< Psalm 66 >
1 Kaksakin God ke pusren engan lulap, kowos mwet faclu nufon!
To the chief Musician. A Song: a Psalm. Shout aloud unto God, all the earth:
2 Onkakin Ine wolana lal, Akfulatyal ke pusren kaksak wolana!
Sing forth the glory of his name, make his praise glorious;
3 Kowos in fahk nu sin God, “Fuka lupan wolana lun ma kom oru! Ku lom arulana yohk, Oru mwet lokoalok lom elos sangeng ac putati ye motom.
Say unto God, How terrible are thy works! because of the greatness of thy strength, thine enemies come cringing unto thee.
4 Mwet nukewa fin faclu elos alu nu sum; Elos on kaksakin kom, Ac yuk on in kaksak nu ke Inem.”
All the earth shall worship thee, and sing psalms unto thee: they shall sing forth thy name. (Selah)
5 Fahsru ac liye ma su God El orala, Orekma wolana lal inmasrlon mwet uh.
Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in [his] doings toward the children of men.
6 El ekulla meoa nu ke facl pao. Mwet matu lasr elos tuh fahsr sasla infacl uh ke nialos. Kut arulana engan ingo ke sripen ma El oru uh.
He turned the sea into dry [land]; they went through the river on foot: there did we rejoice in him.
7 El leum ma pahtpat ke ku lal, Mutal ngeta liye mutunfacl uh. Lela in wangin mwet tuyak lainul.
He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes observe the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. (Selah)
8 Kaksakin God lasr, kowos mutanfahl nukewa; Lela in lohngyuk pusren kaksak lowos.
Bless our God, ye peoples, and make the voice of his praise to be heard;
9 El karingin moul lasr Ac tia lela kut in ikori.
Who hath set our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.
10 O God, kom srike kut — Oana ke silver ac liklikiyuki ke e, Ouinge kom srike kut.
For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.
11 Kom lela tuh kut in putatyang nu in kwasrip Ac filiya ma toasr finpisasr.
Thou broughtest us into a net, thou didst lay a heavy burden upon our loins;
12 Kom lela tuh mwet lokoalok lasr in longkuti; Kut fahsr sasla in e ac in sronot, A inge kom sifil uskutme nu in sie acn misla.
Thou didst cause men to ride over our head; we went through fire and through water: but thou hast brought us out into abundance.
13 Nga ac fah tuku nu in lohm sum wi mwe kisa firir; Nga ac fah sot nu sum ma nga wulela kac.
I will go into thy house with burnt-offerings; I will perform my vows to thee,
14 Nga ac fah asot nu sum ma nga tuh fahk mu nga ac oru Ke pacl nga tuh muta in ongoiya.
Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
15 Nga ac fah sang sheep tuh in mwe kisa firir fin loang lom; Nga ac fah kisakin cow mukul ac nani Ac kulasr kac fah sowak nu lucng.
I will offer up unto thee burnt-offerings of fatted beasts, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. (Selah)
16 Fahsru ac lohng, kowos nukewa su sunakin God, Ac nga ac fah fahk nu suwos ma El oru nu sik.
Come, hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
17 Nga pang in suk kasru sel, Ac nga kaksakunul ke on.
I called unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
18 Nga funu pilesru in fahkak ma koluk luk nu sel, Leum El lukun tia lohngyu.
Had I regarded iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not hear.
19 Tuh pwayena lah God El lohngyu; El lohng pre luk.
But God hath heard; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
20 Nga kaksakin God, Mweyen El tia pilesru pre luk, Ku sruokya lungse kawil lal likiyu.
Blessed be God, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor his loving-kindness from me!
