Psalm 107
1 “Sang kulo nu sin LEUM GOD mweyen El wo, Lungkulang lal oan ma pahtpat!”
O give thanks to the LORD, for [he is] good; for his mercy [endureth] for ever.
2 Kalweni in fahkak kas inge in kaksakin LEUM GOD, Kowos nukewa su El tuh molela. El tuh molikowosla liki mwet lokoalok lowos,
Let the redeemed of the LORD say [so], whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
3 Ac folokinkowosme liki mutunfacl saya, Liki acn kutulap ac roto, liki acn epang ac eir.
And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
4 Kutu selos tuh forfor yen wangin inkanek we in acn mwesis Ac tia ku in konauk inkanek nu ke sie siti elos in muta we.
They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.
5 Elos masrinsral ac malu Ac elos fuhleak finsrak lalos.
Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
6 In ongoiya lalos, elos pang nu sin LEUM GOD Ac El molelosla liki keok lalos.
Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, [and] he delivered them out of their distresses.
7 El kololosla ke soko inkanek suwohs Nu ke sie siti, yen elos ku in muta we.
And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
8 Fal elos in sang kulo nu sin LEUM GOD ke lungse kawil lal, Ac ke ma wolana El oru nu selos.
Oh that [men] would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!
9 El sang ma nimalos su malu, Ac akkihpyalos su masrinsral ke ma wo.
For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.
10 Kutu selos muta in acn lohsr matoltol; Kapiri elos ke mwe kapir osra
Such as sit in darkness and in the shades of death, [being] bound in affliction and iron;
11 Mweyen elos lain sap ku lun God Kulana Ac pilesru mwe luti lal.
Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the Most High:
12 Elos totola ke orekma upa lalos. Elos ikori a wangin mwet kasrelos.
Therefore he brought down their heart with labor; they fell down, and [there was] none to help.
13 Na in ongoiya lalos, elos pang nu sin LEUM GOD, Ac El molelosla liki keok lalos.
Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, [and] he saved them out of their distresses.
14 El usalosme liki acn lohsr matoltol, Ac wotyalik mwe kapir kaclos.
He brought them out of darkness and the shades of death, and broke their bands asunder.
15 Fal elos in sang kulo nu sin LEUM GOD ke lungse pwaye lal, Ac ke ma wolana El oru nu selos.
Oh that [men] would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!
16 El kunausya srungul orekla ke osra bronze, Ac koteya polo osra srumasriyen srungul uh.
For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron asunder.
17 Kutu selos mwet lalfon, elos keok ke sripen ma koluk lalos, Ac ke ma sufal lalos.
Fools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.
18 Elos tia lungse liye kutena kain in mongo Ac elos apkuran in misa.
Their soul abhorreth all manner of food; and they draw near to the gates of death.
19 Na ke elos sun ongoiya, elos pang nu sin LEUM GOD Ac El molelosla liki keok lalos.
Then they cry to the LORD in their trouble, he saveth them out of their distresses.
20 El akkeyalosla ke sap ku lal, Ac molelosla liki misa.
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered [them] from their destructions.
21 Fal elos in sang kulo nu sin LEUM GOD ke lungse pwaye lal, Ac ke ma wolana El oru nu selos.
Oh that [men] would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!
22 Lela elos in sang kulo nu sel ke mwe kisa firir, Ac fahkak orekma nukewa lal ke pusren on.
And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.
23 Kutu selos kalkal in meoa In suk mwe kasru nu selos ke elos orekma fin oak uh.
They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business on great waters;
24 Mwet inge liye ma LEUM GOD El ku in oru, Ac ma usrnguk El oru in meoa uh.
These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep.
25 El kaskas na, ac eng uh tuhyak upalana Ac mokleak noa uh yokelik.
For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up its waves.
26 Oak uh touyak nwe lucng Ac sifil putati nwe ten. Ke sripen mwe sensen inge, mwet fin oak uh fosrngalana.
They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.
27 Elos tukulkul ac fahsr toptop oana mwet sruhi. Wanginla sripen etu lalos.
They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wit's end.
28 Na ke ongoiya inge sonolos, elos pang nu sin LEUM GOD Ac El molelosla liki keok lalos.
Then they cry to the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.
29 El akmisyela paka uh, Ac noa uh mihsla.
He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves [of the sea] are still.
30 Elos enganak mweyen mihsla, Ac El kololosla nu yen elos akwot in oai we.
Then are they glad because they are quiet; so he bringeth them to their desired haven.
31 Lela elos in sang kulo nu sin LEUM GOD ke lungse pwaye lal, Ac ke ma wolana El oru nu selos.
Oh that [men] would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!
32 Lela elos in fahkulak in walil uh Ac kaksakunul ye mutun un mwet kol lalos.
Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.
33 LEUM GOD El akpaoyela infacl uh, Ac El tulokinya unon in kof in tia soror.
He turneth rivers into a wilderness, and the water-springs into dry ground;
34 El ekulla fohk wowo in oana acn mwesis, yen wangin sak ku in kapak we, Ke sripen ma koluk lun mwet su muta we.
A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that dwell in it.
35 El ekulla acn mwesis nu ke lulu in kof Ac acn pao nu ke unon in kof.
He turneth the wilderness into a standing water, and dry ground into water-springs.
36 Ac El lela tuh mwet su masrinsral in muta we, Na elos musaeak sie siti tuh elos in muta loac.
And there he maketh the hungry to dwell, that they may prepare a city for habitation;
37 Elos taknelik ima, ac yukwiya nien grape, Na ke elos kosrani, arulana pus fahko.
And sow the fields, and plant vineyards, which may yield fruits of increase.
38 El akinsewowoye mwet lal, ac akpusye tulik natulos. El oayapa oru tuh cow natulos in tia pueni.
He blesseth them also, so that they are multiplied greatly; and suffereth not their cattle to decrease.
39 Ke pacl mwet lun God elos kutangyukla ac akpusiselyeyuk Ke mwe keok ac moul upa sin mwet lokoalok lalos,
Again, they are diminished and brought low through oppression, affliction, and sorrow.
40 God El fahkak sulung lal nu sin mwet su akkeokyalos Ac oru tuh elos in forfor yen wangin inkanek we in acn mwesis uh.
He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, [where there is] no way.
41 Tusruktu El molela mwet ongoiya liki moul in keok lalos Ac oru tuh sou lalos in arulana puseni.
Yet he setteth the poor on high from affliction, and maketh him families like a flock.
42 Ke mwet suwoswos elos liye ma inge elos engan, A mwet koluk nukewa wanginla ma elos ku in fahk.
The righteous shall see [it], and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth.
43 Lela mwet lalmwetmet in nunku ke ma inge; Lela elos in nunku ke lungse pwaye lun LEUM GOD.
Whoever [is] wise, and will observe these [things], even they shall understand the loving-kindness of the LORD.
