In molelosla nukewa su akkeokyeyuk fin faclu.
when you arose to declare that you would punish [wicked people] and rescue all those whom they had oppressed.
10 Kasrkusrak lun mwet uh oru tuh in yokelik kaksak nu sum. Elos su painmoulla tukun mweun, elos ac fah wi alu nu sum ke len fulat lom.
When [you punish those] with whom you are angry, your people will praise you, and [your enemies] who (survive/are not killed) will worship you on your festival days.
11 Sang nu sin LEUM GOD lom ma kom wulela nu sel. Use mwe sang nu sel, kowos mutunfacl nukewa su apkuran. Tuh God El oru mwet nukewa in sangeng sel —
[So] give to Yahweh the offerings that you promised to give to him; all the people of nearby people-groups should also bring gifts to him, the one who is awesome.
12 El akpusiselye fisrak, Ac aksangengye tokosra pwengpeng.
He humbles [IDM] princes, and [even] causes [great] kings to be terrified.
