Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

“Speak to all the assembly of the people of Israel and say to them, 'You must be holy, for I Yahweh your God am holy.

Everyone must respect his mother and his father, and you must keep my Sabbaths. I am Yahweh your God.
4 “Nikmet ngetla likiyu ac alu nu sin ma sruloala. Nikmet orala kutena god ke osra ac alu nu kac. Nga pa LEUM GOD lowos.
Do not turn to worthless idols, nor make for yourselves gods out of metal. I am Yahweh your God.
5 “Ke kowos uniya soko kosro nu ke mwe kisa in akinsewowo, kowos karinganang oakwuk ma nga sot nu suwos, ac nga fah insewowo ke mwe kisa lowos.
When you offer a sacrifice of fellowship offerings to Yahweh, you must offer it that you may be accepted.
6 Ikwa kac fah mongola na ke len se ma anwuki kosro soko ah, ku ke len se toko an. Kutena ikwa ma lula nu ke len se aktolu fah isisyak,
It must be eaten the same day you offer it, or on the next day. If anything remains until the third day, it must be burned up with fire.

If it is eaten at all on the third day, it is unclean meat; it must not be accepted,
8 Kutena mwet su mongo kac ac fah oasr mwatal ke el oru ma kisakinyuk nu sik oana ma pilasr, ac el ac fah tia sifil pangpang mu el sie sin mwet luk.
and everyone who eats it must carry his own guilt because he has defiled what is holy to Yahweh, and that person must be cut off from his people.
9 “Ke pacl kom kosrani ima lom, nik kom telani wheat ma oan sisken ima an, ac nik kom folokla ac telani nufon ma lula uh.
When you reap the harvest of your land, you must not completely reap the corners of your field, neither will you gather all the produce of your harvest.
10 Nik kom folokla nu in ima grape lom in orani grape ma sisila, ku in telak grape ma putatla. Filiya nu sin mwet sukasrup ac nu sin mwetsac. Nga LEUM GOD lom.
You must not gather every grape from your vineyard, nor gather the grapes that have fallen on the ground in your vineyard. You must leave them for the poor and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God.
11 “Nikmet pisrapasr, ku kutasrik, ku kikiap.
Do not steal. Do not lie. Do not deceive each other.
12 Nikmet orek wulela ke Inek kom fin ac tia liyaung wulela lom; ma inge ac aklusrongtenye Inek. Nga pa LEUM GOD lom.
Do not swear by my name falsely and profane the name of your God. I am Yahweh.

Do not oppress your neighbor or rob him. The wages of a hired servant must not stay with you all night until the morning.
14 Nikmet selngawi mwet sulohngkas, ku filiya kutena ma ye mutun sie mwet kun in tuh oru elan ikori. Akosyu. Nga LEUM GOD lom.
Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block before the blind. Instead, you must fear your God. I am Yahweh.
15 “Ke pacl in nununku, kom in pwayena ac suwosna ke pacl kom ac wotela mau. Nik kom wiwimwet nu sin mwet sukasrup, ku sangeng sin mwet kasrup.
Do not cause judgment to be false. You must not show favoritism to someone because he is poor, and you must not show favoritism to someone because he is important. Instead, judge your neighbor righteously.
16 Nik kom usalik kas kikiap ke kutena mwet, ac ke pacl sie mwet el nununkeyuk nu ke ma su ac ku in eisla moul lal, fahk ma kom etu kac fin ma ac kasrel. Nga LEUM GOD.
Do not walk around spreading slander among your people, but seek to protect your neighbor's life. I am Yahweh.
17 “Nik kom kolla mulat lom lain kutena mwet, a kom in akwoyela ma komtal tia insese kac, tuh kom in tia orala sie ma koluk ke sripal.
Do not hate your brother in your heart. You must honestly rebuke your neighbor so as not to share in sin because of him.
18 Nik kom orek foloksak nu sin kutena mwet, ku sruokya srunga lom nu sel in oan paht, a kom in lungse mwet tulan lom oana ke kom lungse kom sifacna. Nga LEUM GOD.
Do not take vengeance or hold any grudge against any of your people, but instead love your neighbor as yourself. I am Yahweh.
19 “Akos ma sap luk. Nik kom oru kosro nutum in orek fahko nu sin siena kain kosro. Nik kom yoki kain in fita luo in ima se na. Nik kom nukum nuknuk ma otwotla ke kain in turet luo.
You must keep my commands. Do not try to breed your animals with different kinds of other animals. Do not mix two different kinds of seeds when planting your field. Do not wear clothing made of two kinds of material mixed together.
20 “Fin akilenyuk mu sie mutan foko el mutan kulansap kien sie mukul a soenna moliyukla el elan sukosokla, na siena mukul fin orek kosro nu sel, eltal ac fah kaiyuk, tusruk ac tia anwuki eltal mweyen mutan sac el sie mutan kohs.
Whoever sleeps with a slave girl who is promised to a husband, but who has not been ransomed or given her freedom, they must be punished. They must not be put to death because she was not free.

A man must bring his guilt offering to Yahweh to the entrance to the tent of meeting—a ram as a guilt offering.

Then the priest will make atonement for him with the ram for the guilt offering before Yahweh, for the sin that he has committed. Then the sin which he has committed will be forgiven.

When you come into the land and have planted all kinds of trees for food, then you must regard the fruit they produce as forbidden to be eaten. The fruit must be forbidden to you for three years. It must not be eaten.
24 Ke yac se akakosr, fokinsak nukewa fah kisakinyukla in oana sie mwe kisa in fahkak kulo lowos nu sik, LEUM GOD.
But in the fourth year all the fruit will be holy, an offering of praise to Yahweh.
25 Tusruktu ke yac se aklimekosr kowos ku in kang fokinsak uh. Kowos fin oru ma inge nukewa, na sak sunowos uh fah oswe fahko puspis. Nga pa LEUM GOD lowos.
In the fifth you may eat the fruit, having waited so that the trees might produce more. I am Yahweh your God.
26 “Nik kowos kang kutena ikwa ma srakna oasr srah kac. Nik kowos orek susfa.
Do not eat any meat with blood still in it. Do not consult spirits about the future, and do not seek to control others by supernatural powers.
27 Nik kowos koala aunsuf ke likintupowos, ku nawu alut lowos an,
You will not round off the corners of the hair on the sides of your head or shave off the edge of your beard.
28 ku orek srisring ku sipik monuwos in orek eoksra ke mwet misa. Nga LEUM GOD.
Do not cut your body for the dead or put tattoo marks on your body. I am Yahweh.
29 “Nik kowos akmwekinye acn nutuwos ke kowos oru tuh elos in kosro ac eis moul kac in lohm alu saya uh. Kowos fin oru ouinge, kowos ac fah forla nu sin god saya, na facl se inge ac fah sesseslana ke ouiya fohkfok.
Do not disgrace your daughter by making her a prostitute, or the nation will fall to prostitution and the land will become full of wickedness.

You must keep my Sabbaths and honor the sanctuary of my tabernacle. I am Yahweh.

Do not turn to those who talk with the dead or with spirits. Do not seek them out, or they will defile you. I am Yahweh your God.
32 “Akkalemye sunak lowos nu sin mwet matu, ac akfulatyelos. Kowos in akfulatyeyu, ac akos ma sap luk. Nga LEUM GOD.
You must rise before the gray-headed person and honor the presence of an old man. You must fear your God. I am Yahweh.
33 “Nik kowos oru koluk mwetsac su muta in acn suwos.
If a foreigner lives among you in your land, you must not do him any wrong.
34 Oru wo nu selos oana ke kom oru nu sin mwet Israel wiom, ac lungse elos oana ke kom lungse kom sifacna. Esam lah meet kowos tuh mwetsac in facl Egypt. Nga LEUM GOD lowos.
The foreigner who lives with you must be to you like the native-born Israelite who lives among you, and you must love him as yourself, because you were foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.

Do not use false measures when measuring length, weight, or quantity.
36 Orekmakin mwe paun suwohs, lupan toasran in pwaye, ac mwe srikasrak an in suwohs. Nga LEUM GOD, God lowos, ac nga uskowosme liki facl Egypt.
You must use just scales, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin. I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

You must obey all my decrees and all my laws, and do them. I am Yahweh.'”
