Psalm 74
1 [Psalm lal Asaph] O God, efu kom ku siskutla ouinge? Ya kom ac mulat sin mwet lom nwe tok?
Maschil of Asaph. O God, why hast thou cast [us] off for ever? [why] doth thy anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?
2 Esam mwet lom su kom sulela in pacl loeloes somla tuh elos in mwet lom, Su kom folokonma liki sruoh tuh elos in sruf lom. Esam Fineol Zion, su nien muta lom meet.
Remember thy congregation, [which] thou hast purchased of old: the rod of thy inheritance, [which] thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, in which thou hast dwelt.
3 Fanyak ac liye acn musalla inge. Mwet lokoalok lasr elos kunausla ma nukewa in Tempul uh.
Lift up thy feet to the perpetual desolations; [even] all [that] the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.
4 Mwet lokoalok lom elos wowoyak ke kutangla lalos; In lohm mutal sum elos tulokunak flag in akilen kutangla lalos.
Thy enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns [for] signs.
5 Elos oana mwet pakpuk sak Su paki sak ke tula lalos.
[A man] was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.
6 Elos lipikya sak nukewa lac lohm uh Ke tula ac hammer lulap natulos.
But now they break down the carved work of it at once with axes and hammers.
7 Elos kunausya acn mutal sum ac esukak ke e, Ac elos akfohkfokye acn mwet uh alu nu sum we.
They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled [by casting down] the dwelling-place of thy name to the ground.
8 Elos arulana ke kunausla mwet lom, Ac elos esukak acn mutal nukewa in acn sesr.
They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.
9 Mwe akul mutal nukewa wanginla; Wangin pac mwet palu lula, Ac wangin mwet etu lah ma inge ac safla ngac.
We see not our signs: [there is] no more any prophet: neither [is there] among us any that knoweth how long.
10 O God, mwet lokoalok lasr inge ac isrun kom nwe ngac? Ya elos ac akkolukye Inem ma pahtpat?
O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?
11 Efu kom ku srunga kasrekut? Efu kom ku srakla poum nu tukum?
Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck [it] out of thy bosom.
12 Kom tuh tokosra lasr omeet me, O God. Kom molikutla ke pacl na pus.
For God [is] my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.
13 Ke ku lulap lom, kom tuh sraclik meoa uh Ac kom fukulya sifen ma sulallal inkof uh.
Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou didst break the heads of the dragons in the waters.
14 Kom fukulya insifen kosro lulap Leviathan Ac sang manol tuh in mwe mongo nun kosro yen mwesis uh.
Thou didst break the head of leviathan in pieces, [and] didst give him [to be] food to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
15 Kom orala infacl srisrik ac unon in kof uh in soror, Kom akpaoyela infacl lulap.
Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou didst dry up mighty rivers.
16 Kom orala len ac fong, Kom oakiya faht ac malem in acn selos.
The day [is] thine, the night also [is] thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.
17 Kom oakiya masrol lun acn uh, Ac kom oru tuh in oasr pacl fol ac pacl mihsrisr.
Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
18 Tusruktu, esam, O LEUM GOD, lah mwet lokoalok lom elos isrun kom; Elos srungakom ac wangin god lalos.
Remember this, the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.
19 Nikmet fuhlela mwet munas lom nu inpoun mwet lokoalok lalos, Nikmet mulkunla mwet lom su akkeokyeyuk!
O deliver not the soul of thy turtle dove to the multitude [of the wicked]: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.
20 Esam wulela su kom tuh orala yorosr. Oasr lokoalok orek in acn lohsr nukewa fin faclu.
Have respect to the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.
21 Nikmet lela mwet sefunmwet in akmwekinyeyuk, Lela tuh mwet sukasrup ac mwet enenu in kaksakin kom.
O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.
22 Tuyak, O God, ac aketeya oakwuk lom, Esam lah mwet tia etu God elos aksruksrukye kom ke len nufon.
Arise, O God, plead thy own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.
23 Nikmet mulkunla pusren kasrkusrak lun mwet lokoalok lom, Pusren wowon lun mwet lokoalok lom su tiana tui.
Forget not the voice of thy enemies: the tumult of those that rise against thee increaseth continually.
