To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee.

2 Lela tuh Elan supwaot kasru lal nu sum liki Tempul lal Ac kasrekom liki Eol Zion.

Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion.

3 Lela tuh Elan engan in eis mwe sang lom Ac insewowo ke mwe kisa lom nukewa.

Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt-sacrifice. (Selah)

4 Lela tuh Elan asot nu sum ma kom kena kac Ac oru tuh pwapa lom nukewa in wo ouiya.

Grant thee according to thy own heart, and fulfill all thy counsel.

5 Na kut ac fah sasa ke engan ke sripen kutangla lom, Ac kut fah kaksakin God lasr ke kut akfulatye kutangla lom. Lela tuh LEUM GOD Elan topuk mwe siyuk lom nukewa.

We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up [our] banners: the LORD fulfill all thy petitions.

6 Inge nga etu tuh LEUM GOD El asang kutangla nu sin tokosra se su El sulela; El topkol liki acn mutal sel inkusrao me, Ac ke ku lal El asang kutangla lulap nu sel.

Now I know that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

7 Kutu mwet uh filiya lulalfongi lalos ke chariot Ac kutu ke horse natulos, A funu kut, kut filiya lulalfongi lasr ke ku lun LEUM GOD lasr.

Some [trust] in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

8 Mwet ma ouinge uh elos ac tukulkul ac ikori, A funu kut, kut ac tu na ac tia mukuikui.

They are brought down and fallen: but we are raised, and stand upright.

9 O LEUM GOD, sang kutangla nu sin tokosra; Topuk kut ke kut pang.

Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.
