You shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land for inheritance.
19 Pa inge mwet su LEUM GOD El sulela: Sruf Mwet Kol Judah Caleb, wen natul Jephunneh Simeon Shelumiel, wen natul Ammihud Benjamin Elidad, wen natul Chislon Dan Bukki, wen natul Jogli Manasseh Hanniel, wen natul Ephod Ephraim Kemuel, wen natul Shiphtan Zebulun Elizaphan, wen natul Parnach Issachar Paltiel, wen natul Azzan Asher Ahihud, wen natul Shelomi Naphtali Pedahel, wen natul Ammihud
These are the names of the men: Of the tribe of Judah [Praised], Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

These are they whom Adonai enjoined to divide the inheritance to the children of Israel [God prevails] in the land of Canaan [Humbled].
