Psalm 25
1 [Psalm lal David] O LEUM GOD, nga sot insiuk nufon nu sum;
David’s. [An Alphabetical Psalm.] Unto thee, O Yahweh, my soul, would I lift:
2 God luk, nga lulalfongi kom. Nikmet lela in akmwekinyeyuk nga. Nikmet lela mwet lokoalok luk in aksruksrukyeyu!
O my God, in thee, have I put my trust, Let me not be put to shame, Let not my foe exult over me:
3 Elos su tupan kom fah tia akmwekinyeyuk, A elos na su tuyak lain kom fah mwekin.
Yea let, none who wait for thee, be put to shame, Let them be put to shame who act covertly without cause!
4 Fahkak inkanek lom nu sik, O LEUM GOD, Luti nu sik innek lom.
Thy ways, O Yahweh, let me know, Thy paths, teach thou me:
5 Lutiyu in moul fal nu ke ma pwaye lom, Tu kom God luk su moliyula. Nga lulalfongi kom pacl e nukewa.
Guide me into thy truth and teach me, for, thou, art my delivering God, For thee, have I waited all the day:
6 O LEUM GOD, esam pakoten ac lungse kawil lom Su kom akkalemye oemeet me.
Remember thy compassions, O Yahweh, and thy lovingkindnesses, For, from age-past times, have they been.
7 Nimet esam ma sutuu ac ma koluk luk in len in fusr luk. A esamyu, O LEUM GOD, Fal nu ke lungse kawil ac pakoten lom.
The sins of my youth, and my transgressions, do not thou call to mind, —According to thine own lovingkindness, remember thou me, for the sake of thine own goodness, O Yahweh.
8 Ke sripen LEUM GOD el suwohs ac wo, El luti mwet koluk ke inkanek elos in fahsr kac.
Good and upright, is Yahweh, For this cause, will he direct sinners into the way.
9 El kol mwet inse pusisel nu ke inkanek pwaye Ac lotelos ke ma lungse lal.
May he guide patient wronged-ones to be righted, and teach such oppressed-ones his way.
10 Ke oaru ac lungse, El kololos su Karinganang wuleang lal ac akos ma sap lal.
All the paths of Yahweh, are lovingkindness and faithfulness, to such as keep his covenant, and his testimonies.
11 LEUM GOD, nunak munas ke ma koluk luk, fal nu ke Inem, Tuh ma koluk luk arulana pus.
For the sake of thy Name, O Yahweh, Therefore wilt thou pardon mine iniquity, for great it is.
12 Elos su sunakin LEUM GOD El ac fah luti nu selos inkanek su fal elos in fahsr kac.
Who then is the man that revereth Yahweh? Let him direct him into the way he should choose.
13 Elos ac fah kapkapak, Ac fwil natulos ac fah usrui facl selos.
His soul, with prosperity, shall tarry, and, his seed, shall possess the land.
14 LEUM GOD El mwet kawuk lalos su sunakunul Ac El ac fah akpwayeye wulela lal nu selos.
Intimacy with Yahweh, have they who revere him, His covenant also, he letteth them know.
15 Nga suk kasru sin LEUM GOD in pacl nukewa, Ac El moliyu liki mwe sensen.
Mine eyes, are continually unto Yahweh, —for, he, bringeth, out of the net, my feet.
16 LEUM GOD, ngetma nu sik ac pakomutuk, Tuh nga muku ac munas.
Turn thou unto me, and show me favour, for, alone and oppressed, I am.
17 Akfisrasrye mwe fosrnga nu sik Ac moliyula liki mwe ongoiya.
The distresses of my heart, hath he relieved, —and, out of my straits, brought me forth.
18 Akilen fosrnga ac keok luk Ac nunak munas ke ma koluk luk nukewa.
Behold my humiliation and my pain, and take away all my sins.
19 Liye pusiyen mwet lokoalok luk, Ac ke lupan srunga sulallal lalos nu sik.
Behold my foes, for they abound, —and, with the hatred of violence, do they hate me.
20 Karinginyu ac moliyula: Nikmet lela in akmwekinyeyuk nga, Tuh nga tuku in moulla yurum.
Oh keep my soul, and rescue me, Let me not be put to shame, for I have sought refuge in thee.
21 Lela ma wo ac suwohs luk in akwoyeyu, Mweyen nga lulalfongi in kom.
Let, blamelessness and uprightness, watch over me, because I have waited for thee.
22 O God, molela Israel, mwet lom, Liki mwe ongoiya lalos nukewa.
Redeem Israel, O God, —out of all his distresses.
