Micah 2

Woe to them that devise iniquity and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
2 Elos fin mwel ima se, na elos sruokya. Ac elos fin mwet lohm se, elos eisla pac. Wangin acn lun mwet, ku mwe usru lun sou se, ac oan okak.
And they covet fields, and seize them; and houses, and take them away: and they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
3 Na pa LEUM GOD El Fahk, “Nga akola in use ongoiya nu fowos, ac kowos fah tia ku in kaingkunla. Kowos ac sun ongoiya, na kowos fah tia sifil farengreng.
Therefore thus saith the LORD: Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks, neither shall ye walk haughtily; for it is an evil time.
4 Ke pacl sac, mwet uh ac mau sramsramkin kowos oana sie pupulyuk ke mwe ongoiya lulap, ac elos fah yuk on soko inge ke ma upa ma kowos sun uh: Kut arulana musalla! LEUM GOD El eisla acn sesr liki kut Ac sang nu selos su uskutla nu in sruoh.”
In that day shall they take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, [and] say, We be utterly spoiled: he changeth the portion of my people: how doth he remove [it] from me! to the rebellious he divideth our fields.
5 Ouinge, ke pacl se acn uh folokyang nu sin mwet lun LEUM GOD, ac fah wangin acn lun kutena suwos.
Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast the line by lot in the congregation of the LORD.
6 Mwet uh kaskas nu sik ac fahk, “Nimet luti nu sesr. Nimet fahk ma ingan nufon. God El ac tia aklusrongtenye kut.
Prophesy ye not, [thus] they prophesy. They shall not prophesy to these: reproaches shall not depart.
7 Ya kom nunku mu mwet Israel uh selngawiyuki? Ya wanginla mongfisrasr lun LEUM GOD? Ya pwaye El ac oru kain ouiya ingan? Ya El tia kaskas kulang nu sin mwet ma oru ma suwohs uh?”
Shall it be said, O house of Jacob, Is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? Do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
8 A LEUM GOD El topuk ac fahk, “Kowos sroang orek anwuk nu sin mwet luk oana elos in mwet lokoalok lowos. Mukul su foloko liki mweun elos nunku mu elos wo ouiya sun lohm selos — elos tiana etu lah kowos muta soanelos in tuh pisrala nuknuk elos nukum uh.
But of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye strip the robe from off the garment from them that pass by securely [as men] averse from war.
9 Kowos lusla mutan inmasrlon mwet luk liki acn selos su elos nunku yohk, ac kowos oru tuh tulik natulos in tia sifil eis mwe insewowo sik mwe tok.
The women of my people ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their young children ye take away my glory for ever.
10 Tuyak ac fahla liki acn inge. Wanginla nien molela yenu. Orekma koluk lowos arulana akfohkfokyela acn uh, pwanang ac fah sikiyukla.
Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because of uncleanness that destroyeth, even with a grievous destruction.
11 “Mwet inge lungkin kain mwet palu su foroht forma, sessesla ke kikiap ac kutasrik, ac fahk, ‘Nga palye mu ac fah arulana yohk wain ac mwe nim ku nimowos.’
If a man walking in wind and falsehood do lie, [saying], I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.
12 “Tuh nga fah eiskowoseni nu sie, kowos mwet Israel nukewa su lula. Nga fah uskowoseni oana sheep su foloko nu in kalkal lalos uh. Acn suwos ac fah sifilpa sessesla ke mwet puspis, oana sie insroan mah su nwanala ke sheep.”
I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah: as a flock in the midst of their pasture, they shall make great noise by reason of [the multitude of] men.
13 God El fah ikasla sie inkanek nu selos ac kololosla liki sruoh. Elos ac fah fokolla mutunpot ke siti uh ac sukosokla. LEUM GOD sifacna, su tokosra lalos, fah kololosla.
The breaker is gone up before them: they have broken forth and passed on to the gate, and are gone out thereat: and their king is passed on before them, and the LORD at the head of them.
