Psalm 6
1 [Psalm lal David] O LEUM GOD, nik kom kutongyu in mulat lom, Ku kaiyu in kasrkusrak lom.
To the chief music-maker on corded instruments, on the Sheminith. A Psalm. Of David. O Lord, do not be bitter with me in your wrath; do not send punishment on me in the heat of your passion.
2 O LEUM GOD, pakomutuk tuh nga arulana totola. Ase ku nu sik tuh nga munaslana,
Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am wasted away: make me well, for even my bones are troubled.
3 Ac ngunik arulana foroti. O LEUM GOD, kom ac tupan putaka?
My soul is in bitter trouble; and you, O Lord, how long?
4 LEUM GOD, fahsru ac moliyula; Loangeyula liki misa, ke lungkulang lom.
Come back, O Lord, make my soul free; O give me salvation because of your mercy.
For in death there is no memory of you; in the underworld who will give you praise? (Sheol h7585)
6 Nga totola ke sripen asor luk; Fong nukewa mwe oan kiuk sroksrok ke sroninmutuk, Ac ilul luk uh sroksroki ke tung luk.
The voice of my sorrow is a weariness to me; all the night I make my bed wet with weeping; it is watered by the drops flowing from my eyes.
7 Nga koflana ngetnget wo; Mutuk fafwak Ke tungiyen orekma lun mwet lokoalok luk.
My eyes are wasting away with trouble; they are becoming old because of all those who are against me.
8 Fahsr likiyu, kowos mwet orekma koluk! LEUM GOD El lohng pusren tung luk;
Go from me, all you workers of evil; for the Lord has given ear to the voice of my weeping.
9 El lipsre pusren kwafe luk, Ac El ac fah topuk pre luk.
The Lord has given ear to my request; the Lord has let my prayer come before him.
10 Mwet lokoalok luk elos ac fah pulakin mwekin lulap ke kutangyukla elos; Elos fah sa na in akfohsyeyukyak ac lillilla.
Let all those who are against me be shamed and deeply troubled; let them be turned back and suddenly put to shame.
