1 Tukun Moses, mwet kulansap lun LEUM GOD, el misa, LEUM GOD El kaskas nu sel Joshua, wen natul Nun su tuh mwet kasru lal Moses, ac fahk,
Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, it came to pass, that the LORD spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses's minister, saying,
2 “Moses mwet kulansap luk el misa. Inge kom tuyak ac us mwet inge ac fahla sasla Infacl Jordan, nu ke acn se nga ac sang nu selos mwet Israel.
Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, to the land which I do give to them, [even] to the children of Israel.
3 Yen nukewa kowos ac fahsr we uh nga sot tuh in ma lowos, oana nga tuh fahk nu sel Moses.
Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given to you, as I said to Moses.

From the wilderness and this Lebanon even to the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the great sea towards the setting of the sun, shall be your border.
5 Joshua, wangin mwet ac fah kutangkomla ke lusen moul lom. Nga ac fah wi kom oana nga tuh welul Moses. Nga fah tia fahsr liki kom ac nga ac fah wi kom pacl e nukewa.
There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, [so] I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
6 Kom in ku ac pulaikna, tuh kom pa mwet kol lun mwet inge ke elos ac fah eis facl se su nga tuh wuleang nu sin papa tumalos mu nga ac fah sang tuh in acn selos.
Be strong and of a good courage: for to this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
7 Ma se na, kom in ku ac pulaikna. Kom in karinganang ac akos ma sap nukewa ma Moses, mwet kulansap luk, el sapkin nu sum. Nik kom kuhfla liki ma inge, na kom ac fah akinsewowoyeyuk yen nukewa kom som nu we uh.
Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it [to] the right hand or [to] the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
8 Book in Ma Sap se inge ac fah tia tui srumunya sum, ac kom fah nunku kac ke len ac fong. Kom in liyaung ma nukewa ma simla loac an, na moul lom ac fah kapkapak ac kom fah insewowo.
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate in it day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all [that is] written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
9 Esam lah nga fahk tari nu sum tuh kom in ku ac pulaikna. Nik kom sangeng ku fuhleak, tuh nga, LEUM GOD lom, ac fah wi kom yen nukewa kom fahsr we.”
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God [is] with thee whithersoever thou goest.
10 Ouinge Joshua el sapkin nu sin mwet kol
Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,
11 tuh elos in fahsrelik nu yurin mwet lalos inmasrlon lohm nuknuk nukewa selos ac fahk, “Kowos in ako mongo nowos an, mweyen tukun len tolu kowos ac fahsr sasla Infacl Jordan nu ke sie facl sasu su LEUM GOD El ac fah sot tuh in mwe usru lowos.”
Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you provisions; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you to possess it.
12 Na Joshua el fahk nu sin mwet in sruf lal Reuben, sruf lal Gad, ac tafu sruf lal Manasseh,
And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spoke Joshua, saying,
13 “Kowos in esam lah Moses, mwet kulansap lun LEUM GOD, el tuh fahk nu suwos lah LEUM GOD lowos El ac fah sot facl se inge, su oan kutulap liki Infacl Jordan, tuh in acn suwos.
Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.
14 Mutan kiowos, tulik nutuwos ac kosro nutuwos ac fah muta in acn se inge. Na mwet mweun lowos, wi mwe mweun natulos, ac fahsr sasla Infacl Jordan meet liki mwet Israel wialos, in loangelos
Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side of Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valor, and help them;

Tukun God El oru tuh sruf nukewa lun mwet Israel in muta ke misla ac okaki in acn selos, na kowos fah ku in foloko ac oakwuki in acn se inge kutulap in Infacl Jordan, su Moses, mwet kulansap lun LEUM GOD, el tuh sot nu suwos.”
Until the LORD shall have given your brethren rest, as [he hath given] you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your God giveth them: then ye shall return to the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the LORD'S servant gave you on this side of Jordan towards the sun-rising.
16 Na elos topkol Joshua ac fahk, “Kut fah oru ma nukewa kom sapkin nu sesr, ac som nu yen nukewa kom supwekut nu we.
And they answered Joshua, saying, All that thou commandest us, we will do, and whithersoever thou sendest us, we will go.
17 Kut fah akos kom oana ke kut tuh aksol Moses, ac kut finsrak tuh LEUM GOD lom el fah wi kom oana el tuh welul Moses!
According as we hearkened to Moses in all things, so will we hearken to thee: only the LORD thy God be with thee, as he was with Moses.
18 Kutena mwet su lain ma sap lom ku seakos kas lom ac fah anwuki. Ma se na, kom in ku ac pulaikna!”
Every one that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken to thy words in all that thou commandest him, shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.
