Psalm 19
1 [Psalm lal David] Kusrao fahkak ke wolana lun God, Ac yen engyeng uh fahkak ke orekma lun paol.
“For the leader of the music. A psalm of David.” The heavens declare the glory of God; The firmament showeth forth the work of his hands.
2 Len na len fahkak wolana lal Ac fong nu ke fong akkalemye lalmwetmet lal.
Day uttereth instruction unto day, And night showeth knowledge unto night.
3 Wangin sramsram ac wangin pac kas; Wangin pusra lohngyuk,
They have no speech nor language, And their voice is not heard;
4 Tusruktu, kas lalos fahsrelik nu fin faclu nufon Ac lohngyuk in acn nukewa fin faclu. God El orala acn sin faht uh inkusrao;
Yet their sound goeth forth to all the earth, And their words to the ends of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 El sikme ke lotutang oana sie mwet pisrla, Ac oana sie mwet kasrusr su engan ac akola in kasrusr.
Which cometh forth like a bridegroom from his chamber, And rejoiceth, like a strong man, to run his course.
6 El mutawauk ke tafun faclu, Ac som nwe ke tafunyen ngia; Wangin ma ku in wikla liki fol kac.
He goeth forth from the extremity of heaven, And maketh his circuit to the end of it; And nothing is hid from his heat.
7 Ma sap lun LEUM GOD suwosna, Pa sang ku sasu nu sin mwet. Sap lun LEUM GOD pwayena, Pa sang lalmwetmet nu sin mwet nikin.
The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul; The precepts of the LORD are sure, making wise the simple;
8 Ma oakwuk lun LEUM GOD suwohs, Ac mwet su akos elos engan. Ma sap lun LEUM GOD suwoswos, Ac sang etauk nu sin mwet.
The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandments of the LORD are pure, enlightening the eyes;
9 Ma wo se pa in sangeng sin LEUM GOD; Ma inge ac fah oan nwe tok. Nununku lun LEUM GOD suwohs Ac wo pacl nukewa.
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever; The judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
10 Ma inge nukewa wo liki na gold oa, Ac emwem liki na honey.
More precious are they than gold; yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter than honey and the honeycomb.
11 Elos ase etauk nu sik, mwet kulansap lom. Ke nga akos, nga eis mwe insewowo lulap.
By them also is thy servant warned, And in keeping of them there is great reward.
12 Su ku in sifacna akilen tafongla lal? Aknasnasyeyu liki ma sufal su nga tia akilen.
Who knoweth his own offences? Oh, cleanse thou me from secret faults!
13 Oayapa sruokyuwi liki ma koluk su nga orala ke filang lun insiuk; Nikmet lela ma inge in kutangyula, Na nga ac fah suwohs Ac nasnas liki ma koluk lulap.
Keep back also thy servant from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me! Then shall I be upright; I shall not be polluted with gross transgression.
14 Lela kas in oalik, ac nunak insiuk in wo ye motom, O LEUM GOD, eot ku luk ac Mwet Lango luk.
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength and my redeemer!
